I, along with two gal pals decided to get our noses pierced. We had been thinking about it for a bit and decided 'carpe diem!' one Saturday. Initially we had looked at another very specific place in town that did only piercing but they were booked out for a number of weeks and had limited hours. I had visited Enchanted Dragon prior getting a couple of tattoos at their sister shop Modern Art, and knew they had a strong piercing following/area. First come, first serve it was. We arrived and had to wait roughly 45 minutes on a Saturday afternoon. I got the sense it was a standard busy time for them so you may want to call and find out when their slower times are if you are crunched for time. Once it was our turn though, we were treated like VIP's by Abstract. This guy takes his craft very seriously, along with full blown sterilization which is HUGE right? He was incredibly informative from start to finish, sweet as a sno-cone on a hot summer Tucson day and really took fantastic care of us. He gave us his IG information and encouraged us to reach out if we had any issues or questions. The bonus is knowing once healed, we can come back for $5 and he would switch out our starter jewel for our permanent.

I went to get a daith piercing. I'd had many friends recommend one for my migraines. I had my tattoo done by Enchanted Dragon and thought they were a clean and professional place with friendly staff so I immediately thought of them. I went on a Saturday as a walk in without a lot of optimism, but they told me I could get one with only a short wait. I walked to the 7-11 for cash as their card machine was down due to the weather, and by the time I was back I was up! Abstract did my piercing and he was AWESOME. He explained everything about the process and helped decide which side to do the piercing on. After he explained proper treatment when I do get a headache, even throwing in some deep breathing and supplemental pressure point techniques. He is an asset to that place. The procedure was pretty painless and quick. I'd highly recommend Abstract if you want a piercing.

So I'm from Florida and I was calling to find piercing shops as my mom was going to get me one as an early Christmas present. When I called they said it's 1 for 35 or 2 for 60. My mom offered to buy two to get the deal. As I go in I tell them I'm debating on multiple piercings and I decided on the forward helix and the daith piercing. I also tell them that I am from out of town and am going to be on a plane tomorrow and wanted to make sure they would not impede too much on my travels. I get them done and all seems well. They tell me the price is 70 and they only take cash. Which would have been nice to tell me at the beginning as I did not have that kinda cash on me. Some guy helps me out by letting me cashapp him the 70 and then he paid the piercer in cash. When I go to clean the piercings later I notice that th jewelry doesn't look right. Come to find out that they "didn't have that kind of jewelry in stock" (it was just a typical labret and a typical barbell) why they didn't just tell me that they did not have it and asked if I wanted something else, I have no idea but I'm livid. Instead of a labret in my forward helix I have a spiral nose stud. Which is not the right jewelry and keeps getting caught on things, including my hair to the point that I had to shave the side of my hair down so it wouldn't continue to get caught. I'm very upset that this happened and feel like the piercer was trying to make a quick score on me knowing I was from out of town. And since I am back in Florida now, I cannot even go back and say anything and have to go to a piercer here to see what can be done. I am upset that the price changed, I I upset that I wasn't involved in the conversation about the jewelry not being the correct jewelry, and I'm upset that it was just put in without an after thought. If you are from out of town, I highly do NOT recommend this place as they tried to pull a cheap scam on me. I feel violated and scammed.

I got my first tattoo at the Wetmore location from Kyle. I have a high pain tolerance so 4 hours sItting still wasn't hard. I was studying the whole time! It was a smooth, easy experience. I got my right thigh tattooed. I took off one star because I wasn't fond off the lack of communication that occurred between my initial consultation and my tattoo appointment. If you're a first timer, I highly recommend this place. Make sure you are clear with your expectations and bring examples & pictures with you.

Went in to get my thirds re pierced about 3 weeks ago. I went in there last week and showed an employee. She looked at the bump for two seconds, told me it was just irritated and to use rubbing alcohol on it. I listened to her advice, and it's gotten worse. The rubbing alcohol is slowing the healing by drying it out and killing new cells. I now have to take a trip to urgent care and my dermatologist. I do not recommend! I'm not sure the name of the piercer, but he was a male. Also, I have been spraying it 3 times a day with a saline solution and keeping it clean.

