Detroit style pizza? I was prepared to be unimpressed. Being from Chicago, I have strong feelings about what a pizza should be. This was very different, and very good. I love the concept. You can truly make a pizza that suits your taste. They have several types of sauces, crusts, crust flavors, and the usual toppings to choose from. I ordered the deep dish jet 10. This thing came loaded with meat, cheese, and unlike most pizza places, it had plenty of sauce. This is not at all Italian style pizza. This pie is definitely from 'Merica, and I loved it. I also ordered the Italian Jetzee. A Jetzee is a sandwich made with buttered pizza dough, instead of sliced bread. This sandwich was exceptional. The quality of the ham and salami was better than i expected, and the pizza dough (while kind of greasy) pulled the whole thing together. I want another one right now, so good. There was also a side of Italian dressing that made this sandwich perfect. I have never heard of this pizza chain before I went into this one. From the outside, you can't tell what a gem this place is. I will be back soon and often. Give it a try, I'm glad I did. read more

Ordered from here at 9:20 PM, waited for the delivery and received it 35 minutes AFTER they closed (10:49PM).. wtf?!... This is absolutely RIDICULOUS. Who does that?! At least have the courtesy to call and tell us you're behind or cancel the order rather than having us wait for over an hour for a flipping pizza. When the pizza finally arrived, it was COLD, DRY and not NY style like we ordered. The pizza was definitely NOT worth what We will definitely NOT be back or order from this establishment EVER again! Came in and picked up an order Saturday August 22 for a ton of stuff for my birthday dinner. These guys did such an amazing job with our large order In a short amount of time, I almost forgot a box and the manager I believe chased me down outside and brought it to me! For a chain pizza - they Rock. I remember when this was local to the Detroit area only - and although Detroit is still a huge hand-tossed Pie town unlike that loaf of bread serving, over rated neighbor to our west, most Detroiters love jets! Really disappointed. We have been ordering from Jet's for years and tonight I could not believe this once loved pizza place acted so badly. I have not been able to have pizza since I was recently diagnosed with gluten intolerance, that is why tonight I was over the moon to see that they have a gluten free crust option on Uber eats. The pizza was 15 dollars for just the crust and there is NO size on the app but for 15 dollars what would you assume? When it arrived I was shocked to find a child sized pizza with only 4 slices. My husband called the store thinking there must have been a mix up but was met with "We only serve small for gluten free" he then said he was upset that it did not state on Uber eats that the size was a small. The gentleman on the phone then said there was nothing he could do since he could not give us a refund through the app. We hung up. They called back to say " We have NOW made sure that it says that the gluten free pizza says SMALL on Ubereats and btw you were actually OVERCHARGED for the pizza and it is 9.99 and we can not refund your money because of Ubereats but we can make sure you have 5 dollars off your next purchase." He said sorry and he hung up. We are now out: 15.00 - Gluten free CHILD's sized small crust 7.00 - Toppings 3.00 - Tax 5.99 - Uber Eats delivery fee Still hungry and really upset. Update* Chris called us not once, but twice. The first time Chris said sorry. That the gluten pizza is small, however due to a mistake we were overcharged by $5 that he cannot refund, but will put it towards another pizza in the future. He then got defensive because I didn't feel comfortable paying $24 for a small pizza. He proceeded to argue with me about why it was my fault. The second time Chris called is right after we posted this yelp review arguing that it wasn't a fair yelp review. At this point he offered a free pizza. we declined. The problem here wasn't the pizza. The problem was the customer service. Not once did Chris accept responsibility for an upset customer due to a misunderstanding. Did not deliver pizza I was charged for. I had to call to get an update 40 minutes after delivery was promised. Couldn't problem solve or given go. Instead---Put me on hold for 16 minutes, twice. Could not tell me of pizza was out for delivery or not--the drivers take the tickets and no one can tell anything. Could not find a manager and was told I could call back as often as I wanted to hope that a manager answered the phone. Cannot get a refund without a manager. read more

