Dr. seemed wonderful and came highly recommended by our GP. This review is due to his staff. Kim and Jodi. Highly incompetent, and unwilling to do their jobs is bad enough. But, completely rude, and hostile is another. I feel so sorry for this doctor. These women are on some kind of power trip. I deal with doctors offices weekly for parents and children, and have never had any treat patients this way. I thought I was going crazy, but then found a similar complaint on Yelp about these women, written back in January. I wish that post was here as well, so we could have been warned. Stay away, unless you want your full time job to be making phone calls back and forth to straighten out the messes they constantly make. Including scheduling surgery dates that you have not even approved. Just to name one And getting you to do their job for them so they can sit and talk about you -= yes, they called me, and I have a recording of them talking about me when they didn't know my machine had picked it up!! I called today to tell them that we had found another surgeon. I couldn't imagine going through 2 surgeries and dealing with these women any more. BUT, before I had a chance to tell them, Jodi jumped down my throat and said she was canceling all our appointments because she called for 3 days and I didn't call her back. I wasn't going to tell her it was partly due to us looking for another surgeon. I felt that my parents being in the hospital in Austin would be enough of a reason for her.. (I had informed her of my situation a week ago). But, before I could, she started yelling at me. We have been put through the ringer with her and Kim for weeks. We were so angry after each call, but continued to be nice, as we planned to have surgery done with these people, and didn't want to have issues on top of the stress already involved with having surgery. I hope Dr. Diliberti will find new staff before his practice is affected even more negatively than it already is. read more
