She's custom designed 3 pieces for me now, the most recent being a a large multi session piece on my arm that was a rework of an old tattoo that was busted. Now we're planning the other arm! She also did a basketball for me and it's perfectly circular!!!!!Galadriel is a great artist and I admire her creativity and ability to work with what you want. The shop is a cool place to be. It's clean and decorated well. (The bathroom is so cute.) While maintaining professionalism and a high level of knowledge the camaraderie between artists is evident and the shop owner Ken is a cool dude. It really seems like everyone works hard and likes to tat! I am so glad I found this place! Also, shout out again to Galadriel who besides being ridiculously talented is also one of my favorite people ever! Keep serving up awesome y'all!

I chose Istari on the suggestion of a friend. Jonathan did a great job of making my family feel…read morecomfortable as we prepared to get inked together. I was so worried as a first timer. His work was impeccable and he has a nice touch. I was comfortable as he worked on my tattoo. The dragonfly he created was far more artistic than the example we provided him. We did ask him to give it a feminine flair, which he did and then some! My family members and I are delighted with his work. Additionally, we were impressed with how clean the shop is and well kept at that. It was comfortable and the music kept my mind off of being tattooed. The location is convenient in the heart of downtown.

The shop is clean and decorated nicely. The manager, Maya, is an absolute joy and is very helpful. I'll never go anywhere else.

Walked in and got my tattoo re-hit and outlined. BOO BOO stepped right up and handle the situation…read more Got me in the chair within a few minutes.. I couldn't handle getting it all done at once just like the first time I had the outline done and then a few months later I got the scorpion filled in. So as of right now, the outline is so sharp. It looks great. Don't even feel like I need to get it filled in. Once I get back from my trip in a couple weeks, I'll revisit getting it filled in. So far I'm very happy. place is chill and felt comfortable.

This was not told to me before beginning service otherwise I would have left because I didn't have cash on me. After he told me this I explained that I did not have any cash on me he was just staring at me with no solution. After a slow conversation because he was clearly high we came to a solution of Cash App which is not something I had downloaded. I downloaded the app just to send him money at the end of the service the piercer and owner expressed no apologies for the extreme inconvenience and for the lack of professionalism. Terrible service provided and a huge lack of professionalism from both the piercer and owner.

Within a week and a rough draft I had scheduled my tattoo that weekend. After some minor tweaks on the design I was happy with the final product, it only took 2 hours for him to finish this piece. I'm looking forward to adding more elements around it to complete what I had in mind. Other than that, the place is clean and very professionally established. There's ample parking on the front and left side of the building. Depending on availability would determine if you can do a walk in for a consultation. I recommend calling ahead to set a consultation appointment though.

He coached me through size and placement and came up with one that I thought was perfect even though we did without the tail and the ashes below it. After the tattoo she took a picture and gave me aftercare instruction as well as her business card. The price was very reasonable. I would recommend this location and I'll probably be back to touch up an older tattoo I have. Just a tip, you might want to call ahead and see if the artist accepts cash only or cash and credit. She only accepted cash, it wasn't a big deal as I was planning to pay cash either way but you might be better safe than sorry.