I really feel bad leaving a poor review for this place but I am pretty disappointed especially because it was recommended by a professional tattoo artist and I had also heard great things about Hector who is a piercer at this Enchanted Dragon location. I am by no means leaving this review for the entire shop as I have never been tattooed here and I am sure they do awesome work and I also know Hector does as well and is well-known for his piercing skills. I may have just been the unlucky customer. I went in to get a helix tattoo pierced that I had done months ago. That one came out awesome. It was quick and I honestly didn't even feel pain while the needle went in. The 3rd piercings on my lobe I also went in for though is where it got tricky. Hector drew the dots onto my lobes, gave them a double-check and then went in for the piercing. After he did both ears, he kept looking at them, asked me to backup, looked again and said "I don't think I like this, I'm not satisfied." The LAST thing you want to hear after someone just pierced your body part(s). I thought he was joking but he was dead-serious. He then explained to me that the space between the second piercing I already had on one lobe was too close to the new piercing he had just done. I looked for myself in the mirror and didn't like how close it was to my existing piercing and it was also too close to the edge of my ear lobe. He explained he could re-do it if I was okay with it. I wasn't thrilled about having to go through the pain of the needle go through my ear lobe yet again (which surprisingly hurt way more than the one on my cartilage) but I wasn't satisfied with the outcome so I let him re-do it. The second attempt worked out much better but then he started looking at my other lobe and said it wasn't even with the ear he had just re-pierced. After yet again, looking in the mirror for myself to see what he was talking about, he was right. Again, he said he would re-pierce it if I wanted. Obviously I did. Unfortunately, one of the piercings on my lobe that Hector did is absolutely perfect but the other isn't. You would never notice if you were looking from a distance but that's not the point. I know it's not spaced right and it bothers me. I went in for 3 piercings and left with 5. I could have said I didn't like the second attempt on the ear lobe that wasn't to my liking but by then, I was don't having needles poked through my ear and I wasn't about to get a 6th piercing in one day. I am all about paying good money for a job well done. But $90 plus tip ($115) for 3 piercings and having to have two of the three re-done is outrageous. Pleased or not, I hate people who don't tip well or don't tip at all so I did anyway. I am satisfied with my helix piercing but I still left disappointed in my lobe piercing on one of my ears. I know Hector does awesome work as I have seen it and have heard great things. Unfortunately I had the misfortune of not getting the best of his work done on myself. read more

This place is trash. Super rude artists. Went in, after being told to pop in by 2 of the other artists for a consult, and the tattoo artist was rude as shit. Almost kinda like they don't like money. Spent my money elsewhere. Don't waste your time or your $$. Plenty of good shops in Tucson than this junky place. read more

Well I was in need of nipple piercings and I was in a rush. These people act extremely racist and rude! The 2 times I've been it took everything In me to not curse somebody out. The first time they need me and my bf, he's white im black, and they didn't want to give us service for a face tatt.. and the 2nd time I stood there while this lady helped someone out FOR A EAR PIERCING FOR 30-45 mins. They were just choosing one.. then after she was done she turned around and acted like I wasn't there!! I'm never coming back to the shop again. They should be shut down for their service. NEGATIVE 1000 points from me. read more

I was looking for a piercing place where I could get my helix pierced and happened upon Enchanted Dragon. I walked-in to check it out not sure if I needed an appointment and Hector helped me and was so pleasant and wonderful! I asked if I could use a stud I bought at another place and he was willing to try it. It worked and he was such a sweetheart, and he took his time with me and all his other clients. It was super chill and laid back, and very much about community. Will definitely be back! read more

On a whim, after visiting the food establishment next door, a group of friends and I stopped in. Immediately we were welcomed and greeted by Hector. I had been wanting my tragus pierced for a while and after speaking with hector, I felt confident that he was the right piercer to do it. On a side note, this was the same location that I got my tongue pierced 14 years ago! The process was quick and painless and hector was great. I would absolutely recommend him. He's knowledgeable and put up with all my questions! ;) The prices are great for both the piercing and the jewelry and they have a ton of jewelry options! read more

