Amazing experience at Enchanted Dragon Tattoo in Tucson! Grimm was our artist and he went above and beyond. He not only tattooed me but also my daughter, and the entire experience was truly next level. Grimm was extremely professional, creative, friendly, and supportive throughout the whole process. He took the time to listen to our ideas, helped refine the designs, and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. His attention to detail and artistic talent really show in the final work. One thing I really appreciated is how skilled he is at working with dark skin tones. It's great to find an artist who truly understands how to make designs stand out and look amazing on darker skin. That level of knowledge and care makes a huge difference. Both of our tattoos came out even better than we imagined. If you're looking for an artist who genuinely cares about his clients and takes pride in his craft, I highly recommend Grimm at Enchanted Dragon Tattoo. read more

Iv had two piercings done here. A tragic aboit 2 years ago, it was great However last week I went for a single ear piercings. I asked the price and she said $30. I tipped $5 , total $35. She debited my card with out knowledge for $65. I called up after looking at my bank account, she said I gave her $30 tip. Now iv never tipped $30 to anyone. And I never signed no slip for $65. They rectified it by giving me a piece of jewellery. Be sure to check the amounts that is taken out your account. This was not a mistake. read more

I walked into this shop looking to get tattoo lettering done and asked for help trying to match a font that I already have tattooed on my opposite wrist. The artist refused to help find and match the font, and told me to look online and come back. Meanwhile, the female employee sitting on the couch threw a fit, saying "What the fuck?!" when I said I wasn't interested and told them that a good artist would help me find something I was happy with and that would work. EXTREMELY unprofessional shop. I would not recommend getting work done here at all read more

I am an elderly person. I often encounter people who treat me like my age, and not my brain.I knew exactly what I wanted. No hassle over price. There is nothing artistic about this tattoo. Looks like an amateur did it. It was his job to suggest what would make this tattoo look great. His tattoo's were fantastic. His uncle did them. Sorry he was not available. I am going to a top rated shop to repair this amateurish design. I could have chosen not to pay, and let him figure out how to collect. I choose the power of words. I have other tattoos. You can not see them. Hidden by choice. The ironic thing is that I got a tattoo at this shop 25 years ago. Things ain't what they used to be!!! read more

Ive been here both times for my piercings! First time was a bit scary but it was when the 16g was standard for piercing and it def was a pain to clean. I just went back yesterday to get my other side of my nostril done and it was sooo great. I was advised and properly told all the after care and my styling choices. The vibe in here has always been so mellow and chillax which i love cuz i get scared at other shops. Best place hands down I always recommend them! read more

Sometimes you promise you only child for their birthday they can get their ears pierced and you make an appointment and you drive all the way there and the idiots aren't there. That's when in life you have an ear piercing emergency and thank god for enchanted dragon being open late and having cool people with a steady hand ready to give your daughter two perfectly pierced ears for her 18th birthday. Don't go anywhere else folks; you might be tempted to make an appointment; but guess what Enchanted Dragon doesn't make appointments; just go there and get the piercing you always wanted or promised to give. I was so grateful not only were they open after 9pm the piercings were perfect. Enchanted Dragon is the place Tucson Trusts; that's why they are still here. read more

I, along with two gal pals decided to get our noses pierced. We had been thinking about it for a bit and decided 'carpe diem!' one Saturday. Initially we had looked at another very specific place in town that did only piercing but they were booked out for a number of weeks and had limited hours. I had visited Enchanted Dragon prior getting a couple of tattoos at their sister shop Modern Art, and knew they had a strong piercing following/area. First come, first serve it was. We arrived and had to wait roughly 45 minutes on a Saturday afternoon. I got the sense it was a standard busy time for them so you may want to call and find out when their slower times are if you are crunched for time. Once it was our turn though, we were treated like VIP's by Abstract. This guy takes his craft very seriously, along with full blown sterilization which is HUGE right? He was incredibly informative from start to finish, sweet as a sno-cone on a hot summer Tucson day and really took fantastic care of us. He gave us his IG information and encouraged us to reach out if we had any issues or questions. The bonus is knowing once healed, we can come back for $5 and he would switch out our starter jewel for our permanent. read more

Do not get piercings here! I got my helix pierced over the weekend by a girl named Julz. She showed me options on what I could pick from and I chose the earring I wanted not knowing that the back of the earring would be a stand earring with a butterfly backing and not a flat back. After she pierces me I go home and notice that the backing is a standard earring meaning she pierced me with a 20 gauge needle and not the standard 18 or 16 gauge that you would typically get for a helix. I called the shop back and explained to them they said that there was nothing they could do to change it as they didn't have flat backs in a 20 gauge. I called multiple other piercing places to get a second opinion and they all said that Enchanted Dragon was wrong for using that gauge and allowing that type of jewelry to be put in as it causes easy infections and makes it harder for the piercing to heal. read more

First off, this is a great place! I have to shout out to Hector though! He is one of the most respectful piercers I've ever met. I constantly send friends to him and even strangers who ask about where to get piercings done. I will always tell them to go to Hector. I personally have had piercings done by him and I have had family go to him. If you want a professional who will tell you the truth about if a piercings will look good or not, he will tell you. You want someone who is going to talk you through the process, be respectful the whole time, and make you laugh with his humor, Hector is your guy! Also huge Shout out to Nick! He did an amazing job on my tattoo. I get compliments all the time on it! This is the guy to go to if you want quality work done for a tattoo. The price is worth it! Nick has done 2 tattoos for me. The first one was my first tattoo that Nick did and then the cover up he did for me(DONT GET MATCHING TATTOOS!) Great cover up though! read more