Avoid this location at all costs. Unless you enjoy spending an hour of your day waiting on a call ahead carry out order. Each of my last three visits I arrived at the quoted pick up time only to be told my pizza was "in the oven" and then 30 minutes later when I ask the un-attentive staff for an update they have the same response. When I pressed further they said "I don't control the oven." That much is obvious. On my most recent visit I also saw them hand out the incorrect order to which they accepted the returned pizzas that had left the store and then gave them to the correct customer. We order from Jet's quite a bit so it hurts me to write this review. Received the wrong pizza and called back to let them know. The person on the phone made me repeat it 3 times (maybe explains why it was wrong to begin with) and then said "that's how it was rung up" and offered no apology or compensation. The pizza was good but it was BARELY warm!!!! Lesson learned NOT to order ONLINE thru Yelp! Who uses Grubhub & charges extra!!! Just call location directly if you can!!! I pre-ordered an X-large pizza about 90 minutes before pickup on Dec. 31st. I showed up about 10 minutes before 7 and was told it was in the oven. It was busy, but I sat for another 45 minutes and watched people walk in and walk out with their orders but for some reason, I wasn't getting mine. All the while it sat in the box where pick ups are kept and I was there the whole time and they knew I was there. Needless to say, the pizza was barely warm and the whole experience was totally unsatisfactory and because the pizza was 26 dollars and I also threw them a 5 dollar tip, I feel badly cheated and will never eat there again and I cannot recommend this establishment based on this horrible customer experience. read more

I have heard about Jet's from many colleagues and decided to try it tonight. We were impressed!! The delivery time was 15 minutes shorter than expected time and the delivery driver was very friendly! We appreciated that! Pizza was delicious! Crispy, evenly full of the toppings that we ordered. Only small negative was that the pizza wasn't as hot as we were expecting, but it wasn't cold either. I walked in to Jet's pizza thinking it would be a good different style pizza to have during the NCF Championship game last Sunday. I ordered a large Peperoni/mushroom, I was given an olive/Ham pizza. I called the store back to let them know I either was given someone else's pizza or a mistake was made. The first person I spoke with was apologetic and offered to either remake or refund the price, both reasonable offers. After being on hold a women said that I did in fact order an olive/ham pizza and the wont fix my mistake. Keep in mind I never asked for anything from them, their employee offered two options. After some discussion I said we would throw the pizza away (in the picture you will see why) and never visit Jet Pizza again. She responded with "that's perfectly fine with me, I dont care what you do with the pizza". Excellent customer service skills on display, what an excellent management training program they have. Bottom line the pizza was dry, overcooked and as you can see, not edible. It's like they had a pizza that wasn't picked up that they pawned off on us that was originally cooked much earlier in the day, this was an awful pizza, awful experience and I suggest that no one ever visit this store as the customer is the problem for them so just let them give you whatever pizza they want and shut up about it. I first discovered Jet's on a trip to Michigan and was delighted by how yummy and buttery their deep dish pizza is, it reminds me of back when Pizza Hut was a real treat and you ate there. Yes, way back in the 80s, Pizza Hut was a destination and it was good. But I digress. Anyway, I was pleased to find out that Jet's is now in Colorado and has a location that delivers to my townhouse! Usually I order the 4 corner deep dish which, as the name suggests, is a small pizza cut into four squares so every piece is a corner piece. My favorite is their Hawaiian with bacon, ham and pineapple and if I'm ordering for myself I get that and get 2-4 meals out of it depending on how hungry I am. I have also enjoyed pepperoni and cheese pizzas when it's not just me. This is absolutely not "authentic" pizza, but it's authentic Jet's pizza and if you like buttery, crunchy pan pizza it's definitely worth checking out a location near you. read more

Their mushroom and pineapple pizza has a singular taste that I cannot really compare to a chain pizza store. They have this thing called a "Super Special Pizza," which a fat, crunchy breaded crust and super extra melted cheese. The pizza holds sooo well and it's just very decent. They also do catering, so that sounds wonderful for future events. You can build your own pizza and I suggest signing up for the emailing list for discounts and such. read more

If you're looking for a pretty good deep pizza you'll want to check out jets pizza we've been looking for a good deep dish pizza place for a while that was not too far from our home. My wife and I like deep dish Pizza and were very impressed with their Detroit style deep dish the quality and value and freshness were very yummy. We also liked the friendliness of the staff and owner. We stopped in to check it out a few days ago on our way to an appointment and I'm glad we did. After we finished our pizza we asked about delivery for next time and found out they deliver a 5 mile radius from their store lucky for us our house is only 4 miles from there so we will definitely be ordering from them in future. read more