Hector is awesome! He did my very first piercing & he was so awesome! He put me at ease despite my needle phobia & had one of the female staff hold my hand to comfort me and make me feel at ease. There's a picture & post by someone named Ed R. on here that is absolutely shocking. Because we don't pay for our listing, there is no way for us to remove it. (Yelp has called us to try to get us to pay for our account allowing access to the photos) NONE of our artists do this kind of damage to people!! However, because we have been here longer than most shops in town, and because tattooing is a cut-throat business, we often have other shops trying to slander us. If any of our artists ever did something like that photo, we wouldn't still be in business after 30 years! Joke of a tattoo shop, artist are lazy as shit. Do not even waste your time walking into this shop. Staff is the most disrespectful and rude people I've ever met. Originally I went to Enchanted Dragon for my daith piercing because I had heard great things about their piercers. Hector did an amazing job & made the experience more memorable than I expected. He said he was well versed in acupuncture & Eastern Medicine, I felt I was in such good hands. I went back again for my most recent ear piercings which he got so creative with! Jay is such an amazing artist! I highly recommend him to anyone who's looking to get their piercings done. He took the time to explain every step that needed to be done, so I'd feel more comfortable with whole process. He was very friendly and nowledgeable, he's been doing it for 19 years. My daith piercing was done very quickly and minimum pain and it's healing much faster than I have experienced from the past with different places. read more

Stay away from this place! Its bad news this is the kind of work they do. I paid 120 pr hr just to get butchered. When the manager was informed about what had happened he said it was my fault because I didn't take care of my tattoo. Look at the pics u decide if u want to risk looking like this. read more

I visited the Enchanted Dragon on Sunday June 16th at 2PM. Was greeted by the girl working in the front very rudely. She asked what we were there for and we explained that we were there simply to get a new earring. After waiting 20 min for her to pierce someone she decided to answer a personal call while we were there waiting. She took her time on the phone and her attitude was very negative, not friendly at all. I would not recommend her. She gave a very bad impression on the shop. read more

Went in for a bridge piercing and the guy put it in entirely crooked. extremely unhappy. i even tipped him $20 but he never really talked to me or let me check anything. second time these people have put in a piercing crooked and i am extremely pissed off. read more

Ok so I have had migraines since I was 8 years old and have been seeing all this hype about the "Daith Piercing" well since medication have failed me I figured what the hell. Went in and meet Jay who is by far one of the most amazing man I have come in contact with. He talks you through the whole thing he is calm and explains every single step. If you're looking for an amazing piercing experience go to Hector. He's the only piercer I trust with my body. The amount of care and reassurance he provides is amazing. This was by far the best, wonderfully emotional, most professional piercing experience I've ever had. I get chronic headaches and decided "what the heck". Me and my girl went in to get matching tattoos, just a small something, and I had heard about Jason thru a friend. I went in two weeks before to schedule the appointment and immediately felt at ease. Jason takes his time and really makes you feel comfortable. It was my first ink and he explained everything, made jokes, and made the whole experience great. The shop is clean, organized, and you can tell they know what they are doing. If you want a great tattoo, with a great artist, in a great shop, this is your place!!!!! Don't even look at other shops, this is the place!!! Came back today (12-9-17) and got my girls tongue pierced by Hector and it was amazing. Very professional and did it perfectly. This shop all around is great. This will be my go to shop for any needs. read more

Wanted a septum piercing for my birthday. Walked into this place on a busy Saturday and was greeted by Hector who was already taking care of another young lady. 15 minutes later I was in the chair. Described exactly what I wanted and Hector made sure I got it. The piercing was quick and other than a quick pinch, wasn't painful at all. I had my triple forward helix done at Straight to The Point 2 years ago. I always thought the lowest piercing was too close to the middle one, so when the jewelry fell out, I didn't replace it and let it close. Yesterday, Hector fixed the location of the lowest piercing to get the look had originally been going for. He also swapped out all the jewelry. It's perfect and I finally love it! read more

