She has significant medical issues, has suffered several falls over the past year, and uses a mobility scooter. She was absolutely terrified of the procedure, especially the possibility of pain. From the moment we walked in, the staff was so welcoming, sweet, and comforting. They made us feel like family. Dr. Kopf was truly exceptional. He immediately knew how to talk to my mom, calm her fears, and make her feel safe. He was incredibly patient and gentle, even helping her into the dental chair, which is no easy task given her mobility issues. He took his time and made sure she was comfortable every step of the way. I stepped out during the procedure, so I don't know exactly what he did, but my mom swears she felt absolutely NO PAIN! She hasn't stopped talking about how kind and gentle he was. And believe me, I love my mom dearly, but she is NOT the easiest patient, so this is really saying something! Her tooth had been aching before the procedure, and I fully expected her to have some pain afterward. But NOTHING! No pain during the procedure, no pain afterward, and no pain the next day. She keeps telling me she doesn't even believe she had a root canal because nothing hurts! Her original toothache is completely gone, and her regular dentist confirmed the following week that everything looked perfect. As a daughter, watching someone treat my mom with such kindness, patience, and compassion meant the world to me. Dr. Kopf didn't just fix her tooth; he took away her fear of the entire experience. One thing I would strongly recommend is that if you need a root canal, see an endodontist who specializes in them. Even if your regular dentist offers to do it in their office, go to a specialist like Dr. Kopf. There is a difference in having someone with that level of specialized training and experience. Whether you're young or old, have medical challenges, or are simply afraid of dental work, I cannot recommend Dr. Jay Kopf enough! We would never go anywhere else. Thank you, Dr. Kopf, and your wonderful staff, for taking such extraordinary care of my mom. She is still talking about you, and that alone says everything! Five stars aren't enough!

Wow. Great service. Fantastic dental care. 5 stars!…read more I first came to Deering Dental in January 2025 for a cleaning. The girls at the front desk--Maria, Jailene, and Keylin are very nice. They offered complimentary amenities! Not basic stuff either First time I've ever had this level of service at a dentist, or any doctor. Erys was my hygienist. He was kind and explained everything to me. You can watch Netflix, Hulu, etc while waiting. You have your own dedicated TV. Dr. Villena saw me and put together a good plan for needed dental work. They have special technology to visualize bacteria attacking the teeth; the tech shows tooth health at each layer. Deering Dental is superior to a typical dental office. Very impressed. Flexible pricing with a discount for paying up front, in full. At the end, they gave me a welcome package. Including great dental products and my choice of a gift card The package is easily worth $50+. They offer this to their new customers. I was supposed to be seen in July. I needed to expedite my dental plan due to a filling from a (good) prior dentist coming out recently. I came in on June 9th for an evaluation. Velma--another hygienist--was thorough and nice. She and Dr. Pinto explained the urgency of my situation. They gave me specialized products to get my oral health back on track. Today, Dr. Pinto and Velma saved my wisdom tooth. They showed me how close I was to needing a root canal. I avoided it. I'm so grateful. The entire staff is great. This is how medicine should be practiced. Thank you Deering Dental!

Let me give you a rundown of what a true A1 experience has been for me…read more.. First, I arrived to the Dr. Marschall's office, and I was very nervous and in a lot of pain. Just like anyone who's reading this review, you could understand what fear of the unknown is when it comes to a toothache (yes, read that again). The receptionist, who is very kind and cheerful, told me that the Doctor has silk hands, and that I would not feel a thing. She explained that Dr. Marschall did a root canal on her a month ago, and that she had such a great experience that she would do it again, eyes closed. Second, the doctor's dental assistant, Ana, who also has hands of silk, calmed me down quite a bit just by her assured and confident demeanor. She did some x-rays, and that usually is very uncomfortable, but it was not because she was so gentle. Third, Dr. Marschall came in, and happily greeted me, performed a full exam, andI identified the tooth needing a root canal. She thoroughly numbed me and assured me that I would not feel one thing. I was nervous, I had a knot in my stomach, but I was very calm because I knew I was in the best of hands. Fourth, Ana put a rubber dam around my tooth and isolated it so that no saliva or germs would go into the cavity of the molar once it was opened. This is usually painful, but I did not feel one thing. Fifth, Dr. Marschall came in, and began to drill the opening in my tooth, and I did not feel one thing. She was very stealthy in how she moved the instruments in my mouth so that I would not feel discomfort or pain. When she finished drilling the tooth open, she started cleaning the canals, and I did not feel anything. Dr. Marschall efficiently completed the root canal; I felt that she was made all efforts possible to not take more time than necessary, knowing that I was nervous. The doctor then sealed all the roots, she took a few x-rays, and everything looked beautiful. I was so happy and so relieved, and I was actually very excited that the whole procedure was over. I would definitely recommend Dr. Marschall to anyone who needs a root canal. Not only is she very sweet, but she is also the queen lioness of root canals.
