The first thing I will say is when you go to IMOs it's not for the service. And this time was no different. The staff was not friendly at all. The pizza now that is a whole different story. It never disappoints! There is just some kind of magic I that provel cheese and the toppings bring the right size to the crust. This location is near my hair salon and I frequent this location when picking up pizza on the way to the Salon. Having purchased from this location 10+ times, I can confidently say this location is in my Top 5 Imo's spots. Always fresh, always ready on time, always correct on the order. I have ordered both in person pop-in style and over the internet. Today was an in person pop-in and I was quoted 10 min and I was walking out in 10 min with my pizza. The location has recently gone under renovation and the shiny gray floors with the bold red walls looks great! There are 4 tables inside which eat seat 4 if you just so happen want to eat there. This is our first visit to this IMO's. We formerly went to the one on McKelvey before it moved to it's new location on McKelvey. We went there once and won't go to that IMO's again. (See my review for that one under its Yelp) Tried ordering online w/ pickup, but there were problems with the online ordering. So I phoned in my order and explained to the staff member, & he apologized and said they were having issues. I ordered 2 IMO's Chef Salads & said my wife would be picking them up. When we opened the order, we were pleasantly surprised that the salads looked just like the photo on line (a rarity w/ restaurants these days). We're definitely switching our IMO's business to the Bridgeton IMO's. read more

Pretty good thin-crust pizza. Had two pizzas. One with pepperoni and bacon and one with pepperoni and mushrooms. WOWZA.....Just driving through on my way to Texas and stopping in st. Louis / Bridgeton for a good night sleep at the Holiday Inn. I got in late and called a few places for pizza, it was near 11pm so I didn't expect much, and as I guessed.... one placed just closed due to it being a slow night, the next place I called was more bar like, said it delivered on the web, yet I was basically yelled at for calling about "delivery. They may want to change their website!! I went to the front desk to ask..."was I too late, who was good,could they deliver bla bla bla." The very very kind man. ( I'll get his name later) told me about Imo's, I just wanted a small meat lovers pie as I was alone, but he bragged about Provel Bites!! "Say What?'' Better than any cheese stick I've ever had and the portion size was hefty! As I brag about this place I'm killing all of the Provel puffs of joy, the pizza was very tasty but shoot that can wait for tomorrows' car ride!! Haha. I cannot say enough good things about this location. I have two imos that can deliver to my address and the other one had been fairly disappointing for a while, so I started ordering from Bridgeton. I always get my order super quick, and they are generous with extra salad toppings when you request them for a small charge. Even when I scheduled delivery for a specific time it literally showed up at exactly that time. Today was the first time there was a "mistake," I ordered a lunch combo with an additional appetizer, and when my order arrived, I realized I didn't have the salad. Was thinking about just letting it go or calling the store for an account credit or something, but before I could even think about it much my doorbell rang and another driver was there with my salad. I have two Imo's within 2 miles of my home but I drive 8 miles to the Bridgeton location. The food is always top notch with the pizza crust really crispy, ravioli not dry or overcooked and the chicken wings are always cooked and not raw. This is the best Imo's ever. I worked in food for so many years and it just seems like this place never makes a mistake. So as an almost lifelong food worker there's certain things I look for I have a higher standard maybe. I've ordered from here like fifty times and I think the worst mistake they made was forgetting extra sauce on the wings or something very minor like that. Every delivery driver is approachable and doesn't radiate that phony customer service we all have to put a mask on to keep doing our jobs. One of my coworkers used to live in the St. Louis area and suggested this place for lunch. We stopped in and ordered it to go. The thin crust and flat pizza, is much different than its competition with Pizza Hut, Dominoes, Papa Johns, etc. The pizza was hot and crispy if that is your thing. I would order it again. However, I asked one of the workers if she suggested the wings or salads and she said both were good and leaned towards the wings more so. When I looked at the wings back in my hotel room I was highly disappointed in the size of them and meat on them. The flavor on their best selling wing was real decent though. This location is fantastic! Every delivery experience has been on time and freshly cooked food! This is my go to Imos after moving to Maryland Heights/Bridgeton area 3 years ago and I've never had a bad experience! I ordered from the one off of Dorsett a couple times and always got a burnt/dried out pizza, but this location is amazing and has never provided poor quality food! The level of service has made me keep coming back for more! Plus I like that this location does a lot of coupons! It makes it a little more affordable! Highly recommend this Imos location! read more

