I completely understand having policies regarding missed appointments, but there should also be a reasonable path for established patients to regain normal scheduling privileges, especially after several months. A policy that prevents a patient from scheduling ahead while offering no guarantee of same-day availability makes it extremely difficult to access care. After being a patient here for years, it's disappointing that I'm now considering finding another provider simply because I cannot reliably get an appointment when I need medical care.
