I had gotten a manual lymphatic drainage massage in CA and wasn't a full believer, but after my session with Jaadin, I felt considerable less swelling and felt my healing progress more in days after seeing Jaadin than I in the full 3 months prior. I immediately booked another session with Jaaidin before I had to leave town and am so grateful to have met her. Now, whenever I go see family in Geneva, I will make sure to see Jaadin as well.

She did send me an apology saying she was handling a personal issue; however, she continues to post videos on TikTok and create advertisements on Facebook trying to gather more business. She never scheduled my appointment. she never returned my dozens of calls (most of which I couldn't leave a message because her voicemail box was full). She basically stole my $100. I paid her for a service and she disappeared. I have asked for a refund repeatedly to no avail. At this time, she is not only unprofessional, she is a thief.

I felt like they tried to do the job as quickly as possible and didn't take their time. At least that's what I hope it was, because if this is a regular way of waxing, then I would not recommend going to this place.

I like that they give an itemized bill and take cards. Sure it's not the fanciest nail place ever but I come in every 2-3 weeks for a pedicure or manicure or both. I don't need anything pretty- I need consistent and reasonably priced which is why I come back again.

I received laser treatment for a toenail fungus. It cost 600 hundred dollars. When I showed up for a follow-up appointment (scheduled several weeks in advance), no one was there. No one answered the phone. I waited 20 minutes and finally someone came to the door (this was in the middle of the day). The owner was moving -- unaware that I had an appointment scheduled, although she had been present when I scheduled the appointment. She said that she would be there in 15 minutes. I returned, but she was not there. I was told that she was not coming in. I then called her back (twice, the first time there was no answer). She said that she had sent me a text message rescheduling. Since I had just spoken with her, I found this odd. I found it even more odd that the text message she said she sent went to a number that was not mine. I said that I was starting to worry that I was a victim of a scam. She said that was insulted and would not work with me any more. She said she would return my money the following week. When I called her the following week, she refused to give me a full refund -- despite the fact that it is a stated and advertised policy of her store -- but would only refund me 425 dollars.
