Jets pizza has never really let me down and this location is to be no exception. The way they make it is amazingly, fresh with great toppings all the way around. The crust is perfectly, crispy, the cheese is nice & melty and the service is always great. It also has a very nice and well lit interior which makes it perfect for dine in plus there's seating outside in case you like a change. The only problem is Manchester Rd. I know, I mention it a lot but it is a pretty busy street, making it tough to get in and out at times. Other than that, I highly recommend this location for some great food and beverages. Don't wait! Honestly our favorite pizza place ever!! We usually pop in for their lunch special which is a great deal. Everyone there is always friendly, including staff and other customers! We also get pizza delivered often and it always arrives quickly and still warm. Our usual is the detroit style pizza, which we always add a bunch of things to, but they rarely skimp on the toppings! I loved Jet's and thought it was the best. The last few orders I've had for a basic pepperoni pizza has been the saddest pizza I have ever had. The hand tossed pizza is pounded to oblivion and the crust ends up huge. Literally eating paper thin soggy dough with toppings but you might be able to pile it on the huge crust where all the dough is. I won't be returning anymore. I don't know if they changed owners or suppliers but they need to go back. read more

You know, I posted my original review quite some month ago and I wanted to come back after my latest visit from just a few hours ago. Here is what is NOT lacking at Jet's - a great set of employees. I have to say, in the 15-20 times we've been we've always been greeted by smiles, good attitudes, and personable employees. It's actually refreshing to walk into a place and right away feel like you are a customer that needs good service. As always we order of the Jet's app and our order is almost always the same. Four corner, four toppings, romano crust, well done. The app let's you pay and it tells you a (an always accurate) time as to when your food will be ready. It also lets you add special instructions which I absolutely love. When I got there, to the minute, I was told that the pizza just came out of the oven but it didn't look done enough for him so he was going to push it back a little, would I mind waiting another minute or two. I didn't mind whatsoever so I had a seat and, in due time, I was called up, was given the perfect pizza, and I was on my way. They just make things so simple. The times we get bone in chicken wings we order them well done. Not only do we order them on the app that way but we put in the comments section to please make sure the chicken really are well done. Almost without fail we've had wings that were perfectly......not snotty. You know what I mean, right? The skin cooks a little and instead of getting a nice bit of chicken meat and skin you get mean and skin-snot. Gross. But they will cook everything right to what you want to order. I'm sure if you want to see nothing but olives on top of your pizza you could tell them to add double olive and cover that thing up! WOW!.... recently became curious about Detroit style pizza so tried Jet's... So. Glad. I. Did! Got a custom 8-corner pie and it was so delicious!... The Cajun crust add-on was stellar and brought some great flavor and heat. The frico (crispy cheese) at the edges of the crust was delish and makes such a difference. It's nice to have such a fantastic alternative to other styles of pizza and looking forward to working Jet's Detroit style into the rotation of choices... Poor experience again. We stop going after major issue with them delivering our order without the pizza. When we went back we ordered pick up. I went to the window gave them the name I ordered it from and they said they did not have it. I had to order again with 20 min wait time which was very frustrating. I went to the car and my wife showed me her phone with the time we called. I went back in the store to show them the phone after I had to wait for other customer to place their order. They said this was for Cay which is interesting since there is no Cay in our family. Needless to say this will be our last time going there. read more

