Christopher responded right away and was polite and organized and was able to pick me up at 3am the next day (9 hours after I contacted him) and shuttle me to SYR. He was prompt, drive quite well, and arrived with a clean car. I want to thank Christopher to kick off my day on time to help me finally get back home. Our guests were staying in various BNB's and hotels in the area and we were able to create a schedule with the company and have them pick up our guests at various locations. When we booked them, we had them for 24 hours, which is un-heard of! They stayed during the whole wedding into the wee hours of the night, bringing guests home as they were ready to leave. At one point (between the reception and after-party) there was a bit of a pile up of guests waiting to get home, but I think that is a fair price to pay so that no one is drinking and driving - and it was free (for the guests). Our guests also mentioned that they were very pleasant to ride with and interacted with them nicely. I highly recommend this company!
