I was highly disappointed with this company for many different reasons. We were a party of 8 women…read moregoing for a ladies wine weekend and planned to go for a few wine tasting. We asked for a bus to accommodate our size party and requested a bus with a bathroom. The organizers of our trip booked the bus for 9.5 hours and sent our itinerary to you ahead of time with the hopes of the driver having it. Well, the driver (Jason) while very nice, was about 30 minutes late for pick up. Didn't have any itinerary, had no idea if the bus had a bathroom and was unaware of how to operate the radio. Every winery we left he turned in the wrong direction to go to the next place, having to turn around everytime. We also did not feel that he was a confident enough driver for the mountainous roads. When the trip organizer called (Dave) they were given $200 as a refund for the 1.5 hours we returned home early, but that was it! After paying $1800, being set back with all of our reservations, having to be the drivers GPS, and not being able to fully enjoy their time that day! UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!! I recommend finding another company as they are unprofessional and did not at all care about the service they provided to us that was subpar.

The first wow! was how quickly we received a response. We requested a quote and received a detailed reply within the hour. We appreciated the follow-up confirmation of our reservation 24 hours before our trip began via both email and text. The next wow! was when we met our driver at JFK. We were able to track the location of the car via app and knew exactly where the driver was at all times. The vehicle was a shiny black Cadillac XT6 and the driver was dressed in a dark suit (and wore white gloves! I can't think of many car service drivers that present at that level in this day and age outside of the major urban areas). High touch services continued during our ride. You want wifi? You got it. Would you prefer still or sparkling water? A fragrance-free environment. It felt like a mini spa treatment in a car as our driver calmly and competently slogged (if that's possible) through a nasty accident-induced traffic jam AND a torrential storm that flooded the highway while we dozed off and caught up on emails. The fare is all-inclusive of tolls, gratuity, number of bags, etc. No worries about nickel-and-dime surcharges. TLDR: An exceptional package of comprehensive transportation services, flawlessly delivered with bells and whistles.

Website states business is based in Athens, PA, but when I…read morearranged for pickup in Sayre, I was charged an additional $240 for the limo to come from and return to Binghamton, NY. This was not disclosed until I got the bill online. When questioned, I was told it was "their bad" that this information was not on their website or mentioned during the booking. Driver, dressed in t-shirt and jeans, did not know where to drop off at the event, and he was not at the same place to pick up after the event. There is a 10% tax and credit card fee, but no option to pay any other way. This business has very questionable practices. It is now two weeks later, and the web site still does not disclose the additional charges if you are not located in Binghamton.
