HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I have had to speak to the supervisor/owner on a few occasions and let me tell you, she was SO RUDE and inconsiderate every time, Very unprofessional! As a monthly biller, one time I sent in a month payment that was a duplicate and it was never applied to the account even though the check was cashed. I had to call a month later and point it out before they applied it. How this business is even open is amazing! read more

Atrocious. 1 hour late and after calling for clarification they said "they'll be there when they get there," and they hung up. When we offered a credit card upon exit the driver said, "you might as well take a seat because this is gonna take me forever." Such a shady company. Very unfortunate that Uber and Lyft aren't here. I called the dispatcher to get a ride from armory square to Rain lounge. He told me that it would take at least an hour to get someone too me and that I could WALK there faster! I decided to just hail a cab an went down a block only to find one of their cabs parked there. As I approached the driver waived me in and asked me where I needs to go. I told him where I was going and he took me right there. I also mentioned what happened before and he said that he has been available for at least 30 minutes. I was appalled that this happened and will never call to get a cab from them again. I'll just walk out and hail the first available cab and if it happens to be them again oh well. read more

My review is not as a customer, but as a member of the community that has been affected/impacted by the conduct of Bellavia Transportation. I tried to contact Bellavia by telephone to complain that their driver woke me one morning with his horn blowing. It seems that the driver believed that the horn is/was a doorbell. I got the run-around on my phone call. I have now sent them a letter to see what they have to say about informing/teaching their drivers to NOT use the horn as a doorbell!! It is annoying to those that are trying to relax/sleep. We'll see what happens with the letter. read more

I wish there was an option for negative stars. The female dispatcher that worked on Monday april 27th was rude. When called for pick up service, she had an attitude problem, and claimed she had no cars available. Which is a lie. I didn't even tell her what time the pick up was. Other times I've used the service, it's been fine. Will never use the company again. I mean I'm sure other taxi services can use the 350 a week I spend. Toodles to you bitches read more

Used Bellavia Taxi over the past few weeks. Courteous drivers, listens to my instructions, always on time.

trying to park this am in a pay toll spot but their taxi driver was blocking, when I honked and asked her to move she starting cussing, and called dispatch who said who freaking cares.....u know who cares is people that use the paying parking to go to class, hospitals or businesses around crouse and SU that has very limited parking.....no class no concern but for their fare. read more

Called, looking for a local taxi in Syracuse's eastern suburbs. Dispatcher answered the phone brightly & promptly. Promised a cab within 20-25 minutes. Cab was at my door in about 25 min. $17 for a 2-3 mi ride. read more

Pick up time to appt is pretty good. Return trip time is ok sometimes a wait.

Not a customer but this company is nuts. A driver (car #5) pulled up and parked in a driving space in a busy mall plaza directly in the way of a wheelchair ramp for 10-15 minutes. Clearly a non-parking spot as he literally parked in a lane of traffic that now cars are dodging in a slush filled (it's the middle of winter after a bad storm) drive lane. When calling his "superior" at home office they said they do not reprimand their drivers and if I have an issue to "just call the cops". Clearly this company has 0% regard for public image if they are okay with drivers breaking laws due to nothing more than complete laziness in refusing to park in an actual parking spot. Terrible customer service!! I called for a cab going to the Double Tree Hotel. I gave them the exact address. They kept questioning me on which area the hotel was in, since there are 2 Double Tree Hotels in Syracuse. Mind you, I'm not from Syracuse and I told them that. Why can't they Google it? Then the cab comes and asks me the same questions. I told him to GPS it and he catches an attitude. They really don't know how to talk to a customer and they lack problem solving skills. There was another instance where the cab was 30 minutes late! I find that they are cheap, but its not worth the aggravation. Never riding with them again. Ever. read more

Bellavia Transportation is the absolute worse. They show up extremely early or extremely late or they don't show up at all. I would not recommend anyone use them unless they don't mind standing around in the cold for an hour waiting for them if they decide to show at all. And God forbid you call them and tell them you are unhappy cause they will use vulgar language with you and then hang up on you. read more

These guys get a bad rap, and I have not had a bad trip with them yet. The drivers are ok, and the ride is pretty descent.
