I feel so lucky that I found Dr. Millan's office. Maria, Liz, Nicole, Dr. Millan, and the rest of the staff were amazing!! My husband and I had a dental office we liked but because we switched dental insurance and they didn't take our new insurance, I was forced to look for a new dentist. I am so happy I did! The Dr. and staff in this office are so warm, friendly and welcoming. Dr. Millan and staff make you feel at ease. My appointment was scheduled for 10 AM. I was greeted and given paperwork to fill out. Within minutes of handing it in I was called in. I sat with Maria and she took my blood pressure (yep, they take your blood pressure there. How awesome is that?!) and x-rays. We discussed the condition of my teeth. Then, Dr. Millan came in and he looked over all the X-rays and my teeth. He discussed the treatment he'd like to proceed with. Sidenote: Dr. Millan is super likable. After talking to the dentist, Nicole came in and we talked about insurance coverage and what wasn't covered. If you don't have the money upfront , they do take CareCredit (you can get 6-12 months interest free). After accepting and approving treatment fees, I proceeded with making an appointment for my teeth cleaning. Luckily enough, they were able to see me the same afternoon. Liz, the hygienist, is so much fun! She puts you at ease, thoroughly explains everything she will be doing and leaves your teeth feeling like new! My husband and I talked about our visit afterward and both agree that this is the best dental office we've visited. I highly recommend! read more

I was very excited to find a dental office, which was close to my house and had such warm and inviting staff. The place is small but very clean and organized and I felt comfortable. This is my second appointment there actually May 3. It was recommended that I need to come back for a deep cleaning three months after my regular cleaning and as much anxiety as I have, and as hard as it is for me, I went ahead and came back during my second appointment. It was explained to me that all of the procedure procedures that they want to do would end up resulting in about $2000. There were a lot of things there that I didn't feel were necessary and would take off of that total bill like replacing my old feelings. Anyways, I show up to my appointment today. The hygienist is as kind as can be, and really trying to help me deal with my anxiety. All went well at the end she applied some kind of medication that she said I couldn't floss my teeth for a few days. All is well I go to pay and my bill is almost $1000. My jaw dropped to the floor I have never in my life paid $1000 for a cleaning. The first response from the attendant was that I signed for this when I was lost at the office three months ago. I said excuse me, but it was never mentioned to me that my next appointment would be $1000. What if I was in a position where I couldn't pay for this right now this is completely unfair. The right thing to have done would have been to discuss his financials with me when I arrived and gone over any Part of it that was considered optional and not covered by the insurance. Apparently the medication that they applied at the end is what skyrocketed the bill but at no point was just explained to me or discussed with me prior to the process which I feel is very unprofessional and sneaky. I have completely lost trust and I will never be going back to this place. I do recommend them for their services and their staff, but make sure you are on top of your visit before committing to anything make sure that prices are clear to you upfront prior to having a procedure because this was very deceitful and not what I expect from a provider that is supposed to be caring and looking after my best interest. I feel completely violated! read more

My husband and I have been going to this office for the past 9 years or maybe even more. Everyone in the office is truly special. Dr.Milan is passionate about dentistry and it shows. He's professional, nice and very good at what he does. He's always thinking about what is best for the patient and not his bank account. We introduced my daughter to Dr. Milan after having such a terrible experience elsewhere and he helped my daughter feel comfortable with dental care. Something I didn't know would happen but she has a wonderful experience each time she goes which is important. The staff is absolutely wonderful...Nicole, Natalie, Maria, Mori and Roxanne are exceptional and make the visit to the dentist's office very pleasant. I highly recommend this office. read more

Very friendly staff, professional office. Dr. Millan spends the time necessary to explain what needs to be done and how the work will be accomplished. I have had concerns with dentists in the past, but definitely feel like I am in good hands with Dr. Millan and his staff! read more

I have severe dental phobia dating back into my teens. Tried very hard to get past my phobia with other dentists but was never successful. The practice is by far the best, most comforting, professional, friendly, patient centered dental practice I have ever been to! Would give them 10 stars if I could read more

Going to the dentist has never been more pleasant than this! Visiting the dentist can be nerve racking for some people, but rest assured that coming into Premiere Dental Solutions will put you at ease from treatment to payment. I have been a patient here for over 8 years, I'd been running from a procedure that required surgery. I visited Dr. Millan for a cleaning and he explained why I should address this procedure and how he would help. It was the best thing I ever did. I went from having a big empty space in my mouth to having a great smile, with all of my own teeth. He completed my treatment with braces and is now treating my son's orthodontic needs. Needless to say, I trust his skills and his staff as well. Dr. Millan keeps up to date with technology and all the advances in dentistry (diplomas/certifications all over the wall). The dental assistants, hygenists and front desk staff are very pleasant and easy to talk to. Sitting in the hygenist chair today, made me feel like I was at the salon, telling stories. Thank you for the toothbrush Liz and Susie. They take such good care of my teeth all I ever need are cleanings. So relieved. They are top notch! read more

