I came here for lunch and ordered the 6-piece deep dish special. I also ordered 3 ranches to go with it, and man it gets pricey with the ranch. I do not mind though because I love their ranch. Two other ladies from my training ordered as well. We did not have to wait too long. When we received our orders, we all checked to make sure that everything looked good. The pizza smelled delicious. We got back to the training location and went into the lunch room to eat. The pizza was still super hot and fresh. They added a lot of cheese. They put light sauce like I has asked. They added a good amount of myshrooms. They also cooked the pizza well, like I had asked. The pizza was cooked completely and tasted amazing. I visited this place on a Wednesday night around 7. It was not busy and I was immediately helped (although I didn't get greeted when I entered the store). I have had Jet's before but in another state. I was a walk-in and I order a deep dish cheese pizza for $12. It took 15 minutes to make and I went about my day. It tasted fine, just like a regular Jet's pizza. My experience wasn't bad and my food was decent so this place receives 4 stars. read more

Some of the poorest excuse for customer service I've experienced in awhile. Walked in to get my pickup order, everyone was preoccupied in the back and I didn't even get acknowledged for six minutes or so. A few people came in after me, and someone finally came to the front and helped two of them out before me (at this point, I still haven't been acknowledged or asked if I've been taken care of.) Finally I make my way up and say I'm picking up an order. I wasn't sure what the name on the order was, so I told him three possibilities. Couldn't find my order, had to get someone else to come help, who asked for my phone number. They immediately found the order, which was under one of the three names I mentioned. I told the woman upon being helped that I was waiting for a good amount of time without being acknowledged, and was very polite on how I brought it up. The woman shrugged it off and said the workers were new, and did nothing to remedy the situation. Upon getting my order, I had to remind the woman I also had a salad, because she was about to send me out the door without it. Upon getting home, I realized they gave me the wrong dressing. Great pizza, some of the best outside of Chicago. It is a Michigan base company which is a bonus. The 8 corner pizza lets everyone taste the fantastic crust. The thin crust is very crispy and good too. The food seems a little pricey, but then again I always order too much food. I almost always get delivery, and they are pretty consistent in their delivery time of 45 minutes. (not that I expect it faster) Sometimes it comes quicker, it rarely takes more than 50 minutes. When the website works, it is great to be able to order online. Sometimes the site makes you phone in your order, I am not sure why. I've loved Jet's Pizza for a while, but I recently moved to a new city and I was told (TWICE) that, for various reasons, they would not deliver to my neighborhood. Now, I have had Jet's deliver to my location in the last 2 months. No issue. Then I recently called and requested delivery and was told that they didn't deliver to my neighbor after dark. I informed the person on the phone that I had had deliveries made to me at my location previously. But that person said it must've been during the day. I did not dispute this since I could not remember whether it was day or evening. The next time I called to make a delivery order, I was told that they did not deliver to my area AT ALL. I asked the person I spoke with when this decision was made because I had been told that it was a daytime/nighttime issue. He said he didn't know when, only that they did not deliver to my area. So, basically, I was lied to. I live in a predominately black apartment complex. This is a clear sign of discrimination, so I will not be ordering Jet's for delivery OR PICKUP ever again. I also intend to speak to a lawyer because this seems like a clear sign of redlining, which is illegal. read more

Mind you I live 1.6 miles away from jets. You'd really have to be moving at a turtle like pace for it to take that long to get here. Every time I order for delivery I get told my pizza will be delivered in 45 minutes to an hour. Well, here I am 1.5 hours later still waiting on my pizza. I called them an hour and 15 minutes after I placed my order and was told it was on the way. I live 3 miles away!!. While I'm sure they have other deliveries to make it can't possibly take that long to deliver one large pizza. My advice to you is to order it for pick up. Took them 20 min for the delivery driver to show up when I already called because it had been longer than they said it would be. A side note I'm only 5 minutes from this location. When the pizza arrived it was not what I ordered. Called then back they said they would comp me the pizza that they missed. So last two times I have had horrible experiences. 2nd to the last time all I did was return back inside to ask if my pizza was late and basically some new guy got super irritated loudly for asking. Long story short he was so rude to me I was just in shock and every time I Said "excuse me what's your name" he said refused to tell me and said you got a "15 dollar credit is that good enough" I said let me speak to your manager he said he was a manager. He Then slammed their phone stating he didn't care if he lost his job or got in trouble. Then I called right back he answered agAin in end he said his name was Gerald. I could NOT believe how rude and argumentative he was never in my life has I had such awful treatment. I am terrified to go back in there he may spit in my food. Go to Cottage Inn or Marcos next time honestly it made me cry I couldn't understand why this kid was sooo rude. MOST EXPENSIVE, MOST INACCURATE, and MOST STINGY pizza delivery in the area. Multiple times I have been there and the food is late, the order is wrong, added items, usually missing items. $56 for a large pizza, an extra large pizza and 6 ranch dipping sauces and you want to give me a 3.00 credit for the extra pineapples that you didn't even add to begin with, let alone extra. A lot of places, will fix it and give you a free pizza or a damn good 1/2 off credit for the next time....but oh no..not here. I am so over it. A mix up occasionally I understand....but this place is THE WORST. 1/2 my orders have been wrong and/or over a half hour later than they say. I keep praying it is just an oopsie...but not any more. A good pizza,I like the round and deep dish pan pizza with just cheese at times,I like the crispy crust,I like the turbo stick flavored crust and the cheese sticks and turbo sticks,the pizza is a little greasy but I like the cheese and the sauce on it,I like the spicy pepperoni and I liked how they were crispy at the top,it brought the taste out,I was with someone and we had a New York style bold fold pizza delivered,it was hot and fresh and it was cut so 1 piece was like two pieces it was unique and it was delicious.
