Christopher responded right away and was polite and organized and was able to pick me up at 3am the next day (9 hours after I contacted him) and shuttle me to SYR. He was prompt, drive quite well, and arrived with a clean car. I want to thank Christopher to kick off my day on time to help me finally get back home. Oh and there were several texts to me to confirm the pick up, to pay the fare, remind me, and also one 15 minutes before he arrived. Nice touch.

We got a quote and invoice within 15 minutes. 4am on the day of our flight they were at our house not just on time but early! Friendly, courteous safe driver. Reliable transportation to the airport during odd times is almost impossible to find in Syracuse but CCS was there for us and fulfilled everything they said they would! 10/10 recommend!

I then called the number listed on the taxi and asked to speak with a manager in regards to the driver's erratic behavior. The driver was the same person who answered the phone and he instantly became belligerent. With as many taxi's as there are in Syracuse, there is no need to deal with a dangerous company like this. It appears to be operated by an individual person, and for safety reasons, I suggest not using their service. The elderly driver was driving a car marked #9.

I saw the other reviews and was a little wary, but I got through to customer service right away (this was around 9:30 on a weekday) and she dispatched a car promptly, and dispatcher was very polite and efficient. I got a text with a tracker so that I could see when my car arrived. When the car arrived, I was impressed with the safety measures. The backseat was clean. There was a plexiglass barrier between the driver and the back, but my driver still wore a mask. My driver, Rick, was very pleasant. I usually make small talk with drivers but tend to feel awkward in doing so, but our conversation was actually very enjoyable. He drove safely and took the normal route. The fare wasn't much more than it would've been with other rideshare services. My expectations were exceeded, and I was especially grateful because this Suburban Taxi came through in a pinch when other services were unavailable, and they made me feel very safe in a time when taking a taxi can be nerve-wracking. I can't speak for others' experience, but mine was positive.

Even if you work a holiday but not put in 40 hours for whatever reason you don't get the holiday. If you are send on 2 or more long jobs they can't pay you for both of the jobs in the same week. Now a big company like this should be able to absorb a couple hundred dollars for a week. They claim insurance will not pay for two long runs back to back. Don't send these drivers on the long runs if they can't completely be paid for the work done. The dispatchers are twats to the driver and expect them to basically live in there vehicle.
