I was having pain and the dentist referred to Dr. García. He saw me right away and everyone in the practice is kind, friendly, caring and helpful. The office space is a beautiful, eye catching and soothing environment. Dr. García developed a thorough care plan and follow up regimen to monitor my abscess and progress to adjust care accordingly. His care was phenomenal and he provided a fantastic plan that helped me avoid surgery. The experience was wonderful, care was exceptional and I will refer my friends and family to his office. Thank you Dr. García and staff, you all rock!!! Robert V read more

Dr Garcia saved my two front teeth! I thought I was gonna have to replace them after an accident I had a couple of months ago. His office is amazing! Great location, parking, has surf boards up on the wall, and plays really good music. Excellent staff too. read more

If there was a 6 star option I would happily give it! Thanks to Doctor Garcia and the all team at FDGendo. I was in need of an emergency root canal due to severe and unexpected pain developed over the week-end and they fit me in right away despite being a NEW PATIENT. This is the third root canal I had in my life and it was by far the best experience I ever had! The facility is beautiful and clean. Procedure was performed quickly, with extreme professionalism and outstanding bed-side manners. And most importantly it was absolutely pain free. I highly recommend FDGendo! Grazie: you guys are amazing. read more

The oral surgery performed by doctor Peguero was perfect. Absolute no pain, just some discomfort from the stitches the first evening. Other than that everything was great. I would also like to take the opportunity to thank all the employees, from the front office to the assistants and nurses, that make an extra effort to make you feel welcome and week taken care of. Dr. Garcia is amazing! My experience is always painless and smooth. His gentle nature and singing while I was in the patient seat definitely made for a soothing experience. read more

Dr. Oscar Peguero was my endodontist and I was very pleased and impressed by his knowledge and work. I have hopped between many dentists in my life and he is definitely well-trained and experienced in endodontics. I had a severe flare-up in one of my deep fillings one morning and called up this office and they got me in for a root canal first thing in the morning. The entire staff is very cohesive but I mostly write this review for Dr. Peguero and would recommend his work to anybody. They were honest, fast, and pain-free and I currently have no pain at all anymore thanks to him. read more

Dr. Peguero and his staff were amazing. I had 0 pain both my visits for a retreat of a root canal done very poorly by someone else. They make you feel very comfortable and are very caring. I would highly recommend this office! Another exceptional visit yesterday, thank you all! Wonderful staff and Dr. Peguero is the best read more

The doctor is clearly incompetent and careless. It's remarkable that someone like this would choose to become a medical care provider. I would avoid this place at all costs. Incompetent and careless. Not exactly a winning formula. Just an update since the doctor decided to chime in. I was not going to make this information public but here goes... After my procedure I had constant discomfort so I went back to the doctor and he "fixed" the issue. Not knowing any better I happily went along my business. The discomfort continued and intensified over the next two weeks. After realizing something must have been wrong I decided to go to another doctor to have things checked. Apparently, things were not well. The sloppy work done by the doctor had caused a serious infection to spread and long story short the tooth he operated on and the adjacent tooth had become so infected that they had to be removed or I would have risked much more damage. Now I am in the process of getting those teeth replaced with implants because of the poor job done by this doctor. read more

Amazing experience! I never thought I would use these words to describe a visit to a dental office... lol But FDG Endo is a great practice. All employees working there clearly take pride in the work they do. The front desk staff, dental assistants and dr. Peguero were very nice and friendly. I was a nervous wreck when I arrived to the office due to my previous bad experience with another Endo dental practice, and they went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. The place is sparkling clean, and all of the equipment is top notch. Both the doctor and his assistant took time to answer all my questions and explain what they were doing. The procedure was pain free! I only felt a slight pressure. Dr Peguero and his assistant are a very efficient team. Highly recommended! read more

I have had 2 root canals at FDG Endo over the past 12-months; one by Dr Garcia and today by Dr Peguero. Fantastic office from the front desk, to the dental assistants to the doctors themselves. Everything is state of the art in terms of their equipment. Both Dr Garcia and Dr Peguero have fantastic chair side manner - taking time to explain the procedure, allow you to ask questions and make sure you are comfortable. A root canal is never a truly pleasant experience in total but my two experiences at FDG Endo were definitely as professional and pleasant as a root canal can be! read more

