I've been to Broken Clover multiple times in the past to get my ears pierced and all of them have…read morebeen wonderful experiences. I had no issues whatsoever so, I then decided to get my chest pierced because, why not? I went with Shawna, and right after the procedure, I noticed that she pierced me way too deep. I told her that it didn't look right and she checked and said that it was completely normal, that it was just swelling and it'll go down after a week. Unfortunately, it was not pierced correctly at all, and I ended up going back again to get a refund three days later. Shawna was there and when she saw me, I could tell that she knew she messed up but didn't want to admit it. I got one of my piercings removed and I was offered a free re-pierce with a different person, and I took it because I've been to this place multiple times now and again, no real issues until that moment. The second time I got it pierced was by Leo, and like the first time, it was not pierced correctly at all. My bar was literally diagonal, down to the base. I ended up taking them off about four months later because they were causing me a lot of issues and there were some signs of rejection. It was a really disappointing experience, this happened a year ago but I wanted to write a review to warn people about what might happen since there's not a lot of feedback on their work with body piercings. If you want to get ears pierced, then yes go to this place, but from my experience, I would do more research on other places for more extreme types.
