Came here today for my first ever cleaning in years and I have to say it was truly the most comfortable I've ever been in a dentists office. The dentist was happy and cheerful as well as informative towards my specific issues and concerns. Their website was well done and very informative for me when I was doing more research on them, I especially love how they're a local business thats been open since before the pandemic and still go above and beyond for their patients. I was referenced by a close friend who is their regular customer and I was told I wouldn't regret my decision (which I truly didnt). I will be doing my future cleaning and/or extractions with them from now on and will refer them whenever possible. He speaks both English and Spanish so there's no communication issues. His team is fantastic and I talk to them like how I would with friends. They crack jokes and make you feel relaxed to be there. It's been years since I've been to a dentist because of past experiences in other places. The office is super clean, the staff is ready to answer any questions you have, and was even told what pharmacy to go to to save money and get a prescription for free. HIDDEN GEM! Dr. Camejo is an up and coming, hardworking professional. I recently visited his office to repair a cracked tooth that was giving me a lot of discomfort. I was recommended to his office by a friend who spoke very highly of him and how he was very different from the "older" dentist in the area. He has a very tranquil and modern set up; for example, I watched Netflix while I waited for x-ray results and while he and his assistant worked on my tooth. Dr. Camejo also educated me on all the alternatives using state of the art equipment and provided his honest opinion on why he believed a crown to be the best option. I agreed. The crown looks great now and I am very happy with the results and attention that I received for a very reasonable price. His staff was kind, professional, and very attentive to my pain and needs. Recently, I began to suspect questionable procedures from our dentist. We sought a 2nd opinion with Dr. Joaquin Camejo (Tea Tree Dental). In our appointment, Dr. Camejo was out, but his associate, Dr. Aldo Segui took care of us. The doctor & his staff were excellent. The doctor took his time before he started any procedures & he explained everything to my wife & I, including its cost, if not covered by our insurance. Procedures our previous dentist had stated weren't covered by our insurance were untrue. Dr. Segui & the staff were able to obtain approval. Dr. Segui performed the procedures for my wife & I. We were very pleased with his skills. When 1 of my temporary crowns broke, I was able to get an appointment for the next day to correct it. When I arrived, Dr. Segui was out & Dr. Joaquin Camejo replaced the temporary crown. Dr. Camejo is also a superb dentist. Dr. Jack is probably the best-humored dentist I've had and, though no practitioner is perfect, Dr. Jack and his staff truly make the effort to make their clientele feel comfortable and well cared for (e.g. my lips get chapped really easily and while I was doing a corrective procedure they even put some vaseline on my lips to prevent bleeding). If you're worried about pricing due to lack of dental insurance or otherwise, TTD is flexible and accommodating. Dr. Jack really strives to provide the best care for his patients and their long-term dental hygiene. One of my main concerns was correcting a filling by replacing it with a crown and even though we've yet done the procedure I'm confident that Dr. Jack will do a great job, both aesthetically and in terms of durability. So glad I found Tea Tree Dental when I did! I came here looking for a second opinion and I could not be happier with the the customer service I received. I was told by the dentist I usually go to that I would need a root canal to clear up an infection, but I didn't feel that I was given a good price, or that I was being given all pertinent information for the treatment process. I explained this to Dr. Camejo and he did an amazing job answering all of my questions. On top of that, the price I was given for the procedure was less than half of what I was being given at my usual dentist office. Long story short, I came in looking for a second opinion and left with my root canal done by Dr. Camejo. All within two hours. I must start by saying that I haven't visited the dentist in about 5 years due to the bad experiences I've had with them in the past, with that being said this past visit has truly changed my outlook on that completely. I am writing this review for all the skeptical individuals that hate to have any type of dental procedure done. I went to Dr. Camejo's office, also know as Doctor Jack, not knowing what to expect... What can I say but ,,, AMAZING!!!.. I went to have EXTRACTIONS done, not one but multiple teeth and molars and I can truly say I felt no pain during the procedure. Dr. Camejo tells you what he is doing step by step in a calm and soothing tone. He finished all the extraction in 30 minutes. Unbelievable. I am the type of person that starts panicking at the sight of the syringe, the one used to put your mouth to sleep, well let me say.. Dr. Camejo's technique is one of a kind. Followed a yelp review to this great place, and it was worth it! I had to leave my dentist because he was no longer in my plan and ended up at somewhere that closed. This place reminded me of my old dentist office, great, friendly staff and the dentist is very thorough and answers all of your questions.
