I was highly disappointed with this company for many different reasons. We were a party of 8 women going for a ladies wine weekend and planned to go for a few wine tasting. We asked for a bus to accommodate our size party and requested a bus with a bathroom. The organizers of our trip booked the bus for 9.5 hours and sent our itinerary to you ahead of time with the hopes of the driver having it. Well, the driver (Jason) while very nice, was about 30 minutes late for pick up. Didn't have any itinerary, had no idea if the bus had a bathroom and was unaware of how to operate the radio. Every winery we left he turned in the wrong direction to go to the next place, having to turn around everytime. We also did not feel that he was a confident enough driver for the mountainous roads. When the trip organizer called (Dave) they were given $200 as a refund for the 1.5 hours we returned home early, but that was it! After paying $1800, being set back with all of our reservations, having to be the drivers GPS, and not being able to fully enjoy their time that day! UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!! I recommend finding another company as they are unprofessional and did not at all care about the service they provided to us that was subpar. read more
