I'm now pushing her in the wheelchair, she's got 1 luggage on her lap, I've got 1 I'm pulling while pushing the wheelchair and 2 bags over my shoulders. we finally get to the gate after finding out there was a 2 hour delay, I get her situated and they change gates!!! I can't believe they charge so much for baggage!! Its outrageous!! Will never fly them again!!!

The staff has always been pleasant, their TSA is organized, efficient and usually very quick. What really prompted me to leave this review, though, was an outstanding experience we just had with a young man named Hunter. We returned to find that our car wouldn't start. Hunter showed up in less than a minute and helped jump it. He didn't just get it started and walk away though, he stayed with us until he was sure the car was ready to go. He was incredibly kind, patient, and pleasant throughout the entire interaction. After a long day of traveling, he helped turn what would have been a rough spot of an already rough day into a positive experience. He really made a huge difference and was an excellent representative of the airport. At the end of the day, Syracuse may not be the biggest airport, but experiences like this are exactly why I'm happy to have this as my home airport.

There was no response for three weeks until I pursued the claim. I was never able to actually speak to a claims representative, but they did notify me by email my claim was denied. At the counter they were understaffed and made it clear they were in no hurry to be of assistance. The flight crew was mechanical. If you needed water, you could buy it. Whatever happened to "the friendly skies"? I certainly didn't find them with Allegiant!

Christopher responded right away and was polite and organized and was able to pick me up at 3am the next day (9 hours after I contacted him) and shuttle me to SYR. He was prompt, drive quite well, and arrived with a clean car. I want to thank Christopher to kick off my day on time to help me finally get back home. We got a quote and invoice within 15 minutes. 4am on the day of our flight they were at our house not just on time but early! Friendly, courteous safe driver.
