Yes, I would. She's the most wonderful doctor I have ever had. She is so caring and loving concerning and she's the best.

Dr. Tran - Hard Skills…read moreSeemed knowledgeable and did everything I thought a doctor should do. Appeared to take a scientific, evidence based approach. Listened to my description of the issue, inspected by sight and touch, told me potential causes, prescribed an x-ray in order to gather more information and narrow the potential causes, prescribed medication to help with pain/inflammation, discussed next steps and long-term steps, discussed rehab/strengthening options. Soft Skills Great communication and explanation. Was patient with me and took time to answer my questions and make sure I understood. Nice, courteous, and respectful. Office - Staff was nice, helpful, and organized. There were some data entry issues with misspelling my name, email, etc. but it was cleared up. My recommendation is to push patients to the online system and have the patient enter their information, this could be beforehand or while in the office. Facility - I believe this was building 2. There was plenty of parking in front and the facility was nice. Wait Time I was moved to the back room on time. It took a little while to see the Dr, but that is normal for most Dr's. I'm sure I caused the Dr to run behind schedule for their next patient so I can't fault the Dr. Plus do you really want a Dr that rushes from patient to patient just to be timely? I don't. I would rather a Dr give quality time and service with each patient even if that means I have to wait a bit. I can always stream a movie on my phone while I wait. Billing - So far so good. No issues.

He is a wonderful doctor but I was 8 minutes late for my appointment and it was going to take 2…read morehours to work me in to see him. The rules are not flexible and seem very rigid. It's a shame because he is a good doctor. So that was my original review I need to revise because of an incident that happened at the office when I expressed my displeasure at having to wait for 2 hours. I let the office know I wanted my money back and I would be reviewing on yelp so others will get a realistic picture of the doctors policies. The office manager ran out from behind the glass and let me know I would be getting a refund and my appointment was cancelled. She then said very loudly in the lobby that my husband was on probation for missing to many appointments. Another odd policy they will fire you if you miss to many appointments. ( he has epilepsy and has seizures it makes it hard to predict when he will miss an appointment)He actually had an appointment the same day at 2:40 but it was cancelled by the Doc office after the office manger stormed us in the waiting room. He has been seeing this Physician for 8 years so he is very disappointed that he can no longer go but we are very fearful of what type of retaliation we might face from this office manager. I am scared of her and I am afraid of the control she has over my medical information. When I expressed my concern that I was really sick and needed to see the doctor because I work in a crowded office and I want to make sure I am not contagious she advised me to go to the ER! So it is best to stay away from this office not because of the physician but because of his abusive office manager. I do not want anyone else to suffer like I now.

"The Forgotten Patient" Worse hospital ever for the "I…read moreforgot you were here" people. Not just one time but for over five-six hours. I begged all that time "Can I please have some water?" I had the IV line (two the first sticks one "blew" a vein, blood was just pouring) inserted but no IV fluids bag installed. My veins were collapsing because I was DEHYDRATED! Never got fluids of any kind the entire time. I came in by ambulance and had an immediate CAT scan but the dye or contrast didn't go in my veins but collected at the puncture site causing a massive painful red/purple/blue lump. The size of a lemon. The nurse grabbed some sticky bandage as tight as possible but that caused the lump to break into THREE huge painful lumps and my entire arm swelled. After hours and hours I realized if I wanted the basic needs of human being food and water, even sleep I needed to go home this was basic care which I couldn't get at this hospital. If something was wrong I figured 5-6 hours after one test was long enough or, unless they were truly cruel just did not care. That was so hard to believe so I must be fine. Definitely forgotten! I asked before I left if they would call with the CAT scan results "Absolutely!" Never got that call either! What did I get from Richardson Methodist? Massive bruising from blown veins, missed veins, vein, blowout contrast lumps, other arm collapsed veins (could I be DEHYDRATED! hint!) and extreme depression knowing I'm not worth their time. More tortuous than helpful. No fluids, diagnosis, recommendations, doctor, test result, medications, bloodwork (can you be charged for an IV if they never attached the IV fluid bag?) no physical exam of any kind, nothing. Going to a hospital like this when you're alone is like going to court without a lawyer! No-one to help and stand up for you and you end up being a "forgotten patient" Interesting fact, this is becoming a "phenomenon" in the medical world, coming in alone by ambulance, put in a room, might've been seen and had a test, then forgotten! I was shocked. That's what happened to me!! "Forgotten patient" is real! Even when it's a very slow time it still happens. Like "hot car" baby death, parents just forget they're there. So I guess make sure you're never alone! "Forgotten Patient" is real and it is terrible.
