I'll give three stars just because I haven't had the actual pizza yet, but I ate some wings and a salad from there and the wings weren't even mediocre. I think they were supposed to be barbecue flavor? Weren't even as good as froze earlier barbecue wings. The salad wasn't even good enough for me to finish. And this is coming from someone who seriously eats like a trash can. read more

Normally, Jet's is a pretty good delivery option. However, today not so much. our large NY style pizza was completely over done - so much so there was relatively little color difference between green olives and the crust. Way too done. We thought about calling them back and reordering but were too hungry so opted to eat it anyway. That's when I almost cracked a tooth on an olive pit. For the price I expected better quality. We have other options here in Mansfield so it will be a while before I order from Jet's again. read more

Hallelujah!!!Finally Mansfield has a Pizza that we both loved..Rockin the Pizza We became a new fan of Jets Pizza last night. I can't begin to express our excitement. We have been very disappointed since moving here 13 years ago, in the local pizza haunts. Actually almost everything in Mansfield eating was lacking, and consisted of same-ol chains. We had pretty much given up on pizza, which is One of my Love's. Reluctanlty, skeptically we thought we would take the leap of faith one more time just in case. I researched the reviews and saw they were fairly consistintly good. Only a few clinkers, which I disagree with.. No way is it compared to pizza hut or better than Trios, as another reviewer posted. But, then there is no accounting for some folks taste. 1::Phone Order: first impression Passing A+..The yougman was very pleasant, patient and most helpful, and read back the order to insure accuracy. 2:: Order A+ was Fresh correct on time, hot and tasty-Yummy!! Licked the fingers. 3: We ordered the jet 10 on thin crust-Turbo Crust ( butter, romano cheese, garlic) is sprinkled on the crust when it comes out of the overn. OMG!!!!. 4:The taste was supurb-A+, Perfect sauce and enough of it, plenty of toppings, highly flavorful. Crust- It is hard to find a thin crust pizza that has more than one topping that will not be overcooked and if they do put lots of toppings it comes out soggy. As well if they put enough sauce. Not on this one crust was thin, crispy, tasty loaded toppings and cooked just right with enough tasty sauce, another thing that is ususally very scant on a thincrust. Then the turbo cruststyle just Rocked it on home. We are so excited about Mansfield finally putting in a Pizza place that we Both love. We will be back. Hopefully it will stay good. So may restaurants start out good and then go downhill. I will try the handtossed sometime when the hubster, is Not looking. read more

Love love love this pizza. The Greek salad is great too. Our go to pizza delivery place. Drivers are alway so friendly! YUMMY!!! Turbo crust... read more

Conveyor belt pizza cut into squares. Not as cheesy as Pizza Hut and better tasting than Dominoes. Square pies and slices are different but not traditional New York pizza. Takeout only as there isn't much room inside. Taste is pretty good but I will stick to Trio's just a block away. read more

Mmmm...mmmm..good! We ordered pizza again from Jet's last night. I had just gotten off work and called it in for pick up. I ordered the deep dish Jets 10 and an order of boneless chicken wings(mild). They told me around 15 minutes and it would be ready. I came in and paid for my pizza used my five star card to rack up those points. I got to talk to the manager, a very sweet man. He thanked me for my kind comments on yelp and I told him that we loved their pizza and were pretty much addicted, lol! Got home and we attacked the pizza and wings, after a few photos. It was very good as usual. If you haven't tried the Jets 10 and love a pizza loaded with everything then this is definitely the pizza for you!! The wings were covered with mild sauce. The mild sauce isn't spicy which was good I didn't want my mouth on fire. Both were very good! Needless to say we were stuffed and all had happy tummies. If you haven't tried Jet's give them a try. Fresh ingredients, friendly service, and management that cares about their customers as well as the quality of food they are sending out the door! read more

Texas has a lack of good pizza. Jets should start their engines and fly away.it was my fault ordering this nasty food. Too much sauce and not tasty at all. Texas needs a Round table or Godfathers pizza from California. Now these are pizza personified.i dont recommend Jets. read more

Jets pizza does not deliver to our home because we live on the other side of the highway, but the pizza is so great and the service is so awesome, I Drive all the way across town to pick it up! The food is always ready when they say it will be, hot and fresh and the staff is so nice! They have even brought the food out to my car because my kids were in the car with me! After eating at jets I won't eat pizza anywhere else!! read more

Thanks again Jets, pizza was amazing again. Service of course was great. Will be back for some more. Keep up the wonderful job.