Dr. Millan and his staff are truly amazing. From someone that hates the dentist, they truly make you feel comfortable about everything. The office is clean and they go above and beyond to help you. Highly recommend!! read more

Love my dentist who is extremely qualified and interested in providing the best dental care. He fixed a problem I had for years that was not helped by 3 other dentists. The staff & office treats you like family and you feel like you are visiting friends & not the dentist! He also has a big heart & gives his services to those in need. The dental hygienist Suzy is also excellent with the most comfortable but effective cleaning I have experienced over decades with other dentist offices. All the assistants & office personnel are excellent and professional. read more

Make sure to review your bill before you pay. I've been going to this office for more than 15 years. I was charged $111 for my April 8th visit 2x. I Paid the April bill on April 8th and was charged again on December 13. They refuse to refund me for this duplicate charge. also, I was charged $50 for a Tooth extraction for my 7 year old who's tooth fell out when the doctor touched it. read more

Awesome place to have all your dental needs taken care off a great staff and doctor I recommend it to all

I have been going to Dr. Milan's office for the past 8 years. I started going to him when my then boyfriend and I moved into our first apartment across the street. I had never taken great care of my teeth and had several cavities and over crowding in my teeth. During the first year or so he took care of all the cavities and got braces on my bottom teeth. Since I got my teeth back on track it's basically been cleanings and annual exams. My teeth are very healthy! Dr.Milan's staff is always friendly, attentive and helpful. They treat you like family and never make you wait. He always has the latest technology and is always looking to improve. My now husband and I have since moved farther away but we will always make the drive to go to the best dentist in town. I will forever be his patient for many more years to come. read more

The girls at the reception desk are very helpful and Nicole is especially nice Dr.millan is awesome im am usually very nervous but they made everything better read more

First time reviewing something and honestly, this is the best dentist i have EVER gone to! I had work done before when I was growing up by a dentist my mom trusted whole heartedly; after coming to see Dr. Milan, he assured me that my previous dentist removed real teeth that weren't meant to be removed only because it was the easy way out which he then advised how it should have been dealt with instead. His knowledge in both General Dentistry and Orthodontic is a huge plus! Definitely recommending to EVERYONE! This doctor is a one stop shop for all your dental hygiene. 10/10!! read more

I am very disturbed with all the good reviews. My experience here has been awful my mouth was distroyed by Dr. Millain! I have had to see a specialist due to him shaving my teeth for an easy cavity filling. My bite has never been the same . I wrote a review on google and the next day it was taken down. Beware it looks like he knows someone to only post good reviews . when I asked him to fix this problem he refused like if he knew he had messed up and could not fix it . Wish I never sat in that dentist chair !!!! read more

There are so kind and helpful. Very happy I changed to their care! I've had issues with my last two dentists and they seem to understand my issues and very willing to fix the issue. Dr. Millan is very nice and this will be my new dentist going forward. read more

I've been going to Premier Dental Solutions for over 15 years. They are the best in Miami as far as I am concerned. The Doctor and staff are top notch and go out of their way to ensure your comfort and take care of whatever dental concerns you have. 5 stars all the way! read more

I've been a patient for years, 9+. Here you'll find cutting edge technology, the most talented Dentist I've ever met, a super friendly intelligent Staff who are service oriented all within a Family atmosphere. Do not expect a cold white canvas. What always gives me a kick is how the staff help each other and genuinely like one another. They are encouraged to learn and take pride in teaching each other new procedures or the new machine that just came in. I kid you not. Try them you will never want to go elsewhere. In addition, where other dental firms have you coming in for multiple visits so they can fit in more patients per day or driving around town for out of the norm procedures , Dr Millian does most procedures in house and is mindful of your time and pocket. There are two highly experienced dental hygienists as well who are both excellent. Highly recommend. read more

Truly a great Dentists office. State of the art equipment. Replaced my crown using a laser generated 3D image to create a perfect crown on the spot. No need to return for a fitting. Dr Millian is an outstanding dentist and the rest of the team are lovely. Highly recommend them. read more

The dentist is very good. However, his hygienist is very loud and obnoxious. She actually denied doing a regular cleaning to my mouth because she felt that I needed a deeper cleaning. I was not able to pay the difference in cost, so I asked to just do a regular cleaning and she absolutely refused. It blows my mind that there are people out there so unempathetic to a situation. I have been a patient at the dentist office for so many years, and unfortunately, I will not be returning just because of that hygienist. read more
