I'm now pushing her in the wheelchair, she's got 1 luggage on her lap, I've got 1 I'm pulling while pushing the wheelchair and 2 bags over my shoulders. we finally get to the gate after finding out there was a 2 hour delay, I get her situated and they change gates!!! I can't believe they charge so much for baggage!! Its outrageous!! Will never fly them again!!!

The staff has always been pleasant, their TSA is organized, efficient and usually very quick. What really prompted me to leave this review, though, was an outstanding experience we just had with a young man named Hunter. We returned to find that our car wouldn't start. Hunter showed up in less than a minute and helped jump it. He didn't just get it started and walk away though, he stayed with us until he was sure the car was ready to go. He was incredibly kind, patient, and pleasant throughout the entire interaction. After a long day of traveling, he helped turn what would have been a rough spot of an already rough day into a positive experience. He really made a huge difference and was an excellent representative of the airport. At the end of the day, Syracuse may not be the biggest airport, but experiences like this are exactly why I'm happy to have this as my home airport.

There was no response for three weeks until I pursued the claim. I was never able to actually speak to a claims representative, but they did notify me by email my claim was denied. At the counter they were understaffed and made it clear they were in no hurry to be of assistance. The flight crew was mechanical. If you needed water, you could buy it. Whatever happened to "the friendly skies"? I certainly didn't find them with Allegiant!

Christopher responded right away and was polite and organized and was able to pick me up at 3am the next day (9 hours after I contacted him) and shuttle me to SYR. I got a text with a tracker so that I could see when my car arrived. When the car arrived, I was impressed with the safety measures. The backseat was clean. There was a plexiglass barrier between the driver and the back, but my driver still wore a mask. My driver, Rick, was very pleasant. I usually make small talk with drivers but tend to feel awkward in doing so, but our conversation was actually very enjoyable. He drove safely and took the normal route. The fare wasn't much more than it would've been with other rideshare services. My expectations were exceeded, and I was especially grateful because this Suburban Taxi came through in a pinch when other services were unavailable, and they made me feel very safe in a time when taking a taxi can be nerve-wracking. Even if you work a holiday but not put in 40 hours for whatever reason you don't get the holiday. If you are send on 2 or more long jobs they can't pay you for both of the jobs in the same week. Now a big company like this should be able to absorb a couple hundred dollars for a week. They claim insurance will not pay for two long runs back to back. Don't send these drivers on the long runs if they can't completely be paid for the work done. The dispatchers are twats to the driver and expect them to basically live in there vehicle.
