I have been to this office for cleaning once and had had a positive experience. I then returned to the office for a frenectomy with Dr Alvarez, a Specialist who works with Dr Eagan and that procedure was poorly managed. The procedure itself seemed fine, but the office and Dr. provided very little assistance and follow up after, even when I had a very long recovery period. For anyone familiar with this procedure, it cuts your gums open to detach tissue from the teeth, which meant open wounds for several weeks in my case and soreness for months after that. After healing and not improving my original condition, I researched some and found that results were indeed controversial. So fine, I should have done more research prior to having the procedure done, partially my fault. I decided to give the clinic the benefit of the doubt and planned to return for teeth whitening, a simple cosmetic treatment, the first time I would have that done. Because I had a procedure done on my gums before, I asked to be seen by dr. Eagan quickly before the whitening procedure, to clear some concerns I had with prior gum issues and sensitivity. I don't think that is an unusual request when you will pay $300+ to have the procedure done at the dentist office. The receptionist booking the appointment over the phone explained that was not the norm, but agreed to schedule me for a date that Dr Eagan would be in and could check on me. The day before my scheduled appointment the office called me to confirm, I asked if Dr Eagan would be there and they said she did not come to the office that day. I asked them to please cancel my appointment and explained again my reason for the request and that I was fine cancelling. The receptionist insisted to reschedule it, and to put me on a date that Dr Eagan would be in the office, I agreed. They called me the day before to confirm the second appointment, I asked again if Dr Eagan would be able to see me and all was confirmed. I made work arrangements and went to their office the morning of my second appointment. When I got there I asked if Dr. Eagan was in and the receptionist said yes. So when they called my name, I went with the assistant who would do the procedure to the room, where he explained it and had me sit on the chair. When he was about to start, with his gloves on I asked if Dr Eagan was coming to see me. He walked out to check and when he came back he indicated she had not arrived yet due to an emergency. I said I could wait if she was on her way, but he mentioned he didn't know when she would come back. He asked if I would be seen by somebody else or would like to do the procedure without the Dr. Eagan's visit. I explained that I had only made the appointment because I wanted to be seen by Dr Eagan prior. She had seen me before and would know of my condition and prior gum procedure done at her office. They then canceled my appointment and I left. Very unprofessional behavior to say the least. Would not have expected that type of treatment from any professional firm. A dentist clinic should take their services more seriously and go beyond the standard cleanings done by technicians. Respect for the patient's time and proper follow up are critical, so if you are reading this, please don't make the same mistake I made and choose a better practice. read more

Great experience. They accept my insurance Solstice and my co-pay was minimal. The dental hygenist was good and professional and the dentist was thorough and explained everything. I will definitely be going back. read more

Best dentist ever!!!!! Always such a welcoming staff and atmosphere. Love that they always confirm your appointments either by phone or email. You never wait much after you've checked in. Love this place. read more

Dr. Eagan was great but the office has cancelled on me on two occasions. I'm not sure why the cancel so often but that is a bit of an issue when you plan your work day around that time and take time off already. Additionally, they will often call you back the day they have an opening which is fine but I don't understand why they can't plan in advance. I'm sad to say I will be finding a new dental office. read more

The best dental office and the best dentist on town,my experiences at this office are the best every time that I go for my regular cleaning and check up, I always set up my next cleaning appointment before I left, but last time I cancel it and they put me on the waiting list and a few days after I recibe the call to offer me an appointment, the staff it's super nice and helpfully.I recommend 100% this dental office. read more

I've been going to Dr. Eagan for about two years for cleanings. My experiences have always been positive.

Dr. Eagan has an amazing staff. I took my daughter for a cleaning. Every single staff member I interacted with were helpful and friendly. Dr. Eagan is an honest professional who will not recommend something you do not need. I love it here! I'm glad I switched my two sons, husband and myself to her practice. read more

