I've been coming to Orthopedics Only for around 4 months. My general dentist and a friend who happens to be a dentist strongly recommend me to do something to fix my "all over the place teeth" so I Yelp and Google the 3 best and went to hear their suggestions... The first one wanted to take out 2 teeth and put braces with expanders for over 2 years. The second was Dr. Sanders, this people are top notch, from the organization to the technology and professionalism. His told me that I was a candidate for Invisalign without need of taking out any tooth. Also, he put in writing that in case I'm not progressing as plan he will change me to braces at no additional cost. So, this seems like a win win situation, in less than 24 hours I accepted the treatment plan, paid in full and cancel the 3rd appointment! read more

With such an attentive and heartwarming staff Dr. D and Dr.G have given me the smile I've dreamed about ever since I was little. I left my Invisalign Treatment with the same problems I went in with, spaces. My treatment plan lasted 6 yrs--had I known this would be the case I would have just worn braces. I wore my trays religiously and appreciated Dr. Sanders want to fine tune everything. However, the multiple IPR's done to my lower teeth left me with gaps I never had before and the small gap I initially wanted started the Invisalign treatment plan for, remain. I was never offered anything alternative (braces) like I heard others who were unhappy with their treatment plan were offered. When I started the plan I was in a masters program at UM, graduated and soon moved to Miramar and started working. It became much harder to get to appointments in the middle of my work week. And as the staff in the office changed so did my reminder calls/texts. One time my credit card was charged 3 times for my treatment planned. Despite this, I never complained and came to my visits. I didn't even receive a call for my 6 month treatment follow-up visit and honestly, I don't know if the drive would have been worth it--especially considering that for my first follow up visit when I brought up the issue of my gap at the top remaining Dr. Sanders simply stated "good luck". I was shocked! All the money for a remaining gap and two additional gaps and he basically let me know there was nothing he could do. Truly disappointed at how I was treated towards the end of treatment. read more

So when the family dog chewed my sons retainer, I had to make the call to get it replaced. Thankfully Dr Sanders and.his staff have always been accommodating and were able to set up an appointment the same day. Having been coming here with my kids for many years and i myself being a patient, it's great to see that Dr Sanders new office building is open! Been driving by seeing the progress of the construction and couldn't wait to see it inside. Upon arriving you'll notice that all the parking spots are for the stand alone building, which is great compared to the shared parking spaces from the previous office. The building has a really cool modern look to it on the outside and upon entering as well. The polished concrete floors and exposed beams throughout are beautiful and tie in really nicely to the building. The waiting area is a nice big open floor plan with plenty of USB ports, homework table bar and separate gaming room. The treatment area is very nice as well with bench seating next to each treatment chair. This is definitely one of the nicest and best places to receive treatment in the area. read more

His office is honest, on time, and so VERY compassionate about his patients... he's been seeing our 2 kids for 2 years now (and our kids don't have braces yet), but they are both on track for their orthodontic treatment to be done before high school is over. My son had to have spacers placed but my daughter is on tract to have her braces put on this December (she's 11 and he is 13)... He doesn't rush and he will put you on a financial plan that works for you. I was referred to Dr. Sanders by my son's pediatric dentist. To be honest with you, I was a bit worried. He was really young and already a bit leery of "doctors". But all those anxieties flew out the window once we walked into the office. For starters, when you call to make an appointment, you are greeted by a friendly and courteous individual who makes the process painless and actually enjoyable. They are quick on their toes and find the right appointment to fit hectic schedules. Which leads me to the schedule. Dr. Sanders has late hours. I barely have to miss work and my son doesn't miss school. Sure that first appointment where he got his impressions and had his brackets installed he did, but it wasn't bad at all. The visit was quicker than I had imagined and that was a GREAT thing! Dr. Sanders and team are amazing! There's a reason why they have great reviews. Orthodontist Only...Yep, the Only one for me. As an adult I was forced to wear braces and yes not ideal, but I had to. I did my homework and decided to go with Orthodontist Only. What solidified my decision were the recommendations I received from friends and dentist. So a year ago, I had them put on. Staff: the staff is absolutely remarkable. The staff is extremely courteous, friendly, accommodating, and informative and best of all they all know all of their patients by first name. Dr. Sanders is also amazing. He takes the time to fully explain the treatment before and during. He keeps you up to date with the progress you're making and always makes recommendations to ensure the treatment is working towards optimal results. The doctor is extremely clear and advises you upfront of the pro's and con's of the treatment. Location: great location..on 98 Avenue and Sunset. Parking: ample parking spaces. Office: the office is super cool; they have a separate game room for kids wanting to play with their IPods or with the games they have onsite. The office is equipped with all Apple Products including MAC's. The office is always impeccable and sterile. Everything is done electronically; as soon as you finish your follow up visits, the doctor enters the information onto your file done in front of you and on one of the many MAC's they have onsite. Your file is then uploaded and when you return the doctor has your information at his fingertips (literally). They are also on facebook, which is a great tool to keep patients informative of any changes, updates to the office, stories about orthodontia, and local featured stories (mainly about patients). They also try to engage the patients by having giveaways of IPods and IPads on a monthly basis. After visiting another orthodontist who recommended I removed EIGHT TEETH (including my wisdom) I was desperate for a second opinion. Everyone at Dr. Sander's office is so kind and comforting, from the front desk girls, to Barbie who is in charge of finances, to Dr. Sanders himself. He is always charismatic and makes sure to address any questions or concerns. I actually drive past several ortho's, including the one across the street, to make it to Dr. Sanders. This ortho has to be the best kept secret in town. I have met several parents that actually come from much farther than I do, just to come here. They have an incredible office staff. When I say incredible, I mean it! They seem to love working there, what a pleasure to see that every time I go. I don't know anywhere, other than the Apple Store, that embraces technology more. It's unbelievable, impressive, and a huge time saver. The building has sufficient parking, and is rather central for many. It's far for me....but I go further for good pizza, so I can't complain. They are located in a great building and from the moment I walked in, I was greeted promptly and with a friendly smiling face, I believe her name was Nikki. I informed her it was my first time and she was very helpful explained everything to me. Next out came Barbie (who was very pleasant on the phone the day before my appointment) what a fantastic personality and yet another friendly person. The entire staff is fabulous! Once I went through all the formalites of X-rays and images I met Dr. Sanders. No wonder the staff have a great time and obviously enjoy what they do. I visited this clinic 3 years ago looking to remove rest of resine from a previous orthodontic treatment and they gave me guarantee that they won't touch my enamel ... the result was catastrophic for me , the person who did the work used an abrasive rubber disc and my enamel is gone. The doctor was so unethical that I made the claim and he tried to fixed by giving me back the money that I paid and then I received a letter threatening me with his lawyer. I don't think that any person deserve that kind of aggression for that kind of so called "professional"... And still I will persue a legal action agaisnt this "doctor". read more
