He continues to be my dentist and now he is my husband's dentist. My favorite thing about this office is the customer service. I feel that I am treated like family, and that alone is invaluable. Olga Delgado, the doctor's wife and Office Manager, is such an incredibly sweet person and very accommodating. My hygienist Maria, is super professional and very friendly. As a kid, I've always looked forward to going here because I knew my visit would always end with a surprise trinket from their famous treasure box (I still look forward to my grown up goodies a.k.a floss and dental samples). This gesture alone speaks volumes as to how detail-oriented this lovely boutique dental office is. Growing up in Miami, it is quite challenging to be a loyal customer to any given professional- mainly because of poor character traits, shady or unethical behavior which always displeases me and then I move on. In my perfect world, I'd have the same dentist, Primary care physician, mechanic and hairstylist for the rest of my life. I'm lucky to say that at least I have my forever dentist and will always be a loyal patient. Although most people fear the dentist, I'm proud to say I've never related to this fear because Dr. Delgado (and his team) always made me feel comfortable and at ease. I 100% trust his work. Overall, the Delgado family and their team are honest and kind, these are simple traits that are extremely hard to come by. They offered complimentary amenities! Not basic stuff either First time I've ever had this level of service at a dentist, or any doctor. Erys was my hygienist. He was kind and explained everything to me. You can watch Netflix, Hulu, etc while waiting. You have your own dedicated TV. Dr. Villena saw me and put together a good plan for needed dental work. They have special technology to visualize bacteria attacking the teeth; the tech shows tooth health at each layer. Deering Dental is superior to a typical dental office. Very impressed. Flexible pricing with a discount for paying up front, in full. At the end, they gave me a welcome package. Including great dental products and my choice of a gift card The package is easily worth $50+. They offer this to their new customers. I was supposed to be seen in July. I needed to expedite my dental plan due to a filling from a (good) prior dentist coming out recently. I came in on June 9th for an evaluation. Velma--another hygienist--was thorough and nice. She and Dr. Pinto explained the urgency of my situation. They gave me specialized products to get my oral health back on track. Today, Dr. Pinto and Velma saved my wisdom tooth. The girls were very nice although a little messy in the sense that I had water splashing every which way while the dentist was doing my cleaning. But I didn't mind as I felt that they didn't try to push products or unnecessary procedures on me. Yes, unfortunately, when going through insurance that has been my horrible experiences in the past. Their priorities are financial, not clinical, and certainly not patient‑centered. I reported the incident to my insurance, though I doubt anything will change; the system protects revenue, not patients. If the ADA truly monitors practices like this, they should intervene. Dental cleaning and true dental care should be separate disciplines -- just as a pedicure is not the same as seeing a podiatrist.

You get there and they take your insurance info again before you get your service. Only later do they verify insurance, which means if you're not covered for some reason, they send you a bill. A competent office staff will check coverage before they service you. I guess they don't care because they will just bill you and add service fees. Do they consider that an honest way to make a living? And don't be fooled by their website! Dr. Beddall spent many years building up a good reputation and good reviews, but HE HAS NOT WORKED THERE IN YEARS. He is still listed on their website! Very dishonest.

With my visit I usually wait 15-25 min, sometimes longer when the doctor is behind but it's always worth the wait. Today was different. I went to the glass window and she said in a harsh tone, we have to cancel you, you came at 11:15 and your appt was 11. In reality I pulled in the parking lot at 11:10am but I sign in at 11:15am. She really didn't hear what I said to her, She only said I have to reschedule you in 3 months??? Wow I was very disappointed. I had already waited 6 months for an appointment. I also have two pain in two teeth. She could have ask me to step inside the door and speak with me, instead of screaming in front of everyone. She didn't even give me a courtesy call while I was driving & sitting in traffic to let me know she was going to cancel me. I took the day off from work for the appointment.
