Mmmm...mmmm..good! We ordered pizza again from Jet's last night. I had just gotten off work and called it in for pick up. I ordered the deep dish Jets 10 and an order of boneless chicken wings(mild). They told me around 15 minutes and it would be ready. I came in and paid for my pizza used my five star card to rack up those points. I got to talk to the manager, a very sweet man. He thanked me for my kind comments on yelp and I told him that we loved their pizza and were pretty much addicted, lol! Got home and we attacked the pizza and wings, after a few photos. It was very good as usual. If you haven't tried the Jets 10 and love a pizza loaded with everything then this is definitely the pizza for you!! The wings were covered with mild sauce. The mild sauce isn't spicy which was good I didn't want my mouth on fire. Both were very good! Needless to say we were stuffed and all had happy tummies. If you haven't tried Jet's give them a try. I guess I am the odd ball here but I was totally non-impressed. The quality and value was much less than what I expected. I ordered a large super supreme...that had to been the smallest large pizza I've ever seen, especially for 16 plus dollars. In all honesty and not to be mean spirited but the carry out pizza at Ci-Cis is just as good for about half that price. I usually get two large supremes there for about $18. Jets pizza does not deliver to our home because we live on the other side of the highway, but the pizza is so great and the service is so awesome, I Drive all the way across town to pick it up! The food is always ready when they say it will be, hot and fresh and the staff is so nice! They have even brought the food out to my car because my kids were in the car with me! Love jets pizza so much but I've been told multiple times that they don't have enough drivers to deliver in the evening when I'm trying to order at 9. We are at the hospital, working overnight and all we want is Jetts pizza! Please deliver later or hire more drivers! This is my daughter's favorite pizza place. She recently ordered online and somehow they never received the order. To compensate, they delivered her a free pizza. Also, any time she has ordered individual slices, they always throw in a few extra. I love the flavored crust they have. The pizza to me was ok. Nothing to write home about. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Their customer service is too crappy for the price of this pizza versus the quality. I ordered this online at 4:45pm for delivery on a Friday. I realize it's a Friday and the weather was crappy so I anticipated a delay in delivery. It tells me online delivery is expected at 5:32pm, which was fine, but 5:50 rolls around and no pizza. Yes, it's approximate but in this age of technology there's no excuse to not have your delivery time reflect the amount of deliveries expected. I called at 5:50pm to inquire about delivery and was told "we've been swamped since 4pm.....it will probably be around 6:30pm before we can deliver to you.". I live less than .5 miles away and ordered nearly $100 worth of pizza so wtf kind of business management is this? I told them to change it to carry out and came in. When I came into the store I overhear the guy I spoke to on the phone telling the manager that a customer had called and said they didn't want to wait 2 hours for the pizza and they both laughed about it. I say "yeah, that was me" and the manager replied in a snappy tone "that's not you, that's someone else...we have your pizza ready". Yeah, sure buddy. Ok, so you have my pizza ready which would have then sat for FOURTY FIVE MINUTES before being delivered?! There was no apology, no offer to make it right, nothing. The pizza is good but the owner/manager is a grade a douche. I showed up about 8 minutes early for my pizza thinking hey it shouldn't take 35 mins to make a pizza. The owner must have told me 5 times. The ticket time is 11:30. It's 11:22 your pizza is not ready yet. Ok thanks for nothing buddy. Another douche on the line walks up to ask when did you place the order online? We just got it I haven't had time to make it yet. Tried the local Jets Pizza for the first time today. Will never make that mistake again. Got our food after waiting for over an hour and a half. There website said 30 minutes called them after and hour and they said they were just busy. The large pepp. Pizza was burnt to beyond recognition. But it was cold in the box. Wings were burnt just as bad also cold on arrival and the sauce was good and hot but absolutely no flavor. Cesar Salad was the only thing not burnt but the Cesar dressing was pretty harsh. Just to set the record straight this was my first time ever eating at Jett's pizza and by all means I was ready to give the pizza a chance. There was nothing at all wrong with the quality of the food, my problem lied with the staff. Upon entering I waited for four minutes for someone to approach me and ask for my information. Keep in mind the store was empty with no fellow costumers. I was finally greeted by a "manager" who honestly made me feel uncomfortable. Along with a putrid smell coming from the employee, possibly coming from his Baylor hat or his own clothes, this staff member then began to talk to me about irrelevant things that had nothing do with my order. Finally I managed to order meal and then proceeded to wait a grand total of 30 minutes for a simple pepperoni pizza. When I asked about the wait the manager simply said one of the "new recruits" had mistakenly made the wrong pizza. But when I was waiting all I saw from my perspective was some type of hazing going on between the Baylor hat guy, another employee with an adidas hat, and someone named chad. I know the name as they repeatedly shouted his name insulting his ability to make a simple pepperoni pizza. All things considered the pizza was delicious. read more

Order pizza from place the guy told me 45 mins? One hour later he shows up and then tells me a different price! I open the box and it's a regular cheese pizza! Wow! So I goer in my car because I had it delivered and when I get to the store so tell him about what happened and not only did the charge me the wrong price but then he looks at me with surprise that I didn't want the pizza ! Now here is the nasty part! So once I return the pizza the guy then places it back in the heat storage container where all the other pizzas are! So I say hey! I know I didn't touch that pizza but are you really going to place that pizza in that box and resale it? Then he looks at me and say Nooooo! But he still kept it there!
