Here in the area for business and looking for a Great hotel. Let me tell you something, this Marriott did not disappoint. Clean, well maintained rooms with your basic hotel living essentials, fridge and microwave oven. The lobby area always had hot coffee, water, tea bags and milk. They will gladly refill the carafe for you when the pots are running low. I used the gym and my only complaint is that the workout area is quite small, but it does the trick. The pool is well, your basic Marriott suite pool. House cleaning did a Great job tidying up my room. The complimentary morning breakfast was pretty good, scrambled eggs, bacon and veggie patties and hot oatmeal. Chobani yogurts were also available. Love the make it yourself waffle iron, waffles anyone? Yes please! The whole staff here was very friendly. I definitely will stay here again when in the area.

This was my first time ever staying at a Fairfield Inn & Suites. I've stayed at other Marriott properties - full blown Marriott hotels - and Courtyards. This Fairfield Inn is located in Verona, NY across the street from Turning Stone Casino. My room was comfortable and clean. The bed was firm enough, and there were plenty of pillows. The room included an HDTV (I don't know if they had any HD service - I did not watch TV. The AC worked well and they offer free wireless internet access. Service was good, staff was friendly. The one thing that I will ding them on is their breakfast is a bare bones offering. Toast, bagels, cold cereals, juice, hard boiled eggs, and such. There are a couple of places next door to the hotel to eat: Recovery Sports Bar & Grill and a Dunkin' Donuts. Both are good! I would definitely stay here again!

The bridal suite was my favorite part. We had a larger wedding party. We were all able to hang out there all day for hair and make up and there was plenty of space for all of us. There was no canopy so if it rained, the wedding was going to be moved indoors, which is certainly not what was paid for. I only know this as I called the wedding a week before as I was reading the weather report - NO ONE CALLED ME BACK. I had to ask my daughter, the bride, what would happen if it rained. The bridal party had to wait out in the sun but were scolded by the wedding coordinator because we were waiting in the shade in another venue (scheduled to begin an hour later). They booked the venue back to back so there was little time for pictures after the ceremony and because they booked 2 weddings in the same venue so close together, they tried to shame the bride into foregoing communion because it would add length to the ceremony itself. The promised signature drink was brought out at the end of the night, and the bride only had a very limited selection for a "signature". The wedding coordinator told the bridal party and DJ about timing of the gates closing and bride arriving to venue and blamed the DJ when it wasn't right. The hor devours were cold and brought out by 2 people a single tray at a time so depending on where you were seated as a guest, you may not have received them. Only one bartender for 110 guests. Hundreds of dollars in champagne was wasted because the wedding coordinator told the servers to pick up all champagne glasses from the tables - even the ones that had not yet been drunk. When I and other guests complained to the wedding coordinator, she was rude to us. Servers cleared plates with food on them without asking if the guest was done eating. The reception downstairs music was so loud we couldn't hear the speeches upstairs and the bathrooms were inaccessible as they were downstairs where the other reception was taking place - leaving 1 restroom upstairs for all the guests. There was a complete lack of signage which was particularly important with multiple weddings occurring at the same time. Guests had absolutely no idea of where to go for their wedding or reception. The videographer hired by Dibbles for their marketing campaign blocked the view of guests and the bride and groom-hired photographer during the ceremony. While the grounds and venue are absolutely stunning, be mindful of timing with other weddings, get EVERYTHING in writing and ask for a wedding coordinator that is not Pam. No guest, member of the bridal party or MOB should be treated like a child or policed by a wedding coordinator.

My daughter and now son in law were married at Dibbles in January 2026. I normally don't leave…read morereviews but after 7 months of thinking about the experience I feel it warrants one. There were so many negatives that leave me feeling very disappointed with the outcome and misled from the start. Dave talked a mean story at the outset spouting out all the wonderful amenities the venue would provide and that "everything" was right on site, that we would have an overall event coordinator and a wedding coordinator. We did, though the wedding coordinator, Brittany was not much of a coordinator nor was she pleasant. She seemed inexperienced, didn't direct the event and had minimal contact with my daughter pre wedding. Marquee- Did not have my daughter and son in laws name on it. Maybe names were from one of the other two weddings going on simultaneously. Really? Ceremony-The entire time we felt we were being rushed out of one area to another to make the room available for the next wedding party. The time allotted for photos in the ceremony area was not given. The bar area where the cocktail reception was held had our guests coats strewn over the bar and on chairs around the room. Later on they were stuffed in a closet by staff. When it came time to leave our guests had difficulty finding their coat. Guests from another wedding were allowed access to our area where our wedding card box and gifts were placed. All not acceptable! Flowers- Boutinierres were falling apart as they were being attached to the groomsmen. The bouquets when distributed were showing signs of being old flowers as the petal edges were brown and wrinkly. If I had known the tall centerpieces were so unattractive and not eye catching we wouldn't have ordered them. Not acceptable! Reception-Brittany was made aware that the brides name was misspelled on the table menu cards. A request was made to her to remove them, they were not. Food was okay, servers were curt and rude when approached. We had two bar tenders, one was pleasant the other was rude and used vulgar language. DJ did very little if nothing at all to announce the toasts, feeding of the cake and letting the guests know that the cake, desserts and coffee were self serve. Not acceptable! The music was great because the bride and groom provided a playlist! Our guests enjoyed the dancing. Audio- The audio was ineffective everywhere; during the ceremony, while the father of the bride was giving a toast in the bar/cocktail area and in the Gatsby room for toasts to the bride and groom. Not acceptable! Shuttle-No shuttle from area hotels to the venue but if you were lucky you got a ride back to a hotel after the wedding was over. I think the shuttle made only one run. The bridesmaids ended up putting their belongings in a guests car because room was limited on the shuttle. This one way shuttle is crazy! Not acceptable! "Rehearsal dinner"- We had a dinner at the Mason Jar the evening before the wedding, actually there wasn't a rehearsal. The room was freezing! Repeated requests went unanswered to turn up the heat. It was so cold the guests wore their coats throughout the evening. Not acceptable! Bridal suite- It was in a house off site. It was on the second floor, no handrail on either side of the stairs. It was very difficult and unsafe and (not within code) to navigate the stairs in heels wearing long dresses and carrying all our belongings. This room was also cold. Repeated attempts to contact someone affiliated with Dibbles to turn up the heat went unanswered. Parking there was a mess. Another bridal party's cars blocked our makeup artists and hairstylists' cars in. They were not readily available to move their cars. A shuttle took us to the venue... snow and ice on front step and sidewalk, shuttle stairs were wet and dirty. Not ideal for wearing heels and formalwear. Plus, we had to take everything, (our bags and foodstuff) on the shuttle and take in the venue (just before the ceremony)and stuff it all in a small closet where guests' coats would eventually be put. That's a lot of baggage for 8 bridesmaids, a bride, a flower girl, a ring bearer and a mother of the bride. All not acceptable! There were so many negatives that if I had it to do over I would choose a different venue. They may have been little issues or had minimal effect but with so many issues I can't say it was great. It was not. My son in law spoke with the business manager(?) after he returned from his mini moon and spoke of the many issues... cold rooms, poor audio, rude staff, unsafe not having a handrail, other wedding guests having access to the room where our wedding cards and gifts were placed, all belongings had to be taken out at end of wedding, being herded from room to room to name just a few. She was not at all sympathetic or seemed like she actually cared, nor did she suggest or offer restitution. I would not recommend The bottom line, I can only say I'm happy that my daughter is happily married.