I used to go to Sacred Art but frankly it's really far from where I live now. So I decided to look around at the shops closer. To be honest the outside made me wary, mostly because it's in a strip mall and such, but I'd heard good reviews so I went in. At Sacred Art, I'd gotten a tattoo for my cat. An outline, nothing fancy... And I wasn't pleased. I went in here and asked to speak to someone about altering it. Jason Tackett came out, looked at it, and asked me in a lot of detail what I wanted. It was very clean, everyone had portfolios and such. When we went back to his station so he could doodle the idea (he mostly freehands), he had a big TV. I have decent pain tolerance, but this was on my hip bone. Not the most pleasant place to have tattooed. He put on a movie for me to watch and let me look at what he drew on before tattooing. He talked a little during the process but mostly concentrated on getting it all right, which I appreciated. All in all, so great. I'll be recommending him and the shop both to all people in town who want to get tattoos. Very professional, very clean, very talented, and very personable. read more

I went to get my septum redone after I noticed that it was really crooked and too high from the first time. It was first done at their other location so I went to the location where the manager was. He re did it and it looked so much better. Well since then I moved and wanted to get my jewelry switched with something else so I went to a local shop where I live now. When she first looked at it she told me it's not where it's suppose to be. It's suppose to be lower on the nose and on the skin. Not the cartilage. She was trying to switch out the jewelry but because it was too high she had a hard time getting the new piece in. It took 30 mins for her to finally get it in. It would have been easier to do if it wasn't in cartilage and was lower... so no I don't recommend this place because both times I got it done it wasn't how it was suppose to be.... I also put a review on their Facebook page and the manager was blaming the other piercer for him messing up. Saying she doesn't know what she is talking about. He pretty much called me a lier when I told him my piercing is in cartilage. If he can't own up to his mistakes then he shouldn't be a manager.... read more

I have gotten my nose pierced twice at this location (the first time I made the mistake of taking it out too soon and it closed up). Both times have been great...as great as getting a chunk of your nostril taken out with a hollow needle can be, at least. The first time I went in with my ex-fiance, because he knew I wanted my nose pierced but wouldn't do it myself. The guys behind the counter let me know they would give me a great deal, and that I would look nice with a nose ring. The fellow who pierced it showed me his work in an album before taking to my nose, and walked me through the sterilization process of all of the equipment (which was a huge concern of mine). He made me comfortable and got it done quickly, I think 2 seconds max. The second time I went in, about a six months later, a woman pierced my nose. Again, I needed the reassurance that I wouldn't look hideous with it, and she told me she had told people before that maybe they wouldn't want one, but that she thought I would look nice with it. Again, she walked me through the sterilization process, and pierced it quickly in the exact spot I wanted (apparently my scar from the first one was still slightly visible). I would totally recommend Enchanted Dragon to anyone looking for a piercing or tattoo. They were quick, clean, and made me feel comfortable and relaxed during the entire process. read more

Went to get a matching tattoo with my bff (who has to get her's else where unfortunately!) I talked with Jonathon and gave him my ideas I had drawn up and he came back with a awesome sketch combining the lettering and banner! He was super chill, and really nice! The tattoo only took about an hour for him to do, but the amount of detail for such a small piece was exactly what I wanted! I am beyond happy with the way it came out, and not too mention Jonathon was very thorough on how he wanted me to care for it while it heals! I am in town just visiting, came into the shop because of the reviews on here. I knew I would be taking a gamble on the quality of work and that's even if they would have time to see me since I didn't have an appt. everyone in the shop was super friendly. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door by the piercer. Can't remember his name. I met with Jonathan and explained what I wanted. I say like 15 - 20 mins or so he had it drew up and it looked like what I explained . In the end I was extremely happy with the outcome out my tattoo. Jonathan did a great job and he explained the after care very thoroughly even tho he could see it clearly wasn't my first tattoo and I liked that. I will def be going back whenever I come back in town to continue work. I would highly recommend them. Even jason the other Artist was super friendly and he didn't even work on me. I got my nose done as my boyfriend and I are in town until Friday from KCMO, so I wanted to get something done while here! While the wait was a little long (normal for walk-ins so not a big deal whatsoever), Hector got me in and done in maybe 7 minutes. Super easy, super personable, knowledgeable in what he does and while I've had my nose done probably 5 different times this was the easiest experience ever! Got my nose pierced by Hector today. He was incredible nice and friendly. He was quick and precise. The man knows what he's doing. I had no issues whatsoever so, I then decided to get my chest pierced because, why not? I went with Shawna, and right after the procedure, I noticed that she pierced me way too deep. I told her that it didn't look right and she checked and said that it was completely normal, that it was just swelling and it'll go down after a week. Unfortunately, it was not pierced correctly at all, and I ended up going back again to get a refund three days later. Shawna was there and when she saw me, I could tell that she knew she messed up but didn't want to admit it. I got one of my piercings removed and I was offered a free re-pierce with a different person, and I took it because I've been to this place multiple times now and again, no real issues until that moment. The second time I got it pierced was by Leo, and like the first time, it was not pierced correctly at all. My bar was literally diagonal, down to the base. I ended up taking them off about four months later because they were causing me a lot of issues and there were some signs of rejection. It was a really disappointing experience, this happened a year ago but I wanted to write a review to warn people about what might happen since there's not a lot of feedback on their work with body piercings. If you want to get ears pierced, then yes go to this place, but from my experience, I would do more research on other places for more extreme types.