I heard about Jessica Eagan from one of my coworkers that go there. After searching for the right dentist and trying out different ones, I have to say I love Dr. Eagan. I love the hygienist, she is amazing! And she is gentle! And makes me feel super comfortable when I am there. She takes her necessary time to clean my teeth! After the hygienist is done with me Dr. Eagan comes in to see me. I love that she never tries to upsell me anything!! Every time I went to a dentist something was always "wrong"! I been to Dr. Eagan, and she reviews my X-rays and ask me if something is bothering me! And she is so honest! I been brushing too hard so I been irritating my gums! And I love that it's not cause I need some type of treatment! The only downside to her practice are appointments! Make sure, that you schedule one before you leave your appointment and that you do not cancel! Cause good luck getting another one that is not 5 months after you had to reschedule! But that is how good her business is! She is busy! The ladies at the front are fantastic too!!! read more

Doctor Eagan is the best! I'm new to going to the dentist but both times I've been to her office my experience has been amazing. First of all the waiting was minimal both times I went and the staff was amazing, very professional and welcoming. I've been there for a deep cleaning and to get a cavity filled. Must say I cannot complain at all even if I was trying to find something wrong. Doctor Eagan is very nice and very very good at her job. She explains everything as she is doing it and makes you feel comfortable throughout the visit. Working in the healthcare field as an ICU nurse I know how important it is to provide great service and that it's difficult working as a health care professional but this place is great. The waiting area is clean and everyone is friendly and inviting. The view in the procedure rooms are great and everything is very clean and organize. Overall this place is a must go. I've read all the reviews before going and I must say I cannot believe there is even one negative review below three starts on this website those people must be mistaken. my experience has been nothing but amazing and above expectations. But for the sakes of being unbiased I will say the only thing I would complain about is that the parking lot is small and might be an issue during busy days but with that being said I didn't have an issue parking both times I went but it could be a possible issue. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants an amazing dentist and a great experience! read more

i always have a positive experience visiting the dentist. the atmosphere is welcoming as is everyone on staff. definitely recommend

Dr. Eagan's office should consistently have a 10 star rating. I have had soooo many horrible experiences with dentist in Miami. I was referred to Dr. Eagan by my daughter who spoke very highly about her experience at This office. I will say nothing fell short of my expectations. I received phenomenal service from both of the ladies that helped me at the front desk. I called to make an appointment for a cleaning, it was a few months out, but the front desk was very accommodating and advised that they would contact me if something opened up beforehand. My daughter told me the hygienist were worth the wait, so I would've been happy to wait, but shortly after in the week I received a call where they were willing to give me a space after a recent cancellation which I eagerly took! Best experience of my life. Rosa was so gentle, friendly and wonderful! Dr. Eagan walked in and called me by name, addressed my issues with a small cavity and advised if I had time to fill it she could even do it with out numbing me. Her hands are MAGIC!! I didn't feel a thing and had the small filling done. I can't express how professional and amazing everyone at this office was. Moreover, the cleanliness, attentiveness to detail, and family atmosphere is what will keep me coming back over and over again to Dr. Eagan's office. So excited to have found an amazing dentist in Miami that makes my visit feel like I am home. Keep up the great work Jessica Eagan DDS we need more of you in Miami! read more

It is really hard to find a great dentist nowadays. I picked Dr Eagan because she was the closest dentist to my house who saw both adults and children. The second I walked into Dr Eagan office, I knew that I had made the right choice. The office staff is super welcoming and extremely kind. They are so helpful and make you feel special. What can I say about Dr Eagan. She is so awesome and you can really tells she loves what she does! She even called me the next morning after a procedure to make sure I was okay. My children were both diagnosed with a genetic disorder that requires extensive dental care. Dr Eagan has welcomed them with open arms and was very positive in addressing my concerns. My son was always terrified of the dentist and Dr Eagan went out of her way to make him feel comfortable. Needless to say he always asks when we can go back and see Dr Eagan. Every time anyone asks for a dentist I always refer them to her hands down! Thank you Dr Eagan & staff for everything that you do! read more

I just had first visit with Dr. Eagan and can honestly say it was one of the best dentist visits ever. I just changed to Dr. Eagan because I found out (through Yelp) that my prior dentist's office had horrible reviews and was apparently overpricing and recommending useless procedures to their patients. For example, the last time I went to my prior dentist I was told that I had 2 cavities and needed to get them filled (which would have cost me several hundred dollars). Today I went to Dr. Eagan's office and she said my teeth were fine and didn't have any cavities. The experience was great, the staff is friendly and so is Dr. Eagan. I definitely recommend this place. read more
