He made the booking process incredibly easy and was fully transparent about pricing and policy (was not surprised with any hidden charges even at the end of the trip). He picked us up right on time at our hotel and offered us bottled waters and some restaurant recommendations around Niagara Falls, which was so considerate! We are out of town so we did not really know the area very well so his recommendations made it SO much easier for us to enjoy our trip without any added hassle. He also graciously made any stops we requested despite it not being on our official itinerary. We were so highly impressed with Enzo's professionalism and character that we asked if he was available the next day but unfortunately he was fully booked (AND FOR GOOD REASON!). My family and I all agreed that this day spent with Enzo in Niagara Falls was the highlight of our trip. Definitely the best limousine and transportation service I have ever used and would highly recommend to anyone! I live in NYC but will definitely be making a trip back out here for a wine trip per Enzo's recommendation and will ONLY be booking Imperial Limousine & Transportation!

The shuttle driver was very nice, but she was not given my correct phone #, so she couldn't get a hold of me for the first 2 hours of the evening. At the end of the evening she was told to NOT make the last shuttle trip because it was 11:36---6 minutes past our slotted time. Fitzgerald Bros told her to not bring home the Bride and Groom and 22 other guests unless they were paid another $120. Earlier in the week, I was told we would be given a 30 minute grace period. The Sales Mgr was RUDE and inflexible, and would not refund the $120 I paid in cash---AFTER I pleaded with the driver to bring them back to the hotel. Will NEVER use this company again

I decided to call the company a week before my wedding to make sure that we were on the same page. They told me that they had no record of me and that BOTH the limos I reserved were gone. They told me that they thought I was mistaken! I then screen shot the text messages that we sent back and forth confirming that they got the check and they we were all set. She then all of a sudden found the sticky note that had my reservation information on it! We met in person, had several phone conversations, and exchanged text messages there is no excuse for my reservation to have been forgotten. The owner of the company was very rude and unprofessional at addressing the issue, they felt like it was not their problem and they did not see the need to help me find a new company. They did not want to fix their mistake so I had to find a new company a week before my wedding. Not only that the owner blamed me for getting forgotten, she said I should have checked on them earlier. Why would I have the need to check in on a limo company when we had already made a timed schedule? It is not the brides responsibility to make sure that the owner has organized notes!! We booked a van to bring ten of us to different wineries around the area. We had already chosen our wineries, but if you want them to help you choose they also can do that. From the second Tammy B arrived we knew it would be a great trip. She was so professional and even brought us a special wine grape necklace to pass around our trip. I had been planning and stressing all week and Tammy immediately told me to relax and that she would take over. Tammy adjusted wineries times when needed, managed to squeeze an extra, brought us to special photo spots and entertained us all day long while still giving us space to enjoy our time together as a group .
