The latest: I called to confirm that I had correct log on info, correct URL, etc. BUT EVERYTIME I CLICK TO GET A SMS OR CALL TO OBTAIN A CONFIRM CODE TO ENTER THE SITE, NOTHING HAPPENS.) Phone wait times - often over 10 minutes. They seem to be in a constant state of confusion and turmoil over communication issues. Of course I wasn't able to complete the paperwork by 5pm the day before my appointment due to work, picking up my child, and needing to get home at a decent time in traffic. If I was informed prior to the day before my appointment that I needed to fill out the paperwork by 5 pm then that would have been different. But whoever was texting me was rude, unprofessional, and disgusting. I confirmed that I was attending my appointment prior to 5pm and planned on doing my paperwork once I got home. I will be looking for care elsewhere.

The office ambiance is great from decor to music. It's calming because doctor visits can be nerve wracking. Dr. Cudjoe is thorough, makes sure you understand her explanations / plan of treatment, knowledgeable, proactive and has great bedside manner.
