I finally got in touch with someone at the transport company and they said they canceled the ride yesterday because they "couldn't do it." No one from the transport company called me to tell me the trip was canceled. After seeing their online reviews, this appears to be a common occurrence for them. At the very least someone should've called me to tell me the trip was canceled.
