I've seen a lot of bad reviews here for this location. Not sure what I am doing differently than all of the others, but I have never had a problem with this location. I always order online and pick up the pizza. Sometimes a lot, sometimes just one pizza. Pizza is always correct and done on-time or very close to on-time. Staff is always friendly. I usually order on Fridays a little early (around 4:30). I would recommend this store, at least from my experience. read more

Absolutely do not believe them if you put in an order online and call because of a mistake. I called less than a minute after submitting an order online. I called the number on the order and spoke with a gentleman who assured me the order was canceled. I asked how do you know what order to cancel, he said by my phone number. Days later I see that the order posted for $78.06. Shady is all I can say. On hold now with my bank. I canceled, Jets stated they canceled it while I was on the phone and they charged me anyway. First time trying Jet's Pizza. My family loved it. Perfect amount of sauce, the pepperoni was cooked perfectly. The pepperoni was crispy on the edges. It was ready in less then 15 of walking in to get our order. I'm grateful the we're open on Christmas Eve. My son wanted to try them out. AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!! My family and I ordered from this location on 9/11. Our order was over $70. We arrived 3 minutes after the time quoted on the order, and it still hadn't even been put in the oven. Jet's website says that they require masks in all their stores to keep everyone safe, yet, of the five employees working at the store, not one single employee had a mask on. So, while we sat and waited for an additional 35 minutes, we expected to at least have nice fresh pizza. Of the four pizzas we ordered, there was something wrong with every single one of them, and the two gluten free pizzas were both burnt. When I tried to call the location, no one answered the phone. I then reached out via Twitter, and Facebook, and got no response until last night. Someone named Cal Smith responded on Facebook with, "We apologize. However, COVID 19 is a joke just like your 70.22 is to our business. Our restaurants are COVID FREE!!" I have tried numerous times to reach out to the owner of this location, and I get zero response. All calls to the home office are met with "this is a franchised location, so there's nothing we can do." Somebody dropped the ball, multiple times, and it seems that they don't care about people's business, so just consider yourself warned. read more

Takes way too long, won't deliver even after they say they will, they're confused by or just ignore the online ordering system, just a total chaotic mess. I put an order in online at 6:10 PM on Friday the 13th. Get told that the order would get here. No later than 720. It is now 4 minutes to eight, and .still hasn't been? Can't ever gotten delivered When I asked where am I ordering what it was? I'm sorry, we only have 2 drivers. It's not my problem you have to drivers. I ordered a pizza online process so it would be an hour. It never showed up, and guess what? I've never got my money back from them either. We ordered three pizzas online - two deep dish and one round hand tossed. It was ready at the time promised, but the hand tossed pizza was instead a deep dish. When asked if we ordered online, we said yes and were told that their online system can't tell the difference so everything comes through as deep dish. Weird but we can deal with it. It still had the toppings we wanted. While eating, my dad took a bite and discovered a screw in his pizza. I called to basically let them know, not really knowing what to do since it was an odd situation. However, I thought they should know since the screw could have seriously hurt someone if they had bitten down harder at actually swallowed it. The person I talked to was nice, but had no clue what to do. He offered to remake everything which I would have done if other people hadn't already eaten, but I didn't want a bunch of leftover pizza at that point. I asked for a credit and he said we could have that next time I called from that number. I asked if they wanted the screw - I mean I don't know what they would do with it, but maybe it was from equipment or something. He said sure. My dad took the screw in and was told that it was not a screw from their place. I highly doubt the staff knows what the all the screws of their equipment look like, but they basically blew him off and acted like we were lying. I understand that it was an unintended accident, but that is a crap way to handle something. I get people try to get free things all the time by doing stuff like this, but it is pretty awful that you just blew someone off that could have been injured from what was found. Quality of food and staff was hit or miss even prior to the pandemic, which we dismissed but this was just enough. There are so many other pizza places to visit in the area that we can take our business to. read more

