Personalized and professional motorcoach tours can be a great way to sit back and enjoy your surroundings without the worries of navigating a new area. If you're struggling to plan every stop on your next vacation, allowing a professional company to arrange a motorcoach tour outing for your group will undoubtedly make your trip one to remember. Check out a few great reasons to plan one: * Reduce Stress: Rest and relaxation are hallmarks of any great vacation, but you can't expect to truly decompress and soak in the sights if you're concentrating on driving the entire trip. Motorcoach tours allow you to kick back and enjoy the scenery, landmarks, and events without any road anxiety. * Environmentally Friendly: Because of a more energy-efficient engine, a fully loaded tour bus is less impactful on the environment than a fully loaded car. The efficient and green engines also help to reduce emissions, meaning you can sight-see to your heart's content without carrying any carbon footprint guilt. * Time Efficient: Worrying about the best route to get to your destination or getting stymied by unexpected road construction and detours are problems of the past when you book motorcoach tours. Cover Wagon Tours are highly efficient, meaning there will be less wasted time on your tour and more time to enjoy your trip...

Do you think someone created an account just to give these guys 5 stars? Absolutely ridiculous. I've been sufficiently pissed off by their lack of providing any kind of service, especially in redeeming my "free trip". Spoilers -- there is no free trip. While on the phone, the woman I spoke with simply went to the Carnival website to quote me. What an absolute joke. I would strongly caution anyone considering Condominium Travel Club. It felt like a timeshare-style…read morepitch under a different name, with the same pressure tactics and limited real-world value. First, the "70-minute" Zoom presentation is misleading. Ours ran closer to 90 minutes, and then they pushed us into a one-on-one sales session afterward that would have gone even longer. When we declined and ended early, the salesperson was clearly frustrated. It felt very high-pressure and not respectful of our time. Second, the incentives were not delivered as promised. We received the initial $50 gift card for signing up, but the second one that was supposed to be provided after the Zoom call never came. Finally--and most importantly--the voucher itself is extremely hard to use. Availability is very limited, even when searching well in advance. Many destinations have few or no options at all. For example, we tried to plan a trip to Pittsburgh and found zero listings. Even when properties do show up, the dates are highly restricted. The few options that are available don't look very nice or updated, and many are not located in desirable areas of the destination. Overall, this experience felt the same as a traditional timeshare-style sales model: long presentations, high-pressure tactics, and benefits that are much harder to use than advertised. I would not recommend it.

They also told me there is more than 1 airline that has a direct flight from upstate NY into Raleigh/Durham airport when in fact there is only 1. Had this agency been willing to answer my questions so that I would know what my options were and if they were polite to me I would have considered using them to book my flight. I'm not sure how this agency is still in business when they are so rude and unhelpful when a potential client has questions.

Unfortunately I had two horrible experiences with Ithaca Sun Travel. About a year ago I purchased…read moreFirst Class airline tickets from Newark NJ to Dublin, Ireland. Tammy, the Owner, did the purchase for me. She had all my information, including the fact that my son and I have two different last names. When I got to Newark Airport I was informed by the airline that they would not allow us to leave the country -- that it has been Ireland's travel policy for a long time to not allow an adult and child/children traveling under different last names to enter the country. I was horrified obviously and when I reached out to Tammy I was told very simply that it was not her fault and that she "cannot be expected to know the travel regulations for each country". She actually stated that because I travel a lot I should have known....clearly I disagree. Her email is as follows: "Lisa, yes I help clients purchase many aspects of travel for great prices. I help clients plan and coordinate their trips. I purchase airline tickets with the legal names that my clients give to me. It is not up to me though, to research every destination to tell clients the rules and laws of the country, much less the rules contained within divorce/custody court documents. This is up to the traveler to research and understand their own travel. I advise of passport and visa requirements. There are many things that can stop a traveler from boarding a plane from criminal records to incorrect names. There are many rules of travel that I could not possibly tell each and every client. You have traveled fairly extensively, I would believe that in your divorce/custody court documents, if that is the case, that you would have known what was required for your son to travel with you. I do not know everyone's individual situation.". While she refers to a divorce/custody situation in her email this situation had nothing to do with this -- the simple fact was that my son and I have different last names. I read an article that 500,000 women last year had this problem when traveling in 2017. Tammy should have been aware of this and advised me accordingly. Previously I purchased a cruise package from Tammy. Unfortunately I bought the Dublin tickets before the cruise trip. Had the cruise taken place I would never have used her for the Dublin tickets. Although we purchased the cruise about 6 months before it was to embark, about 1 week prior to the trip Tammy informed me that the "balcony" room I booked and paid for was no longer available. I was incredulous. We were forced to take a room with a window only. Tammy also did not make us aware of the hundreds (and I do mean hundreds) of dollars in extra and unavoidable charges made by the cruise line including gratuities that were nearly $100 per day. Use Ithaca Travel Sun's services with caution.
