Was thinking of the most romantic place I could take my wife on Valentine's Day and Dirty Job Brewing instantly came to mind We arrived to a pretty chill crowd. Our bartended was very friendly and gave us some recommendations on types of beers. I settled for a Saison or called "farm house ale" . Which is super cool because finding a Saison style beer is in fact very rare here in the DFW! Second up was the very tasty Raspberry Beeret, it was super damn good!! For food we got In The 'Cue which came with BBO sauce, mozzarella and Monterey shred, carnitas, caramelized onions. Saturday 9/13/2025, 1:30pm, my husband and mother in law went in for a late lunch and a beer after working outside in the heat on the lawn. Sat down at a table, place was empty save for 3 people at another table. Nobody was behind the bar. No wait staff to be seen. Husband got up and found a menu, looked it over and waited 5-6 more minutes. Still no wait staff, and the 3 people sitting there didn't say anything, so they got up and left. I always enjoy going to Dirty Job for the friendly staff and customers; it's got that small town feel. I suggest that you follow the brewery on social media for events. I've attended a craw fish boil and a Halloween string art event. The craw fish was delicious and the string art was fun. They don't brew my favorite type of beer but I enjoyed trying different styles. Some seats at bar but lots of tables inside and a few in front and back. There's a small room in the back also. We came here for National Pizza Day and were pleased to find out it was Trivia night on Friday! We had a fabulous time guessing the questions and pizza was delicious. Chicken with tomatoes was best! Came here with my in-laws after walking around downtown. The beer was delicious, I got the Maple Pecan Stout by recommendation of the gentleman at the bar who worked there. My father in law got the same, and my mother in law got the OMG Blonde. The food was hit or miss - I loved my pressed sandwich as did my husband, my mother in law enjoyed her pizza, and she said it was the perfect size. My father in law wasn't a huge fan of his rice bowl, but all in all, it was a great place. My one gripe? I found the chairs to be a tad uncomfortable. You just have to pick one. You are sure to find one you like. Or many if you are like my husband. I stick with none hoppy ones. I have only been here once for a crawfish cookout and a beer... 3 beers included. Had a great time the service and staff was very good. Good crowd very busy that day. Our buddy Ted works here on different days he is always ready to tell you about the beers if he is working. But I'm sure the other guys will tell you everything you need to know about the beers. Came here on a Friday night. After seeing the unique beers and a beer flight option I went to the counter to order. My fiancé & I waited behind one couple and let the lady at the counter know we wanted to do the flight. She let us know that since it's a Friday night that she will not be pouring flights. My question to that is what if I wanted 4 different beers? What's the difference in pouring (4) 5 oz beers than getting 4 beers? If you know me you know I enjoy good beer. I specifically like stopping at a brewery in which I have never had their beer because there is no better place to have a beer than right where it's made! We stopped yesterday at Dirty Job Brewing in Mansfield for the first time. The brewery is in a nice location in the middle of old downtown and has a good atmosphere and feel. It was clean with several tables, nice decor and great music was being played so my hopes were riding high as I got closer to the bar to see the list of beers. The owner and brewer was a very nice guy who was courteous and friendly. The board listed approx 20 different beers. I sampled 6 beers...4 IPA's, a blonde aged in Bourbon barrels and a mango/habanero ale. All seemed slightly over-carbonated with underwhelming flavor (weak & watery) except for the blonde barrel aged brew. I'm not a professional taster so it could be that this just is a difference in taste preferential because there were other people certainly enjoying their beer and they filled 3 growlers during our tasting! I recommend stopping by and giving the beer a taste for yourself because as the tag says...this is just my opinion. read more

DJB for the 2nd time since they opened up a few years back! They've spruced up the place with the Brewlet (I'm not sure if I got that right) outside which has a long bench and two swings. They will give you your beverage in a red solo cup if you want to hang out there. My favorite is the Agave Davida which they pulled off splendidly. They serve food as well. We were so excited to go to this brewery as everything else is closed now (all taprooms, breweries etc). And we were so disappointed with the beers ... We tried Raspberry Beeret (raspberry hefeweizen), This Pucker Here!(blackberry sour), and Gimme Samoa(blonde/cookie). All of them lacked flavor and it was hard to even tell the difference between them. Beers seemed flat and watery. This was a really nice place to visit. It is small and the brewery is just on the other side of the bar area. They have growlers, pints and flights. We had a pint of the blonde and a flight of the IPA's. The blonde is nice and the IPA's ranged from bitter and hoppy to mild. One IPA had dill in it and that was nice as well. We also ordered the pretzel with queso and the cheeezz pizza (naan bread, sauce, cheese and basil pesto). The food items were really nice. Park in the back, they have plenty of parking back there. You can also enter through the back door marked: DJB. They have so many beers to choose from!! They have an interesting and unique variety. I ordered a flight ($7) with four beer samples. It was hard to only pick 4! The prices are pretty reasonable! We accidentally went on Star Wars trivia night, so it was super crowded!!! The beers are well crafted and tasty. You can bring your own food and snacks (there are a few restaurants near by). They have games in the back room and I saw they have yoga events too. Glad that this place has opened in Mansfield as the first of its kind. Their location is adorable, right in the heart of their downtown area. Parking is tricky. Their decor and ambiance are great. Good little feel that matches the quaintness of downtown Mansfield. Not very many of the beers were to my liking (maybe I'm not used to their water?), but I liked the cucumber IPA and their red ale the most. Great prices, though, and if it's in your neighborhood, give it a try for sure. read more

The DFW Metroplex's FIRST brewery South of I-20 is right here in downtown Mansfield. Currently open only on Saturdays until they can get into the groove of demand-for-supply, DJB looks to be open 4 days a week in the future with up to 9 beers on tap at any 1 time. While ALL of the beers I've had are really good, the "Short Stack", a Maple Pecan Porter is exceptional as is their Red Ale (dry-hopped with Graham Crackers no less). Each one of their offerings is a unique flavor combination or play on popularity but none of them smack you in the face with over-the-top flavor. All very subtle which makes repeat pints in 1 sitting doable. Ask Derick, the brewmaster to mix you a combo and you'll receive a real treat. Blueberry Porter anyone? All in all a very cool place to visit. It's simply a tap room with ample seating, no food on premise but restaurants nearby (walking distance) and a food truck out back as permitting. Beers are $5 a pint and damned well worth it. For the first brewery in South DFW - this one's a winner. Note - I know that Revolver has been in Granbury for some time now but I don't consider that part of the metro. Tarrant and Dallas counties = metro. (to me, anyway) See you there! read more

Really unbelievable the reviews on this place. Ordered a ruebin sandwich. Soggy bread like it had been sitting for a long time which I believe. Wife ordered a bowl which she ate and finished before my sandwich even came out. Roasted potatoes where still under cooked but hot like they had been nuked.
