I will give Pete's credit for the pizza slices being massive, and size *does* matter. However,…read moreother than size, I cannot say I enjoyed these. It's not horrible-terrible, but at the same time, the experience is not one I am drawn to repeat. In my opinion, a great pizza involves a union of bread, sauce, cheese, and possibly toppings. The bread on these slices felt more like bread that was cooked independent of what went atop it. Not only was it thicker and breadier than I would have liked, but the cheese, sauce, and toppings sloughed off quickly. The cheese, tomato, and applicable toppings were fine. While they were nothing to write home about, I can't really complain about pepperoni. Final verdict: The slices did a job of fixing my hunger, and even providing lunch for the next day. However, they did not put a dent in my pizza craving as they didn't hit the spot for me.

I requested whether they could add a little extra sauce. She said for $3.50 she could add more! For that cost I asked how much sauce? Like an ounce or what? This got me wondering whether they are specifically counting the numbers of toppings used per pie. She had no response on quantity. I said, I'll stick with the regular amount. So when I received the pizza, there was less than a few teaspoons on a medium everything pie. Was that on purpose or are their pies severely deficient of sauce due to the status of their business?? I dunno and there isn't much desire to repeat. Whatever funk they seem to be in I hope they bounce out.

From the dishes I've tried, I recommend the Italian beef. (I wouldn't family style this though). The bread on the italian beef was so soft, tasty and perfect for dipping. Soaked the juice right up. You also get to choose a side with it as well! The pizza is good too! The pizza sauce is more tomatoey and gives it a fresh taste. We asked for sausage and artichoke, and they did not skimp on the ingredients. The pasta and meat lasagna were also good, but not as memorable as the other items. The menu items aren't anything fancy, but they are classic. I'd recommend this place if you're looking for some good ole, comfort Italian.

Terrible Service -- Don't Waste Your Time Ordering Here…read more I ordered a pizza from Ranalli's in Andersonville and was quoted a delivery time of 1 hour and 15 minutes. When that time passed and my pizza still hadn't arrived, I called the restaurant. They admitted they had completely forgotten to make my order. The manager assured me they were putting it in immediately and would rush it out to me. An entire hour later, I called again, only to be told that they STILL hadn't made my pizza. After more than two hours of waiting, two phone calls, and a promise from management to fix their mistake, they hadn't even started preparing my food. Absolutely unacceptable service and a complete disregard for their customers' time. Do not order from this place unless you don't care whether you actually receive your food.
