I really like that they don't skimp on anything, especially sauce. I feel like with everywhere else I have to order extra sauce, but not here. Just FYI, there is a $3.50 delivery fee, I think for everyone since I'm pretty close. When I order on Yelp it says (partner) next to it so maybe they straight outsource delivery costs, which is fine. Tried their deep dish instead of Old Chicago as their rating was better on DoorDash. We ordered a Small custom pizza, it was everything we were hoping! Tried both their deep dish and classic hand tossed pies. Both are excellent without identifying them to any geographical style for pizza. It's like their own style. Regardless, if you ask for extra toppings or sauce, they will oblige. Excellent down to earth staff that will cut up with you or make suggestions to brighten up your meal time. I had my reservations about this place since its in a strip mall that is almost begging to be torn down, only to be replaced with more overpriced townhouse. I can't believe this place is a chain either. Their salads are good and their wings are REALLY good. I have said enough. Phone in your order or walk in and chat it up. So i saw the reviews and thought I would check it out as the pictures make it look yummy. I ordered the Jet 10 with xtra mozzarella online for pick up. I asked if they give a military discount and the gentlemen said yes. He went to another co worker to see how to add it, and she said I had already got a apartment discount. She asked if I do actually live in an apartment and i responded if the military discount was a better discount. She asked again if I actually live in an apartment and i said maybe. She responded that i was not going to get a discount, so I said that was fine that I didn't want the pizza then. I then told her yes I lived in an apartment as I was hungry. And the apartment discount was a better deal. When the receipt came out and I signed it, the cashier said that since I ordered online, that the discount didn't take. So I actually got no discount. I got home and there was no xtra cheese on it, and it was very bland. Chris the owner contacted me directly by phone within 30 minutes of me writing the review. He apoligized for the confusion of the discount and compted my pizza. This is OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE that is hard to find. Chris won me back!!!! read more

THIS PLACE USED to be good. Then after a new night manager. 5/30/2020 burnt pizza brought a picture of the pizza the manager didn't see anything wrong. That's the problem. He doesn't know how to cook actually jets pizza. I have been coming ever since it open. Because loved their other locations. The cheese shouldn't be burnt, the crust shouldn't be burnt, when you take bite you should taste sauce. I love this place I really hope the OWENER or some other manager sees this. Super salty, super good. I'm normally not a fan of deep dish pizza, but the crispy edges on all four corners really helped, and the dough was pretty fluffy for a deep dish, not soggy. Really enjoyed the buffalo chicken pizza and would order it again. read more

Very rude manager. Ordered a pizza and asked that it be ready at 4:50. Clerk did not know how to enter half onion, pepperoni on all. Arrived at 4 35 and waited while they serviced a customer. At 4 45 I got to the counter and she pulled the order out of the warmer. When I asked why it was made so early, the manager said it's warm, you should have told us. Then he accused me of berating him and turned his back to me. Ordered pickup because the last 2x the pizza delivery took 2 30 min! This location is awful. I haven't ordered here in months because they take so long to deliver and half the time my order is wrong. I have a friend in town and we specifically wanted an 8 corner jets pizza.. we ordered an 8 corner, a Greek salad and a 2 liter of Mountain Dew. An hour and a half passes and the delivery guy shows up. The pizza is not an 8 corner, I did not get a Greek salad but instead a garden salad, and the 2 liter of Mountain Dew was OPENED. I placed a delivery order over the phone with no issue. After about 45 minutes I get a call that their power went out and they're running behind- no issue. I get it. Another 45 goes by and I get a call stating that they won't deliver the pizza to me and they expected me to come get it. We ordered Jets since they are new and wanted to give it a try. We ordered 3 pizzas (2 small 1 large) to feed our family, yes of course we had left overs. We have to say the pizza was just OK, wouldn't call it special in anyway shape or form, just OK. What floored me was $53.89 for three pizzas, again 2 small and one large. That is absolutely a complete and total RIP OFF- I have never spent that much on pizza before and I wont do it again. Pizza has got to be one of the least expensive items to make, their profits must be over the top. Sorry Jets, we wont order again, you have a lot of competition in the area, pizza that is much better and way less expensive. My guess is unless you do something about your pricing you wont last long. read more

I love jets, best pizza delivery in this area. Seems like they have a lot of new employees but they are all very nice and professional. I wish they would put the buffalo chicken salad back on the menu. Luckily I can still get it as a garden salad and ask to add buffalo chicken, but only the people who have worked there for awhile seem to know this. I ordered a large square BBQ chicken pizza and I have to say it was the best pizza I have tasted in a long time. The service was excellent and the pizza was second to none. I'm hooked on the BBQ chicken. I found out they are new to Colorado, but not new to the pizza business. They have been around for about 40 years and have plans to grow in town. I hope so. I tried to call twice and was disconnected. I thought there might be phone issues, so i ordered online. I waited in the lobby for 7 minutes for someone to come up to counter and acknowledge that I existed. When I asked for my order they said it would be 20 minutes. They hadn't even started it yet. She stated the order was on the way. After asking how long it would take she said she wasn't "allowed" to say. I asked her again how long she thinks, she said my pizza was out of the oven and she was looking at it. I asked again how long she said "I'm waiting on my driver to return so he could deliver. Again I asked her how long she thought it would be she said it was known... She then ask just how we place the order, I said we place the order online and paid. She said online orders are never accurate and it could be a couple hours for them to see the orders. She told me she would give me a $5 credit for the next time I ordered. We ended up declining and canceling ther order. We went to Papa Murphy's, half a mile away and got a fresh-made pizza, breadsticks and a salad for the price of a large pizza at Jets. This place is awful! I will never order from them again. Made an online order. Website said 35 minutes. 1.5 hours later no food. I call. They have no delivery driver, so they go to door dash who they are saying never showed up. So they tell me I can come pick it up or they can refund me. I have a hungry kid here and no lunch. They should have called me. On top of that it's going to take days for the refund to process. So over the weekend I have basically paid for 2 lunch/dinners. I ask for a manager and the kid on the phone is the manager. He offers no compensation for the time we waited and no food. Nothing to make it right but a refund that I won't even see right away. Then DoorDash calls me to cancel the order which I never placed with them. I tell them I can't because I never placed the order though them, Jets Pizza did. What a complete joke. This has happened multiple times. Their food is good but it just isn't good enough to gamble on wether you are gonna get it for lunch or dinner. Their service is absolutely terrible! read more

If you're looking for something better than Domino's or Papa Johns, then Jet's is your place! Whether you pick up or deliver, they're usually faster than what they quote you. They are a little pricer than average pizza places, but their food makes up the difference. None of the pizzas you order will ever taste or feel like cardboard and they are consistently delicious. Sometimes the square cuts tend to be a little off with weirder slice sizes, but overall they are always delicious and have never messed up an order, even when I placed large and somewhat ridiculous orders. They have great lunch specials for a slice of pepperoni and a drink! My personal favorites are the pan pizza, the crust crisps perfectly, the cheese turbo sticks with garlic butter dipping saice, and occasionally the 8 piece chicken wing, hot of course. The managers are always in earlier in the day making the dough and getting things in order, they are always very courteous. They even went along with my friends request for a buffalo sauce, steak, chicken, pineapple pizza!! Highly recomended. read more

So I ordered through yelp. The advertisement was 45-60 minutes. I got my food at 97 minutes. I paid 35 dollars for two small pizzas for 3 people. It was nowhere even close to enough food. The food here is as amazing as the staff and the service! The delivery man, Anthony saw my girlfriend left trash outside to take down and he took it. "Say whuuuuut"?!
