Christopher responded right away and was polite and organized and was able to pick me up at 3am the next day (9 hours after I contacted him) and shuttle me to SYR. He was prompt, drive quite well, and arrived with a clean car. I want to thank Christopher to kick off my day on time to help me finally get back home. Oh and there were several texts to me to confirm the pick up, to pay the fare, remind me, and also one 15 minutes before he arrived. Nice touch.

Reliable transportation to the airport during odd times is almost impossible to find in Syracuse but CCS was there for us and fulfilled everything they said they would! 10/10 recommend!

We booked a van to bring ten of us to different wineries around the area. We had already chosen our wineries, but if you want them to help you choose they also can do that. From the second Tammy B arrived we knew it would be a great trip. She was so professional and even brought us a special wine grape necklace to pass around our trip. I had been planning and stressing all week and Tammy immediately told me to relax and that she would take over. Tammy adjusted wineries times when needed, managed to squeeze an extra, brought us to special photo spots and entertained us all day long while still giving us space to enjoy our time together as a group . She is truly a gem! At the end of the day, Tammy had created us all little tokens to remember our day by. We had a wonderful day and would book with FL limos again in a heart beat.

TERRIBLE customer service! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY…read more Booked a trip months in advanced. Cancelled a mere hour later. Wouldn't give a refund of the $200 deposit, instead a in-house credit to use within a year. There goes 200 dollars down the drain all because they can't find it in their heart to give it back after an hour of booking an appointment months in advanced. Argued with Jen over this and she was terrible. Emailed the owner... got zero response. Contacted the better business bureau and they lied to them. I wouldn't give this business the time of day. Overpriced assholes.

When they're good, they're great. I have to say that first. I've rode with them a bunch of times…read moreand things were great, the car was clean, the driver was friendly. Most of the time, the driver was even early. But, then there were a few bad times. Three to be exact. On three different occasions, they didn't show up at all, and I missed my doctor appointments. On two of the occasions, I was able to call once I realized they weren't coming and reschedule with my doctor, but when I called North Country Transportation to inquire about the ride, no one answered any of the times. I left voice mails on these days, including today, when they didn't show, and no one responded. I sent a text to the number, and on the days they didn't show up, no one responded. I waited and kept trying to contact them until there were only fifteen minutes to get to my appointment and then had to reschedule with my doctor and they still didn't show at all. They didn't even call me to say they weren't coming, and I have to believe after this happening a few times that they knew they weren't going to come. Because on most occasions when I had a ride set up with them, if I sent a text, someone replied pretty quickly. Or, if I left a voice mail, someone would text me back. But on all of the occasions where they didn't show, no one responded at all to either. The ride was set up to be one hour before the appointment. That's plenty of time, and it's pretty poor practice for a business to just not show up, and not respond to communications. It's not even like I was impolite or angry or anything when I left a message about it. I was polite and just inquiring whether someone was coming. No response. If you miss three doctor appointments in a year, a lot of doctors will stop seeing you, so I can't afford to take a chance on these guys anymore. I'm sure they don't care, but if they keep doing this to people, they probably won't be around for long.

All i wanted was to rent a limo for a Bachelor party. i was trying to give this business my money!…read more i was coming from out of state. so after researching the area, i requested quotes from a few limo places and All American Limousine was the least expensive, by far. so i decided to give them my business. the price and everything included was great. almost too good to be true compared to other quotes in the area. i was just about to whip out my credit card and call him with my payment until he told me he wanted to send a contract via snail mail *after* i made my deposit. All i asked, was to have a contract emailed so i can sign it, scan it, and return it before any money exchanged hands. that's just how i do it in my line of business! but he absolutely insisted i give him a "non refundable" deposit before i read or signed a contract. this means when he gets my deposit, he can change the quoted price afterwards; he can change anything that was agreed to and i can't do anything to get my money back. we emailed back and fourth for 3 weeks and i got nowhere, as he kept refusing to issue a contract unless i gave him money up front. Eventually he sent a copy of what his contract would look like., but nothing was filled out, not the price, not a signature... not anything. just his companies header and blank lines. it seemed extremely shady! after growing tired with frustration, i called him only to leave a voice mail and to get no call back. then i get an email saying i waited "too long" and that he booked the limo for a prom. when it was I who was the one waiting for him!! so now, after a 3 week headache, i have nothing to show for it. i guess i am just going to have to contact someone else. unless you enjoy games and unprofessionalism, i wouldnt recommend All American Limousine. not at all

If you care about customer service, read on…read more We unfortunately had a very bad experience with this company. We heard about them at the Bridal Show at the fair in January and had kept them in mind to book for our bridal party transportation (one 16 passenger bus) from Fayetteville (where our church is) to Oneida (where our venue is). This is a 25 minute drive. My fiance first spoke with the owner last week and then yesterday and was quoted $1250 for this trip. When he called to book today, the owner said he was busy and to call his assistant Terry. My fiance called Terry and told her the quoted price that was given to us BY THE OWNER, Joe. Terry literally berated my fiance and told him that "no way that is the price because it's outside the area". She told us it would be $1550. She was extremely condescending and literally laughed at my fiance. We cannot believe that this person would be working with customers. My fiance told Terry that the owner had quoted him this price and he just wanted to book it, she literally refused to honor what the owner told us. I'm sorry, but that's just a gross way to deal with clients. I don't know if the owner made a mistake but if so that is not the way it should be handled. We ended up booking someone else just now, so Terry lost them our business. I will be telling all my friends who are getting married this year and next in the area to AVOID this place. Gross.