I guess I am the odd ball here but I was totally non-impressed. The quality and value was much less than what I expected. I ordered a large super supreme...that had to been the smallest large pizza I've ever seen, especially for 16 plus dollars. In all honesty and not to be mean spirited but the carry out pizza at Ci-Cis is just as good for about half that price. I usually get two large supremes there for about $18. The taste was so-so and the crust was hard to chew. read more

This is my go to pizza provider. Really tasty and good quality. AKA as Marcos, franchise maintains high standards nation wide. I visited brother in Ann Arbor and service and quality was the same. read more

Free flavoring to your crust you can't beat that!! Don't eat a regular chains give this small business owner a shot!

Great service...I ordered a pizza 20 minutes before they closed and they said they were doing take out only, but since I lived at the apartments behind them they would deliver it to me. They also removed the delivery fee. Very nice ppl....shout out to Jeremiah! read more

Wow where do I start this pizza reminds me going back to Chicago! The deep dish and the cheese is the real deal! They accidentally added jalapeños to mine, but changed it asap! I live 3 miles down pizza is great!!!!!! read more

Love jets pizza so much but I've been told multiple times that they don't have enough drivers to deliver in the evening when I'm trying to order at 9. We are at the hospital, working overnight and all we want is Jetts pizza! Please deliver later or hire more drivers! It's a huge bummer when there's an hour to close but still can't deliver. read more

We have gotten delivery twice. The food was great. We all had sandwiches. Can't wait to try a pizza! The delivery time was quick, less than 30 minutes. I recommend that you should give them a try! read more

This is my daughter's favorite pizza place. She recently ordered online and somehow they never received the order. To compensate, they delivered her a free pizza. Also, any time she has ordered individual slices, they always throw in a few extra. I love the flavored crust they have. The pizza to me was ok. Nothing to write home about. The customer service here, however is outstanding. read more

Against my diet judgement went back here on Tuesday. It was actually better than the first time. Met the owner Rob who was a very professional and dedicated guy. Just with my order he knew that i had done a review three days prior. Not wanting to thank me for the good review but inquire more as to what was right and what COULD be better. The food was hot because we ordered there but as a cook myself...you cant satisfy other pallets if you dont have the passion to do so. Good Job!!! read more

Pretty good! I usually steer away from anything that resembles deep dish since I'm not a crust person, but their four corner pizza was delicious!! My husband and I was expecting a place to be able to sit and eat, but there were only.stools along a wall so we had to take it to go. read more

Excellent pizzas. Their breads are so good you could forego the pizza. The wings are ok. The sandwich options that I have tried are really good to. This is a top notch pizza place that is very well worth the extra cost over the others. Head and shoulders better than the Pizza Hut across the corner from it. read more

Pizza is on point, but delivery times suck. I placed an order at 4:30 to be delivered at 6:45. Were going on 30 mins late right now. The place is 4 miles from my house!? read more

Best pizza - Jets 10 pizza deep dish with everything you could imagine!! We love it and will not order from anyone else again!

Love this pizza place. My family doesn't or I would order it more but great pizza from the usual Dominos and papa John's. I always get the deep dish style with loads of Marines sauce! read more

LOVE their pizza. When I first visited, their deep dish was something unique that I had to try. The jet 10 supreme deep dish was amazing and had a variety of toppings that made it fantastic. My favorite pizza place. read more

First time trying Jets Pizza tonight. Staff was friendly, took the time to go over styles and options, made recommendations, and had our order ready in about 10 minutes take out. Pizza was excellent and will definitely visit again. Recommend. read more

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Their customer service is too crappy for the price of this pizza versus the quality. I ordered this online at 4:45pm for delivery on a Friday. I realize it's a Friday and the weather was crappy so I anticipated a delay in delivery. It tells me online delivery is expected at 5:32pm, which was fine, but 5:50 rolls around and no pizza. Yes, it's approximate but in this age of technology there's no excuse to not have your delivery time reflect the amount of deliveries expected. I called at 5:50pm to inquire about delivery and was told "we've been swamped since 4pm.....it will probably be around 6:30pm before we can deliver to you.". I live less than .5 miles away and ordered nearly $100 worth of pizza so wtf kind of business management is this? I told them to change it to carry out and came in. When I came into the store I overhear the guy I spoke to on the phone telling the manager that a customer had called and said they didn't want to wait 2 hours for the pizza and they both laughed about it. I say "yeah, that was me" and the manager replied in a snappy tone "that's not you, that's someone else...we have your pizza ready". Yeah, sure buddy. Ok, so you have my pizza ready which would have then sat for FOURTY FIVE MINUTES before being delivered?! There was no apology, no offer to make it right, nothing. There's too many good pizza places that are more reasonable in both cost and time, that I don't need to give them my money. I recommend you don't either. read more

Love this place, best pizza in town. The Bold Fold is our fav! Turbo Cheese stix are the BEST EVER! WE LOVE THE TURBO CRUST it's a must have! the owner and staff are super awesome too! read more

Good, not quite as good as expected from the price. Quick delivery, and drivers are friendly.

