This is a perfectly good limousine company which I've seen all over the place, but usually in Syracuse or up-and-down New York State's byways and highways, but not the bi-ways, those are mainly just for me. I see them parked at the rest stop sometimes, which is where I grabbed this pic, so they must do a lot of out-of-town traveling. The only time we used them was for a party at Syracuse University and I didn't pay (thankfully) but they were really good. They offer pretty good service although it's kind of expensive, but in Syracuse there's not a lot of options, so it's probably as good as any any. And my voice dictation says "on your feet okay okay where is your pie if I weigh" - and I have no idea what it means.

We heard about them at the Bridal Show at the fair in January and had kept them in mind to book for our bridal party transportation (one 16 passenger bus) from Fayetteville (where our church is) to Oneida (where our venue is). This is a 25 minute drive. My fiance first spoke with the owner last week and then yesterday and was quoted $1250 for this trip. When he called to book today, the owner said he was busy and to call his assistant Terry. My fiance called Terry and told her the quoted price that was given to us BY THE OWNER, Joe. Terry literally berated my fiance and told him that "no way that is the price because it's outside the area". She told us it would be $1550. She was extremely condescending and literally laughed at my fiance. We cannot believe that this person would be working with customers. My fiance told Terry that the owner had quoted him this price and he just wanted to book it, she literally refused to honor what the owner told us. I'm sorry, but that's just a gross way to deal with clients. I don't know if the owner made a mistake but if so that is not the way it should be handled. We ended up booking someone else just now, so Terry lost them our business. I will be telling all my friends who are getting married this year and next in the area to AVOID this place. Gross.

Most of the time, the driver was even early. But, then there were a few bad times. Three to be exact. On three different occasions, they didn't show up at all, and I missed my doctor appointments. On two of the occasions, I was able to call once I realized they weren't coming and reschedule with my doctor, but when I called North Country Transportation to inquire about the ride, no one answered any of the times. I left voice mails on these days, including today, when they didn't show, and no one responded. I sent a text to the number, and on the days they didn't show up, no one responded. I waited and kept trying to contact them until there were only fifteen minutes to get to my appointment and then had to reschedule with my doctor and they still didn't show at all. They didn't even call me to say they weren't coming, and I have to believe after this happening a few times that they knew they weren't going to come. Because on most occasions when I had a ride set up with them, if I sent a text, someone replied pretty quickly. Or, if I left a voice mail, someone would text me back. But on all of the occasions where they didn't show, no one responded at all to either. The ride was set up to be one hour before the appointment. That's plenty of time, and it's pretty poor practice for a business to just not show up, and not respond to communications. It's not even like I was impolite or angry or anything when I left a message about it. I was polite and just inquiring whether someone was coming. No response. If you miss three doctor appointments in a year, a lot of doctors will stop seeing you, so I can't afford to take a chance on these guys anymore. I'm sure they don't care, but if they keep doing this to people, they probably won't be around for long.

As a monthly biller, one time I sent in a month payment that was a duplicate and it was never applied to the account even though the check was cashed.