Detroit style pizza by Jets is my favorite pizza. They are fast and courteous. I order whenever I can usually for pick up. Same thing for past few years. But, there is a first for everything. They made me a completely different pizza than the one I ordered. Luckily I checked before leaving. So they made me wait 20 minutes to make me my correct order. I don't ever like deep dish pizza, but I would order their deep dish pizza again and again. They know how to do it right. The crust, the toppings, the sauce... it was all flavorful and it was not dripping with grease like some places. We ordered delivery and it arrived within 30 mins on a Sunday night. Friday night is pizza night unless it is Thai or Indian or Chinese night. Last night was pizza night. We recently had a solid pizza from The Haus but rather than repeat that success we heeded the advice of a family member who really likes Jet's Detroit style pizza. We ordered a large, hand-tossed Italian sausage, mushroom and green olive. That is, the usual. We received what was billed as a large but had all the appearances of a medium and they decided to substitute black olives for green. The bigger issue is that Jet's is in the group of pizza joints that sweetens their sauce above and beyond. This and the fact that it was also salt free was what hit me with every bite. This was not a satisfying experience. So in summary; Pros - Good cheese, nice crust, ample toppings Cons - Overly sweet sauce, salt free, canned rubber mushrooms Misses on this pie - wrong olives, either wrong size or a very small, expensive large One and done. We are back to The Haus or Boardwalk. read more

We wanted to get some pizza that was a little different than Papa John's and Domino's. I didn't really know the differences of the crust so I got just the New York style crust for both. It was OK. There's definitely not enough cheese on the pizzas or too much sauce. Not really sure why but the toppings were great but once it got a little cold, the cheese and everything just fall right off. We will definitely try again, but I don't think getting the New York style pizza was the best option for what we were looking for. read more

My first time getting Jet's the other day... I was happily surprised with how many options they had, the good price point, and how the food tasted! The quality and quantity perfectly matched my expectations. I did take a walk into the hallway to the restroom, and the floor was slimy and there was a smell coming from the back of the house. I don't really want to know what was going on there. I trust this restaurant is well-maintained and clean-enough in the kitchen. I'll most likely return. read more

This is for delivery only. This is a thick crust pizza with mozzarella cheese. I ordered the 8 corner pizza with peperoni and bacon. I added extra mozzarella and pepperoni. This drove the price with delivery fee's and tax to $25.60. $5 tip and bang you have a $30 pizza. Now that is a hunk of change for a pizza. Some things of note the bacon was tiny bacon crumples. The crust is huge and very flavorful I just don't know if I am a non Chicago style pizza thick crust. Chicago style has it's way of building a pizza where Jet's is really a thick crust normal pizza. So it is a personal thing I suggest give a try and see if you like. It is a nice new option to the area. read more

My first ever Jets pizza experience was in Ohio. Some friends say they make a BBQ chicken pizza with sweet baby rays as the sauce. I said I'm down with that. The BBQ chicken pizza is the best pizza they make. From the BBQ sauce and the big chunks of chicken the chopped bacon with the mozzarella cheese equals awesome. The chicken parmesan is good minus the tomatoes. The traditional and boneless wings are good with BBQ sauce. There not covered in sauce they have just there right amount of sauce. I hate wings that are soaked in sauce. The cinnamon stix for dessert are a great way to end a meal. Fresh baked bread cover in cinnamon and vanilla icing. read more

Jet's has fantastic east coast style pizza and boneless wings. It's the closest thing to the pizza we are used to from South Jersey! My only complaint is that the large isn't very large and I wish I could get a larger pizza instead of having to order an additional small pizza. It is always correctly made and always delicious. Ok, graduated from PWN many years ago and was in town for a visit and Mom ordered here. Pizza is delicious, I give it 4.5 stars at a minimum, however the call in and pick up was a 0.0 (I'm trying to be nice here) Staff was unorganized, they lied to us (and others) and I was told several times that ours was up next or in the oven now. Both were lies) I Called at 5:40 on a Sat. was told 25 min, showed up at 6:10 (30 minutes) I finally got mine around 7 and the whole time there were deliveries going out that could in no way been ordered before I called. My friend and I both ordered pizza for delivery from here at the same time but we made two separate orders. My friend's pizza arrived before mine and I called to ask if my pizza was supposed to be delivered with his or if I should wait for another driver to arrive (we had both orders delivered to the same house). The manager on the phone refused to understand my question no matter how hard I tried to explain it. She was rude and condescending.