I live too far to get delivery so I have to pick it up. It is worth it. This is the best chain pizza I have had. I have only had the pan pizza, it is so good I haven't tried any other type crust. It can be a little slow, but it is worth the wait. I did lower my rating because the deliver guys smoke outside the door so it smells of cigarettes before you enter. For the pizza I recommend this place! read more

No STARS!!!!! But it wouldn't let me post that way. Lousy service. No one was there. We walked in. I was straining to see the menu. We ordered sandwiches. Was told 10 minutes. 12:16pm on a Saturday. 2 people walked in and placed their orders. Then I Went next door to shop. Came back 12:35pm. Sandwiches not ready. They both get their pizzas and they were not made right. We asked where our order was. They hadn't even started on them. Three guys there and still no sandwiches. Finally at 12:46 we get one sandwich. Then finally the other. The bread was so hard I could barely eat. First and LAST time there. They could offer free food for a year and I would still never go back!!!!! read more

Jet's Pizza - Pizza Near Me - Mansfield, Texas

The pizza is good but the owner/manager is a grade a douche. I showed up about 8 minutes early for my pizza thinking hey it shouldn't take 35 mins to make a pizza. The owner must have told me 5 times. The ticket time is 11:30. It's 11:22 your pizza is not ready yet. Ok thanks for nothing buddy. Another douche on the line walks up to ask when did you place the order online? We just got it I haven't had time to make it yet. Ok thanks douche it doesn't matter what the ticket time is, it doesn't matter if you've had time to make. Both of you need to get to work and make the damn pizza! Then at 11:35 owner say the top oven isn't heating so we are going to put it in the lower oven and try and get it done for you. Your ticket time was 11:30 and we are 5 minutes past that. Great buddy thanks for nothing again. Learn some manners and stop pointing out the time. I know how to tell time!! So in the end it took til 11:55 to get the pizza. And again the douche of a manager pointed out the ticket time once again to further piss me off. Not to mention people just disappear into the back and don't man the counter. To management-stop with the BS side comments and get to work. Customer service 101 keep your comments to yourself no one cares! read more

Tried the local Jets Pizza for the first time today. Will never make that mistake again. Got our food after waiting for over an hour and a half. There website said 30 minutes called them after and hour and they said they were just busy. The large pepp. Pizza was burnt to beyond recognition. But it was cold in the box. Wings were burnt just as bad also cold on arrival and the sauce was good and hot but absolutely no flavor. Cesar Salad was the only thing not burnt but the Cesar dressing was pretty harsh. First time I ever complained on yelp. But this was pathetic especially for over $40.00 with the tip. read more

I'm giving 5 stars because the deep dish Jets 10 with turbo crust is literally the best pizza I've had in my life. They also deliver to us way across town. Makes Dominos and PapaJohns pizza taste like microwave trash. This is real pizza. read more

Just to set the record straight this was my first time ever eating at Jett's pizza and by all means I was ready to give the pizza a chance. There was nothing at all wrong with the quality of the food, my problem lied with the staff. Upon entering I waited for four minutes for someone to approach me and ask for my information. Keep in mind the store was empty with no fellow costumers. I was finally greeted by a "manager" who honestly made me feel uncomfortable. Along with a putrid smell coming from the employee, possibly coming from his Baylor hat or his own clothes, this staff member then began to talk to me about irrelevant things that had nothing do with my order. Finally I managed to order meal and then proceeded to wait a grand total of 30 minutes for a simple pepperoni pizza. When I asked about the wait the manager simply said one of the "new recruits" had mistakenly made the wrong pizza. But when I was waiting all I saw from my perspective was some type of hazing going on between the Baylor hat guy, another employee with an adidas hat, and someone named chad. I know the name as they repeatedly shouted his name insulting his ability to make a simple pepperoni pizza. All things considered the pizza was delicious. read more

Great first experience: the person taking our order was super friendly. We are outside their delivery zone, but, since it was a slow time of the day, they went ahead and delivered. Great service. And, of course, the pizza was really good. Great job! Keep it up! read more

Got my order wrong last two times I ordered. They have no coupons or deals so a large loaded pizza is 25+ bucks at the door. Web ordering defaults to 1/2 cheese pizza every time. Phone in your order. read more

We love this place and feel so blessed to have such a great pizza place just around the corner. We are new to town and have only been here a few months but we've already experienced Jet's Pizza 4 times (2 pickup, 2 delivery) and they have won our business with the best tasting pizza, fresh salads, amazing customer service, super clean facility and friendly staff. We also were never big fans of deep dish pizza until we tried theirs and we are now hooked. Be sure to add the turbo flavored crust. Try it; you won't be disappointed!! read more