I went to get a daith piercing. I'd had many friends recommend one for my migraines. I had my tattoo done by Enchanted Dragon and thought they were a clean and professional place with friendly staff so I immediately thought of them. I went on a Saturday as a walk in without a lot of optimism, but they told me I could get one with only a short wait. I walked to the 7-11 for cash as their card machine was down due to the weather, and by the time I was back I was up! Abstract did my piercing and he was AWESOME. He explained everything about the process and helped decide which side to do the piercing on. After he explained proper treatment when I do get a headache, even throwing in some deep breathing and supplemental pressure point techniques. He is an asset to that place. The procedure was pretty painless and quick. I'd highly recommend Abstract if you want a piercing. read more

So I'm from Florida and I was calling to find piercing shops as my mom was going to get me one as an early Christmas present. When I called they said it's 1 for 35 or 2 for 60. My mom offered to buy two to get the deal. As I go in I tell them I'm debating on multiple piercings and I decided on the forward helix and the daith piercing. I also tell them that I am from out of town and am going to be on a plane tomorrow and wanted to make sure they would not impede too much on my travels. I get them done and all seems well. They tell me the price is 70 and they only take cash. Which would have been nice to tell me at the beginning as I did not have that kinda cash on me. Some guy helps me out by letting me cashapp him the 70 and then he paid the piercer in cash. When I go to clean the piercings later I notice that th jewelry doesn't look right. Come to find out that they "didn't have that kind of jewelry in stock" (it was just a typical labret and a typical barbell) why they didn't just tell me that they did not have it and asked if I wanted something else, I have no idea but I'm livid. Instead of a labret in my forward helix I have a spiral nose stud. Which is not the right jewelry and keeps getting caught on things, including my hair to the point that I had to shave the side of my hair down so it wouldn't continue to get caught. I'm very upset that this happened and feel like the piercer was trying to make a quick score on me knowing I was from out of town. And since I am back in Florida now, I cannot even go back and say anything and have to go to a piercer here to see what can be done. I am upset that the price changed, I I upset that I wasn't involved in the conversation about the jewelry not being the correct jewelry, and I'm upset that it was just put in without an after thought. If you are from out of town, I highly do NOT recommend this place as they tried to pull a cheap scam on me. I feel violated and scammed. read more

I got my first tattoo at the Wetmore location from Kyle. I have a high pain tolerance so 4 hours sItting still wasn't hard. I was studying the whole time! It was a smooth, easy experience. I got my right thigh tattooed. I took off one star because I wasn't fond off the lack of communication that occurred between my initial consultation and my tattoo appointment. If you're a first timer, I highly recommend this place. Make sure you are clear with your expectations and bring examples & pictures with you. read more

Went here on a Saturday to get a nose piercing called. They were helpful and let me know it's walk in and $30 (cash preferred! Don't forget to tip!). Walked in and a few people ahead of us. I was really surprised to hear them say most called off, and it was just two people working. They tagged team it and I was extremely impressed. They were so efficient! He cleaned so well after each piercing (two of us) and made us wait until was sterile for the other one to get it next. I had a little wait due to people in front and cleaning time, but it wasn't bad at all. The piercer explained the after care procedure and was just an amazing experience. Being my first time getting pierced since my ears in elementary school it was a great experience with a clean work area I can't recommend enough. read more

Forty years ago, a soulmate left this plane. I intended to have a black rose tattoo as a memorial, but being drunk at the time, it never got completed. Over the years it faded and looked hideous. Not a very fitting memorial for the love of my life. I've always wanted to complete this remembrance and I've always wanted a dragon tattoo. Leslie, you helped me complete a long overdue memorial & fulfill the 2nd dream of a dragon tattoo. You're an amazing person and a talented artist. All my love. Gary read more

Went in to get my thirds re pierced about 3 weeks ago. I went in there last week and showed an employee. She looked at the bump for two seconds, told me it was just irritated and to use rubbing alcohol on it. I listened to her advice, and it's gotten worse. The rubbing alcohol is slowing the healing by drying it out and killing new cells. I now have to take a trip to urgent care and my dermatologist. I do not recommend! I'm not sure the name of the piercer, but he was a male. Also, I have been spraying it 3 times a day with a saline solution and keeping it clean. read more

Went in today with my dad just because he was inquiring about the style of tattoos they do and wanted to check the portfolio's. We were greeted by Raven who was extremely sweet! I let her know that I was considering getting my Tragus re-done again after it was infected the first time a few years ago. I eventually went back and said let's do it and she was extremely assuring, CLEAN and fast with it! Ended up also talking to one of the tattoo guys, did not get his name, but he was friendly about the questions my dad had about a potential cover up. I will definitely be coming back and recommending! read more

I am not one to just be such an unfair person but I am also in the service industry and deal with people all day long. So I know when someone is being just a complete unpleasant person to put it lightly. My son went in to get his first tattoo for his 18th birthday and aside from the guy being very short and annoyed to be working (what it seemed like) My sons tattoo, although a simple one, is not the best thing I've seen. Being an artist myself I just don't feel the guy tried his best of at least making his lines perfect. Most importantly aside from the tattoo the customer service was by far the worst. Maybe we would of brushed off the imperfect line had he been more professional. read more

Went in with a friend to switch out her nose stud to a nose ring. The man who helped us was kind of terse and unfriendly. He didn't ask anything about what she wanted, the size, the fit, anything. She asked for help with taking her nose stud out and he seemed kind of annoyed. He didn't tell her any information about how to adjust or care for it, she had to ask. And she wasn't really happy with the size, we've been trying to fix it since we got out of there. While we were in the parking lot checking it out, the guy got into his truck and left, so I guess he was just in a hurry. read more