Jay is a master at piecing. He is a solid five stars, so I am sorry Yelp's rating process is limited in my ability to break this down. He is the best piercer I have ever dealt with. His competence and ability exceed any other piercer I have encountered. I have had numerous, numerous piercings and the only one that did not have to be repeated at least another time was Jay's. Another piercer at this location insisted there was only one way to do a particular piercing that he did on me. It fell out the next morning. It just fell out because he apparently didn't tighten it adequately. He repeated the. piercing a month later and it was miserable. Going through scar tissue is about 5 to 10 times as painful so messing it up the first time is unforgivable. His placement was wrong because he didn't listen. The owner of this establishment has not been a good steward. That piercer harassed me on a website and I have documentation and I told the owner. They can deny it but nobody is that fervent if they don't have an investment, ie: the piercer who did a faulty job. It was a meme. I will provide this documentation to anyone upon request. I will have a conversation with the owner if he is receptive. Jay has my number so the owner simply needs to contact me through Jay. All other piercers I know of in Tucson are questionable. They promise a lot, say they are the best and criticize just about everyone else. They will take your money and blame something extraneous for what goes wrong. Most of them charge top dollar. Jay really is above any other piercer and once volunteered to meet me anywhere to help me with someone else's mistake. I really respect this guy and wish him the best! read more

