I ordered online two pizzas for pick up. One was the their special, the mediterranean pizza. We substituted the tomato's with black olives. There was no feta cheese like it describes. Most of the cheese was in the middle leaving the crust area with only sauce. I downloaded the YELP app and registered just to leave this review. I don't ever leave reviews but this deserved recognition. My delivery driver Hunter went above and beyond for me. The extra sauses that I ordered online with the pizza were missing (It's Valentine's Day) and when I mentioned it, Hunter apologized and immediately offered to go get them and come back even though I already tipped him. I'm not the type to care too much if something small is missing but without hesitation, he said "I'm on it" and within 7 minutes was back with the sauses. I recently just heard of this pizza spot, and been wanting to try it ever since when I heard they have deep dish. That in itself was all my boyfriend needed to hear to want to try it asap. I ordered it online and called and the employee was very helpful one thing I guess I misunderstood was I ordered online and used a $5 off coupon I thought it was just a coupon code but when I arrived there to pick it up he asked me for the coupon, so my price went up when I got up when I got there so that was upsetting! I ordered a large deep dish I think it came with 10 pieces it was very tasty. This location isn't near my place so I won't order often but it was good even the next day for leftovers. read more

Ordered a BBQ chicken pizza minus bacon and received a pizza with bacon all over it. When we called to bring it to their attention, we were told it would be another 50 minutes to wait. Good pizza but not the New York style bold pepperoni. It was awful. It even looked awful. It looked and taste worse than a frozen pizza. The deep dish pizzas are really good. The pics online for the bold Pepperoni were misleading. Looked and taste nothing like anything I've ever had in NY. I was shocked because the last Time here was so good. I've been to this location twice. This second time would be the first Time being unsatisfied with my purchase. The place isn't close to home so to drive so far and pay more than the competition and be disappointed well it was disappointing. The Good: dont let the interior of this place fool you. Although it looks pretty cookie cutter therr is something special about this place. The owner is a real cool guy. He comes off like he really cares about your pizza experience. He can to talk to me twice when I was there. The pizza crust was awesome. I would highly recommend the pan crust. It's super thick and is nice and fry/crunchy. And you can't fault them for their amount of toppings, it was pretty spot on. The Bad: This place looks pretty late 90's generic inside. It doesn't scream "this is my new favorite hipster joint". Its a small space, there are only 3-4 seats against the wall if someone wants to eat there. The pizza itself was tasty however like the business itself, the toppings seemed pretty cookie cutter. Like when you go to a Italian restraint that has the same pizza boxes as the italian place down the street - they all get their ingredients from the same distributor. I understand the financial benifit of this but it definenatly cheapens the quality of what started out as a pretty killer pizza. All in all it was a good pizza. I would have gone 3 star but the owner bumped it up one more with his customer interaction. This could easily be a 5 star place - get bigger location with dine in, upgrade your toppings, keep that excellent customer service. read more

I've always driven by Jet's Pizza and always curious as to how good they are. Recently over the weekend I decided to check them out for lunch. Since it was just me ordering/eating I went for something that can feed one person I tried out Jet's Boat. $6.49 for a lunch special wasn't bad at all granted the +$1.00 per additional topping had me wondering about the quality. When I opened the box after I got home the only thing I could think was damn that thing was huge. The Jet's Boat dwarfs Pizza Hut's p-zone by a considerable margin. This monster, and I mean it in a good way, was both delicious and filling to where I had to save the rest for later. I've never done that when Pizza Hut had their p-zones and I think I found a replacement that surpasses it. As for the pizzeria itself the venue was clean, the staff was cool and casual, and overall I can see myself ordering from them in the future. I more than got my money's worth on my order and they don't skip on the quality. You get exactly what you pay for, a good meal at a good price! read more

