I received a lovely massage and Infrared sauna treatment in a renovated basement of a beautiful Victorian home at The Gothic Eves. Great big shower and complimentary toiletries. Stunning, well decorated waiting area and basement area. You get the entire place to yourself while getting pampered. Quality all around. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Only thing I would say is I wish they offered a tub soak to non-hotel stating guests. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone! Top notch service!! read more

This place is absolutely amazing! My first time getting a massage and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. My masseuse, Stacy May, was very professional, very dedicated and goes beyond the required service to make it a great experience. They have options with the kind of oil they can use, so I went with the classic: lavender. She asked me if there were any particular areas she should concentrate on and made sure they were given extra attention during the massage. In addition, she made sure it was a full body massage by giving each part enough time to relax your entire body. Although it was a 60 minute massage, she went on for an additional 10 minutes just so I could get the complete experience. We were staying at the inn so it was highly convenient for us to just go back up to our room after the massage to take a shower. I would totally recommend this place to anyone looking for a good massage as I'm sure the place won't fail to impress you. read more

The Mrs. has been talking to me for the longest time about getting a couples massage. Neither of us has ever had one (me I'm just weird about strangers touching me) and she never wanted to be by herself. As guests at the Inn (which B&B's are not typical for us) the Mrs. kept pointing out the Spa. Well we finally decided to add this to our vacation experience. Both of us being outside of our comfort zone, Rose set us up with the appointment and assured us it would be an enlightening experience. The masseuse made us very relaxed during the session, the Spa, music and room were top shelf. This was an awesome experience and now we're looking for places near our home. I don't think we'll ever find anything quite a pleasure as this was. This is a must when staying at the Inn. read more

I was able to rent this small spa for a bachelorette party of 7 for 3 hour which was great! We did their day at the spa package which included 30 min hot tub soak, 1 hour massage, oxygen bar, and sauna. All of their masseurs were excellent as all of the girls felt super relaxed and never felt pain or discomfort. The oxygen bar was great with different flavors of oxygen and I loved that you were able to shower after being in the sauna. The only complaint is the hot tub is right next to a playground and not really private. Maybe it would benefit if they put a privacy fence around it. Overall great! read more

My wife and I stayed at the inn for a weekend up the finger lakes, and decided to have a couples hot stone massage here at the spa. It was absolutely wonderful. We started with about 20 minutes in a cute 2 person sauna, and then had our massages. My wife and I both agreed that it was the best massages that either if I had ever had. Very comfortable and heated massage tables, with 2 massage therapists that were obviously very experienced and well trained. I would recommend highly staying at the Inn at Gothic Eves, but even if you are staying elsewhere, come here and you won't be disappointed. read more

I came up to Ithaca for a bachelorette party and was in charge of setting up the spa. What an amazing find this was! Since we were a group of 7, we were given our own room to store things and relax in between services. Olivia was super helpful and worked with me prior to- and on the day of- to organize the food and services. I would highly recommend adding lunch to your day as not only was the food convenient, but it was really delicious (Shout out to the chef for that turmeric ginger butternut squash soup!!!) My fiance and I get massages every month for about a year now at Hand and Stone and almost always get massages on vacation. The couples massage we received at the spa at Gothic Eves was hands down one of the best massages we have ever had. The therapist was very observant and she noticed as soon as she walked in the room I was having issues rotating my neck. I felt amazing after they followed up with me to make sure I was icing it and to see how I was feeling the next couple of days as I stayed in the Inn at Gothic Eves. The massage itself was firm, relaxing and sensual. I also wanted to mention the Spa was absolutely beautiful! Very updated, comfortable and relaxing.