Ordered Pizza after arriving in town for our vacation. We ordered a large Pepperoni and Banana Peppers and an order of toasted Ravioli. Everything was excellent, but the meat sauce that the Ravioli came with was excellent. The only thing that keeps this from being 5 stars was the price. Arrived in St. Louis and my sweetie ventured over to pear tree inn. We were starving and my visit was going to be a couple of days. He opted that I try St. Louis style pizza. I love ny pizza aside from the pizza I had in Paris. Gosh I just love cheese on a good piece of thin style dough. Well my experience was good. The pizza looked delicious. But the crispness was lacking. The ratio of dough and meat was great. There was no crust nor crispness so that's why I gave it a 3. Otherwise the taste was delish. My cutie thought otherwise and gave the pizza an eh. The wings were fresh and not breaded which I liked. I wished it was deep fried a bit so I can taste the crispness. Present time; I just came out of a grocery store and I have purchased a tub of Provel Cheese. Strings of processed cheese made from cheddar, provelone and swiss cheese. By itself, the stuff tastes a lot like American Cheese but with a slightly poop like after taste. Flash back to yesterday. I am in St. Louis and I have eaten at Imo's before. But as unimpressed as I was, I had to try this stuff again. Now imagine that funky cheese I just described plopped down on a thin crust pizza, that's St. Louis Style pizza. This particular establishment is more of a take out-delivery type of place, you can eat in I guess as they have about four tables. But the traffic is constant and there really isn't any reason to eat it here. I ordered a large cheese and sausage and brought it back to my hotel room. The pizza looks really good, the way a classic thin crust pizza should look. But the true story is in the eating. The crust, while thin crust, is kind of semi crusty, semi tough. You bite into it and it's like eating jerky, you have to be careful or else some of that cheese will end up on your lap. The sauce itself is supersweet, I can see why it's put on sparingly. But the kicker is the cheese, it's not to bad at first, but then after several bite, you get this slimey film on your tongue and the roof of your mouth, like waking up from a bender. I could only eat three pieces of this stuff. St. Louis, you can have your pie, and I'm glad you're so frickin' proud of it. But me, I'll stick to the Chicago or New York style pies. read more

We don't order from Imo's much because neither my husband nor I like the pizza. (Not STL natives) but we order sandwiches and salads from time to time. When I called I had a few quick questions about the specials but the girl, Erin, was very short. I got the impression that she hates her job, her life, and the whole universe. Maybe she was just having a bad day. Our food was horrible. We ordered spaghetti with meat sauce for our son but we got meatballs instead. It wouldn't have been a problem but the meatballs were so dry and hard that I couldn't cut them with a knife. My husband and I both ordered the Imo's special sandwich with chef salad. We asked for the sandwiches hot but they were cold and the bread was chewy. The salad was nothing but lettuce. No meat, no veggies, and barley enough dressing. The food was definitely not worth the $30 (with tip.) We won't be ordering from here again. read more

If you read my review you'd know I love St Louis style pizza. This store always has my order ready on time and it's always good (they know me now when I walk in so maybe I eat too much pizza). I don't even want to leave a one star. I really should have went with the other reviews. Absolutely horrible. Delivery was over an hour, for a small pizza, cheese bread, 2 salads and a cheesecake, way to long. Pizza dough was raw and stuck to the box, the cheesecake looked curdled and thrown in the box, the cheese bread was soggy and not even toasted. Disgusting. I am very upset at the rudeness of the Brigeton,MO Imo's Manager. I ordered an Imp's Special on Garlic Bread, received it about 50 minutes later and the sandwich was not only soggy it was wet and inedible. The manager states, "Well it is a sandwich they get that way. I can bake the bread longer and then you will call back and tell me its burned. What do you want me to do?" I have never been so offended and treated so rudely by a management person. I will never order from this or any Imo's again if this is considered customer service. read more

First, I don't know why people order a St. Louis style pizza and then complain about getting thin crust. That is what St. Louis pizza is. That would be like me ordering a Chicago style pizza and then complaining that the crust was not thin. It is stupid. I order from this Imo's all of the time. They offer the quickest turnaround time for an order I have ever seen. My order is always correct and the people who run it are some of the friendliest business owners I have ever come across. From reading a lot of the poor reviews, I feel like their low rating has a lot to do with out of town customers ordering from the hotels near the airport.
