My doctor's are amazing and the hygienist. But the new staff up front where you check in is a question mark. I've been coming here for more than 20 years. Today I was so disappointed. When I first walked in no one spoke. I signed in. After 10 minutes I hear someone screaming, she said '' she can't do that, she has to be cancelled. Where is she, within seconds I hear my name. The staff member screamed my name from the lobby, so embarrassed. Another person was waiting in the lobby. With my visit I usually wait 15-25 min, sometimes longer when the doctor is behind but it's always worth the wait. Today was different. I went to the glass window and she said in a harsh tone, we have to cancel you, you came at 11:15 and your appt was 11. In reality I pulled in the parking lot at 11:10am but I sign in at 11:15am. She really didn't hear what I said to her, She only said I have to reschedule you in 3 months??? Wow I was very disappointed. I had already waited 6 months for an appointment. I also have two pain in two teeth. She could have ask me to step inside the door and speak with me, instead of screaming in front of everyone. She didn't even give me a courtesy call while I was driving & sitting in traffic to let me know she was going to cancel me. I took the day off from work for the appointment. Just wanted to say I'm not a big fan of dentist office's , like most people are , I've been coming here for about 21/2 years here after my old dentist closed its doors . After over 35 years with them ..But i have say . The team at the falls dentistry care group Team are GREAT !! everything about them I like , from the dentist , the receptionist, even the lady that cleans my teeth ..Nice clean sitting are waiting rooms, exam rooms , ample parking great staff and doctors. I see Dr B. Davidson. Always cheerful and positive. Very experienced and passionate about her work. Their staff is very friendly as well. It's hard to find a Dentist you like and trust. She gives honest opinions and will refer you to specialists if needed. I've been coming here for over a year now and had to get some work done on several teeth and multiple cleanings. I even moved out of dade county and I still drive here for appointments. Good experiences overall. I definitely recommend this dental office. I'd stay away from the franchise type like dental offices. Worst experience I've ever had. They won't be as compassionate and they seem more business savvy. Very pleased with their work. After not going to the dentist for a very long time, Dr. Yusman gave me the confidence to get treatment on my terms. She took the extra time to show and explain to me everything that was wrong with my mouth and I came out of the experience understanding the treatment I needed, where as in other offices I often felt like I was being forced into treatment that I didn't understand. More importantly, I never felt forced into anything; that being said, she gave my smile a whole makeover and I'm really pleased with the results. Not convenient at all. Having to wait for a cleaning three months?!? They should have more hygienists available to serve their clients and not have then inconvenienced in that manner. Let's face it, visiting the dentist is not an enjoyable task. Although not enjoyable, it is a pleasant experience when you visit this office. The staff is friendly and makes a point to remember details about your life for future conversations. My dentist, Dr. Yusman, is a kind and thoughtful person. She even called me the night after she put a crown in to check up on how I was doing. Finding a dentist you trust is just like finding a mechanic you can trust...it hardly ever happens. These people are not out to drain your pocket book. Twelve years ago, I was told by one of my former dentists that I needed all four of my wisdom teeth removed. The next dentist I visited said the same thing. Since my teeth were not bothering me, I stonewalled the dentists saying that I would take care of it later. When I asked Dr. Yusman about removing my wisdom teeth, she informed me that I only had THREE wisdom teeth and she suggested that I leave them in there since they weren't bothering me. (A special "UP YOURS" shout out to all my former dentists!) She only fixed two teeth that were bothering me from poor work from my previous dentist. Although Dr. Yusman-Wirth and her Assistant Rosie seemed very nice during my first visit to the office, I want to warn viewers about the hygienist in her office named Reggie. Because of Reggie (and 14 minutes), I will never return to that office, didn't get my teeth cleaned, and am facing issues with my insurance related to the fact that I'll need another 1st dental consultation at another office in order to get the cleaning. It was a very stormy day in the beginning of April, when I battled the storm to drive to the office for my cleaning appointment at 2:40. Plus, I had to drive many miles, including on the Tpk. Everyone had to drive at around 20 MPH and with their hazards on because we couldn't even see the cars in front of us. From the car I called the office to let them know the situation and that I would be arriving a few minutes late, and they were well aware of the weather conditions. Finally, I arrived at 2:54 (14 minutes late) and called from the parking lot to let them know I was there. But, Reggie turned me away. According to the lady who answered the call, Reggie said that she wouldn't see me, because she had another patient scheduled for 3:20 (and that was only less than one hour after my scheduled appointment for 2:40). So, I had to drive all those miles back in the same stormy weather, not counting the gas and tolls, for nothing. It came down to the fact that my insurance doesn't pay her well enough to be worth waiting 14 minutes and to allow me 1 full hour for the appointment. I hope your insurance pays well! And I hope that Reggie is a better hygienist than she is a human being. read more

Having attended university across the state from my hometown, I spent about a few years bouncing around different dentists after being forced to abandon my pediatric dentist (who looked just like Bill Clinton) after during 21. Of all the dentist offices I visited throughout the years, Falls Dental Care was my favorite. I have been cursed with cavities my entire life, and was dreading getting a particular crater taken care of in the back of my mouth. My dental assistant was friendly, although she did spend some downtime chatting with her coworkers while we waited for the dentist - but they included me in the conversations so I didn't mind at all. The dentist was wonderful, and she was super gentle. I didn't feel anything at all during the filing. When she was done I told her, "that was the best filling I've ever had!" - She looked at me like I was nuts, but I meant it! Highly recommended. read more

When you are out of town and a crown falls out, then a molar breaks, and you are giving care on another's schedule, finding a dentist can be a challenge. Pro: convenient location with easy parking, the waiting area is rather pleasant. Con: not the most friendly or patient staffs and scheduling appointment is a huge pain. You are required to have a consultation (x-rays, visual check-ups, etc) in your first appointment, then you will be asked to schedule a cleaning (at least 3-month waiting period), and then you can schedule a filing or whatever procedure that you need to do (another separate visit). I am not sure who has that amount of time to keep going back to see a dentist. In addition, they asked you to pay half of the bill for your future treatment as a deposit. The dental hygienist also dropped off the tools multiple times on the floor while she was assisting me to take the x-rays. She even stomped the floor after she accidentally deleted one of my tooth x-rays. Overall, I don't think this is the place for me. The quality of the care is just not enough to worth a 3-month wait. read more

Very difficult to work with, tried to set appointment for myself and 2 kids they would not put us together. One appt for me and my older son first just for exam (no cleaning) then cleaning for younger son 3 months from now so I asked if we can also schedule cleaning for us all with my younger and they said no..... they wanted us to make so many different appts it was stupid, and the girl on the phone did not give a shit about our business read more

Please beware!!! I am a patient or rather x patient of Dr. Linda Yusman. She suggested that I update an old filling that I had absolutely no issues with. When she was done..I was in so much pain that I could not function! She told be to go see a specialist to get a root canal and took no responsibility at all for her damaging my tooth. Almost $6,000 later..I had to get a root canal and a crown to save the tooth she damaged! I was so upset for figured that mistakes happen and let it go. I forgot to warn my sister Ana who also goes to Dr. Yusman and she just did the exact thing to her! She cannot afford to get a root canal and crown like me and will likely have to pull her tooth. I am filing a complaint with the ADA today! read more