I bought a Groupon for here last night and was completely disappointed. Let's start with the price. For what you pay you would think you would get gourmet pizza. The pizza was half the size of a large pizza that you get at any pizza chain and twice the price. Normally 1 large will feed my entire family but not from here. I ended up spending twice the amount I normally spend on pizza since I had to buy a salad and an extra pizza to make sure my family was fed. Now let's talk taste. The pizza tasted like any other chain restaurant pizza place. Yes you do get a massive amount of toppings on your pizza but they are either canned vegetables or previously frozen meat. The salad was seriously lacking in toppings. The pictures you see on the wall are not what you get it. They may give you an overabundance of toppings on the pizza but don't expect that from the $8.00 salad that mostly contained lettuce. However I will say the service here is amazing. The girl at the counter was very helpful and patient. Since I had never been there before I didn't know the menu so she gave me a few suggestions and never got flustered with me as I changed my mind 3 times. Honestly if it wasn't for the fact that I had already bought the Groupon I probably would have walked out when she showed me the size of the large pizza. read more

What a wonderful experience from start to finish. My wife and I were killing time but needed to refuel so we found this lil gem in Yelp and glad we did. The place is small but it's mainly a pizza delivery place. However, they do have a small counter section with bar stools for someone to dine in with them if needed. The owner/operator happened to be working the register when we walked in and man what a nice surprise to be treated like we were. He was very helpful on our never been here before decision making. He offered a few suggestions and boy are we glad we took him up on them. The pizza was perfectly cooked with the perfect amount of sauce, cheese and topppings. Ok, so let me start by saying that I'm a big fan of Jets pizza. Even had Jets in Detroit. So I was excited to see that there were several Jets franchises in the area. So the most convenient Jets for me was the one in Bedford. So I tried it. And quite honestly it was the worst Jets I've ever had. I even spoke with a manager to inquire about the lack of quality of the pizza to which he felt it was up to par. This experience nearly made me give up on Jets in the area. But I decided to give it one more try with the location with the best ranking, the one in Mansfield. Boy am I glad that I tried the Mansfield location. The pizza was absolutely fabulous. The sauce was extremely tasty and plentiful. It was cooked perfectly with the crunchy edges and topped with high quality mozzarella cheese. The toppings also tasted fresh and were plentiful. All in all, the pizza was up there with some of the best Jets I've had. If you ever have a fix for Jets, do yourself a favor, make the trip to this one. It's worth it. read more

However, today not so much. our large NY style pizza was completely over done - so much so there was relatively little color difference between green olives and the crust. Way too done. Great pizza.... At least their deep dish is great. They're very generous with their toppings and their delivery time is pretty much on par with the other pizza delivery chains. Ordering is pretty simple and painless with their online ordering. I gave them only 3 stars because i've never been in their store and I have never met any of the staff except their delivery drivers, who just seem interested in doing their jobs, get in and get out. That and the overall cost of their pizza is a bit up there, but good and cheap don't always go together. Plus back in Feb '15 the owner of this Jet's location had a pretty funny interaction via social media that went viral. Good to see people that don't put up with a whiny ass bitch. We have been very disappointed since moving here 13 years ago, in the local pizza haunts. Actually almost everything in Mansfield eating was lacking,and consisted of same-ol chains. We had pretty much given up on pizza, which is One of my Love's. Reluctanlty, skeptically we thought we would take the leap of faith one more time just in case. I researched the reviews and saw they were fairly consistintly good. Only a few clinkers, which I disagree with.. No way is it compared to pizza hut or better than Trios, as another reviewer posted. But, then there is no accounting for some folks taste. 1::Phone Order: first impression Passing A+..The yougman was very pleasant, patient and most helpful, and read back the order to insure accuracy. 2:: Order A+ was Fresh correct on time, hot and tasty-Yummy!! Licked the fingers. 3: We ordered the jet 10 on thin crust-Turbo Crust ( butter,romano cheese, garlic) is sprinkled on the crust when it comes out of the overn. OMG!!!!. 4:The taste was supurb-A+, Perfect sauce and enough of it, plenty of toppings, highly flavorful. Crust- It is hard to find a thin crust pizza that has more than one topping that will not be overcooked and if they do put lots of toppings it comes out soggy. As well if they put enough sauce. Not on this one crust was thin, crispy, tasty loaded toppings and cooked just right with enough tasty sauce, another thing that is ususally very scant on a thincrust. Then the turbo cruststyle just Rocked it on home. We are so excited about Mansfield finally putting in a Pizza place that we Both love. We will be back. Hopefully it will stay good.