I just had a root canal and I'm actually smiling. This is coming from a gal who legitimately has a HUGE fear of any dental work- even cleanings. Dr. Garcia was amazing. He's down to earth, a pro at his work and totally eased my anxiety. Also- the staff members were super friendly and it was just an overall nice vibe in the office. read more

My first root canal was done by Dr. Faustino Garcia and I have to say I'm extremely impressed and satisfied. I went in there this morning a little worried, as people typically are when needing a root canal done for the first time. It was quick and painless. Dr. Garcia fully explains and walks you through the entire procedure. Throughout the procedure he made sure I was comfortable and in no pain. Great bedside manner! I would definitely refer him without any doubts! read more

Can a root canal be categorized as - AMAZING? Yes, it can be. Chances are 98% of the root canals performed would not reach 5 stars...but if you want to be part of the 2% receiving excellent service, this is the place to go. I do not frequent the dentist, hence why I needed an emergency root canal. The thought alone of this procedure made me cringe. However, I walked in after being sent over by my dentist. The office had 20 min. notice of my arrival. No wait, no hassle, no fuss. After arriving my first thought was- wow this place is NICE! Very clean, very modern and very high tech. I arrived in pain and I left PAINLESS! I have not experienced any pain since the procedure 4 weeks ago. The procedure was explained in a simple format AND the doctor, Oscar Peguero, knew exactly what he was doing. I must say I went to another endodontist office before having the procedure done here and I DIDNOT entrust the other office with this surgery. It is quite complicated and an expert is needed. Part of my hesitation for having the surgery performed, was reading online reviews of other root canals! The doctor even followed up a few days after the procedure to check on the progress!! They also answered my inquiries by text! Talk about 5 star service. More importantly, I honestly feel the procedure was top notch! I hope to never have to return for another root canal..trust me. But at least I know now where to go...or where you should go. read more

I went in as an Emergency with a back lower molar that was killing me. It Happened a few months ago when I bit down on a bacon bit and felt a sharp pain. Which I let it go until it got to the point that I couldn't even drink cold water or chew on that side. I didn't go to the dentist because I am embarrassed to say that I am a Dentist and the only reason I didn't take care of the tooth earlier was because I didn't have the time. And I knew what was happening and what I would need. And since Dr Garcia is on the top of the list of Endodontist I refer my patients to. From the day that I met him you can tell he had such a passion for his work and such a great demeanor with the patients that made having a root canal easy and painless. So that is why I went to see him and as I described he is all that and more. Thank you Dr Garcia for taking the time to save my tooth. You are the Best!!! read more

Couldn't ask for a better experience. Very relaxed yet professional environment. I will definitely recommend Dr. Garcia to my friends and family. read more

This is my fourth visit/procedure with Dr. Garcia! COVID stress has caused various issues, which no dentist but Dr. Garcia has been able to identify. He's simply a ROCK STAR! He and his team are phenomenal, Catherine, Yoshi, Yenma, Ileana and Alexa. I've rarely met people that excel at their craft and love what they do, as do Dr. Garcia and his team. The office's COVID protocol is unparalleled. Dr. Garcia makes root canals feel like a walk in the park among friends. His assistants are professional, caring and dedicated. The best Endodontics team in Miami! Simply EXCEPTIONAL! read more

First ever root canal and let me tell you, if I'm the right hands it is a breeze. From the front staff to the endos themselves, supreme attention to detail, experts in action and the all important "human" touch. Don't think twice about going anywhere else, this place is legit and absolutely the best. read more

