The latest: I called to confirm that I had correct log on info, correct URL, etc. BUT EVERYTIME I CLICK TO GET A SMS OR CALL TO OBTAIN A CONFIRM CODE TO ENTER THE SITE, NOTHING HAPPENS.) Phone wait times - often over 10 minutes. They seem to be in a constant state of confusion and turmoil over communication issues. If I was informed prior to the day before my appointment that I needed to fill out the paperwork by 5 pm then that would have been different. But whoever was texting me was rude, unprofessional, and disgusting. I confirmed that I was attending my appointment prior to 5pm and planned on doing my paperwork once I got home. I will be looking for care elsewhere.

The office ambiance is great from decor to music. It's calming because doctor visits can be nerve wracking.
