I've been enjoying this pizza for 25+ years, or more. On my last visit, I got a half sausage, half hamburger St. Louis-style pizza, and it was delicious, generous toppings and cooked perfectly. I called to place an order, the man that answered was very short, he said they were busy and wait would be an hour and and a half, I said that's fine. Continuing on, ordered the special minus mushroom. Wanted to ask if a different topping could be added but was cut off and my ordering was over. OK, NBD. Got to the place to get the pizza, my husband went in to grab it and the man at the counter was rude and short with him. Also the place was empty so maybe we called in the order during a dinner rush hense the 95 min wait, again NBD. An employee pulled the pizza out tossed in in the counter and walked away. Then a younger employee walked up to the counter and collected money. I'm hoping the older man was just having a bad day, but being rude in 2 different manners is not a good look. When we get home and started to enjoy this pie half way into eating a slice was a nice piece of rubber, kind of looking like a hair tie or something. Now that's a huge turn off. First experience and now the last. Sorry folks but bad attitude and a foreign object is at all not appealing.

Pizza is tricky in my family because I've of my boys like stl style while the other lives thicker crust with mozzarella. Took a chance and ordered a couple large pizzas and T-Ravs. It's a small people pizza place with a few tables to dine in. You can't order online but the prices are listed. When you call to order, they do not tell you the price bit I had an idea due to the online menu. Staff was ok. The pizza was really good and everyone enjoyed it. The toasted ravioli however were a disappointment. They were rubbery and not cooked long enough. TRavs should be crispy. I would buy pizza again (even though it's on the pricy side. Likely due to "fresh" ingredients) just not the toasted ravioli.

In addition, it took about an hour for my pizza to arrive at my table. After about an hour of waiting, my server told me that they burned my pizza. A couple of minutes later, the chef came out to show it to me. It didn't look particularly bad to me. Nevertheless, the chef said that it wasn't up to their standards. So he let me have that pizza to snack on while they made ANOTHER pizza for me to take home, free of charge. The pizza was very good. However, I was even more impressed by how the staff handled this situation. Things don't always go smoothly, but if you make things right in the end, that works for me.

I specified the time. 35 minutes before the time for the pick up we got a text saying it was ready. We called the restaurant, had to speak with the call center first ( bizarre for a restaurant). Finally we were connected to the restaurant, we spoke to Chloe, who was trying to tell me that time was not specified for the order, which was not true, asked for a manager who " just left", but was going to be there tomorrow open to close. I was told that our food would stay in the warmer. We picked up when we needed it which meant our food set there for this whole time. My husband said that staff members looked very very young and had no idea about our order. When he left he saw our specific order time on the receipt , so the staff's statement was for sure not true. Overall, we would rather get Little Caesar's pizza where it seats in the warmer too but costs a lot less. My husband is still insisting on speaking with the manager, but I would rather never get pizza here again.

It tasted weird on it's own and even weirder when combined with their sweet sauce. But I recently heard a friend mention that you could request mozzarella instead of provel (or do 50/50). Another factor that brought me around to giving Imo's another shot was the thin crust. Now that I've cut bread out of my day-to-day diet, I really don't miss it. So the idea of a thin, crisp crust is really attractive to me. So, a few nights ago I went to this Imo's with my friend Ms. W to try Imo's for the first time in about seven years. There was an issue with my order, and instead of trying to fix it, the manager was rude, dismissive, and had a nasty attitude from the start. There was no effort to listen, no accountability, and no attempt to correct what went wrong. It felt like customer service just didn't matter at all. What made the situation worse was the tone and behavior during the interaction--it came across as disrespectful and uncomfortable. I don't make accusations lightly, but the way I was treated gave me the impression that there may have been some bias involved, which is deeply concerning. At the end of the day, mistakes happen anywhere--but how a business responds is what matters. This location failed completely in that regard. I left feeling disrespected and won't be returning.
