Poor communication. Was instructed to send the money first, so we can schedule an appointment. That was quite a few months ago. Still no appointment. When I asked for a refund, she simply stated that it says on her website, "no refunds available" Considering her business is New York State, technically speaking, that isn't legal practice for any business. In NY there's a consumer protection laws out there. If this happened to you go to dos.ny.gov. You can file a complaint online to get your $ back. I contacted Cindy Newcomb to schedule a reading back on August 25th. She was very responsive at this time and was quick to send me her Venmo information so I could pay her $100 before even scheduling my appointment. since then, I have barely heard from her. She did send me an apology saying she was handling a personal issue; however, she continues to post videos on TikTok and create advertisements on Facebook trying to gather more business. She never scheduled my appointment. she never returned my dozens of calls (most of which I couldn't leave a message because her voicemail box was full). She basically stole my $100. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Cindy is amazing in her insight and intuition, drawing on both her psychic and coaching skills to (re)orient us toward the path we're (meant to be) on and to help us find avenues to make our lives more fulfilling during less desirable moments when we're feeling stuck. I had seen a different psychic for several years before my sister-in-law recommended that I see Cindy, as she'd received incredible insight and medium work, reconnecting with her mother and father who had each passed. When I first met Cindy, she spoke negatively of my ex-boyfriend and seemed to imply he might be cheating. She has an ability as a medium and a psychic to tease out details that - often - you wouldn't expect anyone else to know or discover and that simply shed light on areas where we need attention and work, opening up the opportunity for us to become unstuck and to move forward more happily and freely.
