Until recently, I'd never tried this place and wish I would have tried it sooner as the food at Marcos was really great. Fresh toppings, awesome crust and the service we received was fantastic. I haven't actually, been inside however literally, from the outside looking in, this location is perfectly well lit, not to mention it's pretty easy to in and out of the lot. Absolutely terrible. Ordered five pizzas for delivery hours ahead. Marcos couldn't get it right. 30 mins past delivery time I called.... Basically said I'm out of luck.... Would be best if I picked up myself. So, had to drive and go pick up myself & ended up with 5 cold pizzas.... Place is basically jacked up. Employee said their GM quit and they were understaffed... guess that makes it my problem... Don't order for these clowns. First of all when I first walked in it was an issue with ordering and they said I had to order through the app and come back in so I did and then I waited for a good 20mins (as the dude gave no estimate as to when it would be done) and then the dude made it wrong so when I addressed the issue he had a very bad attitude and was disrespectful so I told him to give me my money back because I'm not going to waste my time, energy or money at a place that obviously doesn't know anything about customer service or even manners in general as a person read more

Love, love, love that we finally found a Marco's pretty close to home in Ballwin. We first discovered the brand because their is a shop across the street from the condo we go to for vacation in Panama City, FL and on the first night, after a long drive, it's our go-to and a crowd-pleaser. The Pepperoni Magnifico is our favorite pie, featuring their regular pepperoni as well as cup and crisp "Old World" pepperoni. They are very generous with the cheese and the meat and there is a ton of flavor in every bite. We used the app to place our order then drove to the shop, parked and waited a short while for curbside service. It was good to see several customers coming and going, server had a friendly smile and, as expected, our food was delicious! It doesn't appear there are dine-in tables, but that's okay, we like to take it home and feast while watching a show with the whole family. read more

I'm giving them a 4 because 3 1/2 isn't an option. Great service, easy app, hot fresh food delivered quickly. The buffalo wings are spicy buffalo, not mild. My husband and I don't like the same pizza, (I'm a thin crust girl, he prefers pan), so we compromised on regular crust and got salami, bacon, mushroom. The crust was not to my liking, very bready, but that's probably me. However, I suspect it might be pre-made crust. The sauce is good, the toppings were plentiful, including the cheese. The mushrooms were canned, not fresh so keep that in mind if it matters to you. The bacon was tiny bits, not small slices or even a chunky dice. Oh, the dessert brownie was VERY GOOD! We normally don't get dessert on pizza night, but who knew that warm brownies with chocolate sauce were so good?!? We love Marcos pizza. He likes thin crust and I like hand-tossed. Marcos has both. The pizza is always hot, the vegetables are always fresh and meat always cooked properly, but not over-cooked. We have found the staff to be very friendly, helpful and if you are picking up the pizza, they will bring it to your car, if you desire. I hope they expand in St. Louis bc we love them! read more

I placed a order is said 50 minutes wait... so I waited to leave my place to go pick it up... get there go inside there is one young man cooking and a old lady working not helping him... I tell the lady Im here she says okay I see 5 people walk out before me... I ask her about my pizza she said sorry we forgot to make it... she was being so rude.. I felt bad for the worker in the back because he was by himself and that old lady looks like a manger and was not helping him at all.... get that young man help maybe he would have forgot my pizza and get rid of that mean ass lady... help your stafff I wait a hour at the store for my pizza read more

Terrible customer service. I earned 2 $10 rewards in the last year with their rewards program. Every time I went to utilize one it would tell me coupon code already used when it was indeed not. It would show available in the app but would give me that error message. I tried three times to contact someone through customer feed back on the app. i received no response. I called the corporate office left a message and received NO RESPONSE! I also sent 3 Facebook messages and was told to use the customer feedback app. Which is a complete joke and of course NO RESPONSE !!! No one cares at this business. I have always used them for pizza and will no longer. Do better Marcos with your customer service when people have issues. Word gets around !!!! read more
