I'm now pushing her in the wheelchair, she's got 1 luggage on her lap, I've got 1 I'm pulling while pushing the wheelchair and 2 bags over my shoulders. we finally get to the gate after finding out there was a 2 hour delay, I get her situated and they change gates!!! One small complaint that may or may not be the fault of the airport: there was no staff for National Car Rental when we arrived. Candidly, there were not staff at all for any of the brands, sans one Enterprise person who seemed to be managing all the brands. The result was a bit backup of people waiting. This was the case on my arrival and it was still an issue upon departure.

Christopher responded right away and was polite and organized and was able to pick me up at 3am the next day (9 hours after I contacted him) and shuttle me to SYR. We got a quote and invoice within 15 minutes. 4am on the day of our flight they were at our house not just on time but early! Friendly, courteous safe driver.
