This is why i call DADS. The people at the Oneida Taxi company are so rude. I also had to wait outside in the cold because the driver had the front see full with their stuff. And took forever to get the stuff moved. While also, mumbling under her breath. read more

I am elderly and have a small fold up transport wheel chair that I use to go on Dr. visits. I can pick it up, fold it and place it in my trunk or back seat. Leonards has never had any problem with putting it in the back of a vehicle. Until today. FYI - the driver, a woman sent to pick me up, absolutely refused to take my little wheel chair. I offered to put it in the vehicle myself and she wouldn't let me. So I was left, stuck, and unable to go to the Dr. until the man who takes the calls fixed me up with a ride. I was late, but luckily the Dr. still took me. So if you have a transport chair make sure the driver will take it so you don't get stuck too.

Christopher responded right away and was polite and organized and was able to pick me up at 3am the next day (9 hours after I contacted him) and shuttle me to SYR. We got a quote and invoice within 15 minutes. 4am on the day of our flight they were at our house not just on time but early! Friendly, courteous safe driver. Reliable transportation to the airport during odd times is almost impossible to find in Syracuse but CCS was there for us and fulfilled everything they said they would! 10/10 recommend!

There was something wrong with the 50 amp power. My surge protector continued to measure 103-106 volts on both legs. Not every night but often enough to force me to change to 30 amp power. My surge protector shut down repeatedly and my breakers were tripping. I reported it to the office and I got a shrug and blank stare. At other parks similar reports resulted in maintenance personnel or a manager being dispatched or paged within minutes. From a liability and safety perspective electric power is one of the most critical.

Called several teens got hung up on guy answered and refused to bring me anywhere near the casino I have to work and he wouldn't even bring me to saveon next to it ridiculous. Also has road rage tried running me off the road in his van on the way to cananstots a few months ago and I reported it to the cops. read more