This practice is amazing. I've seen both of the main doctors. They got me in fast, they explained everything and texted over the weekend to check on me. That old cartoon or 70s sitcom dread about a root canal -- forget it. This was no more than a slightly longer fixing of a filling. Both times, 24 hours later, swelling was done, pain gone -- felt like new. The second time, I was in agony. My regular dentist blew it and ignored me earlier that week and set me up for an appointment weeks later. I had to show up at that office, after 2 nights of lost sleep and agony -- they sent me to nearby FDG Endo. I was worked in super quickly, then taken even earlier as an emergency. Yes, the procedure is not cheap, but do you want to pinch pennies when it's your health (and avoidance of great pain). The receptionists are great. The office manager told me my insurance estimate before I left the initial exam. She phoned me to give the exact figure, within an hour of leaving the office. The office itself has a hip, surfer artsy look in the waiting room and super clean, high design area in the surgical/dental mini suites. Dr. Garcia and Dr. Peguero are super friendly and great to talk to -- both about any concerns with the procedure, length of time, after care, etc. -- and just talking about Miami and fun stuff (while we wait for the pain killer to take hold before the actual work). The dental assistants are pleasant, skilled and comforting. I hope I'm not leaving anything out -- because every thing I have to share is 10 on a scale of 1 to 10 high ranging. Where do you get that in Miami? I wish they could go into the general medical practice, body shop, auto mechanic, roofer, HVAC, handyman, general contractor, car dealer and every other service in Miami. They would instantly be better than most of the goofballs in those fields! read more

Dr Garcia and his staff are amazing. A root canal is not something you look forward to right before the holidays. Dr Garcia explained the procedure prior to treatment and eased all my fears. I left the office without any pain. The entire team is professional and works in unison to make sure the patient is at ease and well taken care of. Highly highly recommended for any procedure. read more

Edit: Dr. Garcia reached out to me personally, addressed the issue and refunded the charge. He was very sincere in his apology on behalf of his practice and wanted to make it clear that he meant to rectify the mistake. All in all, I appreciate the owner taking the effort to mention the review to his staff and taking ownership despite him not having been the doctor I visited during my appointment. read more

I am so glad I drove 15 miles through crazy Kendall traffic to go see Dr. Peguero for my root canal! I was scared and nervous but after talking with Dr. Peguero I felt so much better because he explained everything so clearly with knowledge and confidence! The ladies at the front desk and his assistant were also very nice. I even enjoyed a couple of laughs with them. And that's not all... the office is on the Penthouse floor of the building with a spectacular view of Kendall right from your seat! If you need to see an endodontist, go see Dr. Peguero you can thank me later :) read more

I called the office one afternoon begging for an appointment as I was referred to him for a root canal. They were able to see me the next day. Dr. Garcia is amazing. He even serenades you as he works on you and his staff sets the standards for others. They treat you as if they had known you forever and do all in their power to make you feel comfortable. They even offered me a blanket. If you are ever in need of an endodontist, don't hesitate in reaching out to this practice. Their building is easy to get to and parking is easy. Thanks to FDG Endo for giving me much needed relief! read more

Had two root canals treated. A total of three visits. Professional service and pleasant atmosphere.

Nobody likes going to the dentist, but this office and Dr. P are wonderful. The experience was a breeze. Thank you!

Just recently had a root canal with Dr. Faustino Garcia. I highly recommend this Endodontist and his facility. The office is clean and it's a very peaceful and relaxed environment. I didn't feel pain during or after the procedure which was amazing! His staff is kind, courteous and professional. If you need a root canal don't hesitate to go see the FDG Endo group. read more

I have never had a root canal before till today and I must say that I agree with all the great reviews I have read. Everyone in the office is super nice and professional. First of all I wanted to say thanks to Dr. Peguero for consultation! He patiently listened to me and expressed their point of view. I really appreciated! In the beginning I came to see dr. Garcia but they gave me another doctor instead Garcia and even didn't tell me! Only when I left the office I realized that my pills were prescribed by another doctor. Next day when I called them back to ask about appointment with Dr. Garcia ( my dentist sent me to him) the lady on reception told me that yesterday I spent 2 hours on a consultation with dr. Peguero already and that dr. Garcia has no time for me and plus because I am not his patient! I was really shocked this kind of service! Why the lady at the reception can talk to patients like this? It looks if i was there already I cannot come again and to see another one? I needed just another opinion I paid already for previous consultation with Dr. Peguero and I would pay for the second one! What's problem? Who is the boss there this lady at the reception? Good luck guys! Don't want to go back. read more