Everything good except they fail to honor the online app prices and specials. I oaid about $3 or $4 more on an order because of this. I was supposedly speaking to the owner. I managed a pizza place before and this kind of thing would not fly. It would take too long to write the whole incident that leads to this review. Suffice it to say that I will never do business with them again. Over the years I have went back to them after poor quality of food and money mishandling thinking that maybe it was just a bad night or that my my next visit an new management may be in place but I have learned my lesson after tonight's experience. Product unavailability, money mishandling (I was charged twice), rude management, 1 1/2 hour delivery time and greasy cold food I would recommend staying far away from Jets Pizza on Saginaw Hwy in Lansing MI forever. Not sure what has happened, but my once favorite pizza place has turned into something I'll never use again. We ordered 4 small pizzas, I won't go into details, but this was a big deal for us, and we were excited. Upon delivery, only 3 luke warm pizzas arrived. The driver admitted he gave the other pizza to a previous customer by mistake. Ok, mistakes happen, no big deal. He says to call the store and have them remake it, and he'll bring it over as soon as he gets back. I called the store, and had to wait 5 minutes to talk to a manager. He suggested I come into the store and pick it up, as he had 5 deliveries ahead of me and it would be some long time before they can get it out. This isn't really satisfactory, but going to pick them up wasn't an option, so I waited. We then opened one of the 3 luke warm pizzas we got (BBQ Chicken) and after eating a piece, I noticed there's no BBQ sauce on it. So, I call back, wait another 5 minutes on hold, then explained my issue. The manager confirms they knew there was no BBQ sauce on top, but tries to tell me it is in fact the bbq chicken pizza. He tells me his own staff noticed there was bbq sauce missing, but they somehow sent it out anyways. I have to fight to get them to send me a new one, as I actually wanted the BBQ sauce (it's my favorite part) and that I'm not willing to wait for their 5 other deliveries to go out as it's not my fault they've screwed up this bad. This gets me hung up on. So, I call back the third time to make sure they're gonna fix this, wait on hold another 5 minutes, just to get confirmation they are going to fix it. Ordered at 7pm , they said 70 minutes. After 90 minutes I called to see where it was. The manager said it just went out the door. That was a lie because 30 minutes later I called back because it still wasn't there after 2 hours. After being on hold for 10 minutes the manager said the driver is on his way. 10 minutes later the the 2 pizzas got here!! Guess what 1 of them was the wrong pizza. We ordered pizza online an hour in advance and picked our pickup time. We arrived and waited for over 30 minutes, but still no pizza, so I called and asked when it would be ready. They said it was coming out of the oven and would be ready in 2-3 minutes. 10 minutes later, it still wasn't ready!! At that point, I demanded a refund and still wanted my pizza. After giving my a refund and saying it will still be several minutes until my pizza would be ready, the workers proceeded to go behind the partial wall and gossip about me. Extremely unprofessional. The pizza here is definitely solid. The deep dish is some of the best in the area. Today I was getting takeout and after paying, I hear the counter clerk turn to his coworker and say "He left me a whole buck. (It was actually about $1.50 on a $14.00 order)" I was under the impression that 10% on takeout is the norm, and this guy doesn't make a server wage, probably gets minimum or above. The pizza just didn't taste all that great after that. I've also had someone answer the phone here with "Jets pizza, whatchu want?" Management, get your staff under control. If I could give them a 0 star I would. I am highly disappointed in their customer service. I went to the website to place an order and the website crashed multiple times. So I called. The lady first told me that they don't take card over the phone when I asked about contactless delivery due to Covid-19. Then when I said okay I'll put the money on the porch they said okay. I then ordered and the lady charged me $10 more than what it would if I placed online. Then I asked to talk to a manager and she said "no" then she said "order all set" and I was like okay, but I want it delivered later. She said we don't do that. So I said okay never mind. My sister called and they took the order fine with all the requests I asked earlier and allowed her to place the order late. Then there were delivery issues but I won't go into that. read more

Normally this is one of my go to pizza places in Lansing. This time I experience rude customer service, received the wrong pizza and I was charged an additional $2 and something on top of the amount I paid online. Called back to inform them and was told it will be ready in 15 minutes. Returned about 5 minutes before my 15 minutes was up and waited in line for about another 5 minutes only to be asked why was I bring the pizza back and then at that point they threw together my pizza, speaking loud enough to complain about me returning the pizza and asking for the $2 and something to be returned to my card. They told me it was a computer error and they didn't charge me taxes online but it was never told to me when I got the pizza, they just took it upon themselves to charge my card for the difference. Needless to say I have not and will not return to this establishment. read more

Pizza is decent and unique in their own right particularly if you like the cheesy crunch of their 8-corner pizza. Outside of that, their offerings are marginal at best. Watch out for the high prices and don't be a sucker for their phantom coupon strategy. They send out tons of coupons through mailers and circulars but they don't honor them when you call in for delivery! The trick is they don't tell you this up front. So they don't even quote the right price over the phone and when you thought you're saving, you're actually paying full fare AND paying for their delivery charge. This place is run by idiots so I've boycotted it outright because I can easily find better pizza for less and without being scammed. read more

They supposedly deliver to Grand Ledge per the girl on the phone, but wouldn't deliver to a location between Lansing and Grand Ledge without a $9 tip. $1 per minute on the road? Delivery time is 30-60minutes?? That's quite a time frame... Took 61 minutes, on the dot from the time we hung up with them. The pizza? Mediocre at best. Won't be ordering from Jets again. Wow... This is the second bad customer service experience I have had with this location. Jets at other locations the pizza is great but first time my order was wrong and I had to wait. This last time I tried placing an order by phone and was put on hold for 12 minutes and then I tried again it was put on hold for five minutes. I'm all set with this location. I will just order from the one near where I work that has great pizza and service and just grab it on the way home when I want Jets in the future read more

The managers and service staff here have always been accommodating. Thats why we no longer order from other pizza places and order from jets at least once ever 2 weeks. They left an impression after they went out of their way to make a delivery to my family and I amd that sold us as a forever customer. I highly recommend. read more
