I liked the crust. Lots of flavor. There was a lot of sausage which was really good. The 4 corner is like a Detroit pizza. A bit too doughy for me. I prefer thin crust. Which they also have. They have a variety of styles of pizza. I would order the thin crust which they say is like a cracker. If I lived nearby I would definitely return to try the thin crust. read more

They use canned mushrooms. No self-respecting pizza shop uses canned mushrooms! Also my Grubhub delivery guy friggin left my pizza outside my building when it's like 40 degrees outside. Ok I've taken a few bites. Confirmed, mushrooms not fresh. They are very moist/soggy and have a rubbery bounce to my teeth and finally the biggest tell, no flavor. Wound up getting a XL half-and-half pizza Detroit style for $26 picking up. 20 minute estimate was right on as I got there apparently right after they put it in the box. (I'm still wondering if they half bake the crust to get it ready so fast.) Hot pizza, crispy crust, and no surcharges on half/half toppings (same single topping on whole pizza.). Owner I assume was greeting, taking payments, and getting pizzas to customers. Said it's been open a month. There's no place to sit down here to eat, so get the pizza home quick (or be prepared to reheat/keep warm in the oven/pan). Online menu is a little convoluted to order the first time, but you'll figure it out. Text-to-order is better if you know what you want already. Paper menus will be available when you go pickup/get delivery. Tried signing up for reward program, but not sure if it worked. Fast alternative to Chicago deep dish, but you also lose the option to get spinach garlic pizza. Tried crust on regular bake...might try well done next time for curiosity sake. Did garlic crust, might go Turbo next time which is a combo of garlic, butter, romano. Cajun and sesame seed are the remaining flavors. half-half XL gets cut into 16 slices rather than 12. I cant believe how bad this pizza is...I ordered a Detroit style pizza with cheese,mushrooms and onions and it was truly an awful experience. I've eaten pizza all over the world and USA and I've had most pizzas from every chain and I've never in my life had to put salt on pizza until now. The entire pizza was flavorless...The cheese,toppings and sauce which tasted like tomato paste from a can just not as seasoned...lol Truly one of the worst pizza experiences in my life. Trash 7 Eleven pizza is better. I'm sure judging from reviews this isn't the norm and someone in the kitchen dropped the ball. The 2 stars is because the crust was pretty decent. read more

We ordered a pizza from the 7070 Clark St. location and were told it would be delivered in 20 minutes or so. Over an hour later, no pizza. We called the store, and they said they couldn't get a DoorDash driver who could deliver it. On a Tuesday evening?!?! After an hour and a half, they had to cancel our order and refund us. Their website also constantly defaults to in-person pickup instead of delivery, even when you specify delivery. Jet's pizza is excellent pizza, but they have a lot of work to do on their service. read more

I really like their pizza. A lot! So much I ordered it twice in a week and a half. No judgement! It's nostalgic for me of my kiddie days going to Pizza Hut and getting the pan pizza, except it's way better! I get the 4 corners pizza with just cheese and it's the most satisfying thing! Cheesy, doughy, but still crisp crust at the bottom, when you bite into it, you can hear the crunch. Also when you get the crisp edges from the cheese, it's the best! I know we live in Chicago, but if you have not tried Detroit-style you are missing out! It has a crust that has a cheesy crunch-like texture... like cheese has been baked into it, and it is out-of-the-park delicious! I love pizza and have tried a lot of pizza from a lot of places... this is my favorite! I normally go for a thin crust, that nice and crispy Chicago thin, from the tavern days, but Jet's is a thicker crust that blew me away. It is their crunchy texture that tastes buttery and cheesy. I think it has so much flavor that I could almost eat just the crust, it is that delicious. It is the best-flavored crust I've ever had! I live near the Clark Street location in Rogers Park and they have always been awesome and friendly. They have slices, so if you want to try without getting an entire pie you can. That's what I did, but now I am all about the four-corner pizza- a square pizza where each slice is a corner slice, each slice with that delicious crust on both sides. You are not being disloyal to Chicago- we have all styles of pizza and welcome diversity, especially when it is this delicious. Highly recommend! read more