I could not recommend a doctor's office more highly. I was referred to Dr. Peguedo for my first root canal. I admit I was a little nervous going into it because I always hear phrases like "this is worse than a root canal." I was greeted by very friendly staff in a clean, modern environment. Dr. Peguedo was terrific and his bedside manner should be modeled by all upcoming doctors. Using an x-ray he first showed me what was going on in my tooth and gum area and explained what he planned to do as part of the procedure. At no time did I ever feel rushed or a sense that he needed to get to his next patient. He walked me through every step of the process as he performed the root canal, checking frequently to ensure I was comfortable. I DID NOT FEEL A THING FROM START TO FINISH! I've had zero pain since the procedure. Dr. Peguedo (not a staff member) called me personally two days later to check in and make sure I wasn't feeling any discomfort. Ileana at the front desk did a wonderful job explaining my insurance to me and helping me maximize coverage. In short, you could not ask for more from a medical experience. I would recommend Dr. Peguedo and his team in a heartbeat! read more

Dr. Pequero and staff were excellent. They were all very accommodating and truly concerned for my comfort. I would highly recommend them!!!

The emergency room doctor of dentistry.... your friendly neighborhood Endodontist. I worked myself up into a frenzy knowing that I needed a root canal... oh the dreaded root canal. We have all heard the stories which fueled my anxiety. Long story short, this was THE BEST EXPERIENCE I have ever had at the dentist. From the moment I sat in the chair, Gisella (Dr. G's assistant) made me feel so comfortable. Dr. G was and is beyond amazing. The two of them worked like a well oiled machine. It was amazing to watch the dynamic between them, a well choreographed dance that changed my entire perception about root canals. Thank you FDGendo for this pain free experience you guys are the best there is in MIAMI!!!! read more

Treated me like family! Came in to see Dr. Peguero because I had pain near a childhood root canal. I was sure that I would need it redone but after an extensive check Dr. Peguero recommended we hold off. I'm glad we did as he was right about the pain not being tooth related. I would highly recommend FDG Endo; these guys will take care of you! read more

i cannot wait until my next root canal!!! dr. peguero was THE kindest, most patient, gentle human being i have ever met. he explained everything in detail, so i could understand what would occur. he warned me when he thought i might feel pain. and he really took the time to get to know what was happening and made sure to double check the diagnoses with xrays and other tests. AND he cared enough to get to know me a little. i trusted him immediately and value every second he spent making sure i was ok. later that day, dr. peguero called to make sure i was doing better. then again the following morning. who does that? really, a spectacular doctor and person! the entire staff was exactly the same: wonderful, happy and warm. i cannot recommend him, this practice enough! read more

I had a root canal procedure that was a real challenge. Dr. Garcia more than rose to the occasion and was able to get the job done! I would highly recommend him to my friends and family. Besides his expertise, he's a really nice guy and will even sing to you while he's working! The whole office is exceptionally nice and friendly. Root canal is not fun, but if it's necessary, this is the place to go. read more

I've visited Dr. Garcia's office two times in the last two weeks. From he moment I first called Ileana to set up a consultation appointment until today when the treatment was actually finished, everybody at that office was extremely polite and courteous. During the first visit the doctor sat down with me and my CT scan in a computer to explain my treatment options and what he recommneded. He made sure I understood and addressed all my questions and concerns. I needed a retreatment of a previous RCT treatment and it took him two long visits to get it done as the canals were very calcified and difficult to find. He did not give up, even Gisela, his dental assistant made a comment to that effect. My tooth has a guarded prognosis and he asked to see me in three months, but even if I have to get that tooth extracted in the future, I have no doubts that he tried his best. That's what's all about: doing the best you can and doing it consistently. To that, add his happy, very easy going personality. He hums and signs all the time! It gives the impression that he is having fun while he works, that he really loves what he does! He will for sure be getting referrals from me! What a pleasure to get Endo treatment done in such a place! read more