I have gone to the Enchanted Dragon off of Speedway for 8 piercings. This is honestly the only place I trust with my skin and I only recommend this shop and Hector to others. I have had my nose pierced, septum and both my nipples pierced twice with no complications. This staff is always very friendly and welcoming. Although most of my piercing have been done by Hector himself, I have had one other piercer there pierce my nipples. They are very professional and even warned me that if I ever needed a breather in between my piercing not to hesitate to say anything. They also provide you with their contact just in case you have any further questions or concerns about your piercing. Hector and his piercing staff honestly care about their cliental and I would not trust any other place with my skin. Out of the multiple times that I have been pierced by Hector and his staff I have nothing but good reviews. I have as well recommended their services to others and have heard nothing but good reviews. When coming to this shop you know you are in good hands. They are willing and caring when it comes to any questions you may have about your piercing, even if you are not confident in being pierced that day. And, as if it could get any better, Hector and his staff also customize their piercing jewelry to your wants and requests. When getting my nose done I really wanted to refrain from getting stuck with a bulky hoop ring/studd and Hector gave me the option to have my piercing jewelry fitted to my nose with amazing quality metal as well. A huge awesome shout out to Jay devault one of the best piercing artist I've ever had the pleasure working on my body not only is he a very wonderful piercing artist he also happens to be an awesome teacher along with the fact that they were coming in repairing somebody else's mistake that included uneven placed holes on my piercings and to come out on top and make them look flawless I have to say is impeccable truly takes a talented artist like Jay to turn around and then to guide a great Apprentice like Steve through the situation just made me feel so comfortable and I am estatic I had the absolute pleasure of Jay guiding Steve The Apprentice on how to correctly fix my two bottom lip piercings and did double ear lobes with the guidance of Jay they nailed it flawlessly Jay guided him step-by-step was very patient made sure Steve was comfortable make sure Steve was right on the mark and from there let Steve take over and he did an absolutely hands down an amazing job for only doing this for a couple months with the help of a wonderful teacher like Jay I think Steve is going to go very far I hope anyone who wants to have the pleasure of getting pierced by two awesome people head down to the enchanted dragon on speedway ask for Jay and have him guide Steve The Apprentice through your piercings and you will hands down be happy I know I am and I wish there was many more people out there like these two wonderful gentlemen keep up the good work Jay and Steve!! PIERCED BY JAY... I absolutely love this shop, I've been here for tattoos before but my most favorite part is going in and getting pierced by JAY. I've followed him to all the shops he was at before he set his mark on this one, he's the best! Not only is he great with people but he knows what he's doing! He's been at this for awhile and is very knowledgeable and I wouldn't trust anybody but him. I've had my WRIST dermals for going on over 4 years now. I followed what I was told by Jay and I've never had a problem with them period in these 4 plus years. (If you know anything about dermals and them rejecting then you know that's pretty freakin long time) Even if I did, I know he'd be there to get the problem solved even if it was my own doing and nothing to do with what he did. He believes in making you happy as customer but at the same time taking care of his work he did or even fixing others poor work. I send people to him ALL the time and only want the best for my friends/even customers at my job who clearly see his work. If your looking for a piercer who will do great work and is even SUPER creative, than he's your man!! Stop your looking and check him out, I swear you won't be disappointed. When someone posts an infected piercing, lol "You should have gone to Hector " . Families go to him, different generations. Kids go off to college, and no matter how badly they need a new piercing, they wait until they are back in Tucson,Az bc We all now if you go to Hector you will be treated & taken care of like family. So my sister's and my nephew and I went to Enchanted Dragon lastnight 10/08/16 to have some piercing done By JAY and no lie he was awesome and very gentle with his hands and when I say gentle I mean gentle my sister's and I have had piercings done at other places and it all was a bad experience and very painful JAY actually re-pierced are previous holes that had closed and I can say he is a ninja...very quick and gentle and clean.we all were very very impressed with JAY work he is patient and he also explained after treatment along with providing us with a paper giving instructions on how to care for our piercings he made us all very comfortable before and after are procedure and the pricing is very reasonable as well so I highly recommend That You stop running around town looking for the perfect piercers and just make a stop at Enchanted Dragon located near Speedway and Columbus next to village inn and ask for JAY I'm telling you that you will not regret it and to top it off he has a awesome sense of humor and gorgeous smile. read more

Hector is the only piercer in Tucson I'll go to, and I refer anyone considering a piercing to him because his work speaks for itself. I came into enchanted dragon in 2010 to get my tongue pierced for the second time I went to majestic and I had to take it out after the first two days it was terrible!hector pierced my tongue and nose and I never had a problem it healed amazingly! I understand people have their own opinions and if there was ever a bad review from enchanted dragon I would say to take those with a grain of salt in this world you can't please everybody especially if they don't follow after care, that's on you:) I started getting terrible migraines in the past couple years and after my research from daith piercings I went hector to get my daith pierced on both sides. I absolutely hate needles and I freak out but I remember my experience from hector and was glad to know he would be piercing my ears. First off, this is a great place! I have to shout out to Hector though! He is one of the most respectful piercers I've ever met. I constantly send friends to him and even strangers who ask about where to get piercings done. I will always tell them to go to Hector. I personally have had piercings done by him and I have had family go to him. If you want a professional who will tell you the truth about if a piercings will look good or not, he will tell you. in my family, 3 generations have been pieced by Hector Noriega at Enchanted Dragon, , beginning with me, then my daughter, and the latest my grand-baby at 6 months old....perfection and professionalism every single time. I met Hector several years ago while he was completing his apprenticeship, and always thought of him kind, considerate and extremely professional. At one point I had a problem with a genital piercing done by another piercer, and Hector treated me with nothing less than dignity and respect, and was able to comfortably and expediently correct the problem. Later a special Mother/Daughter experience took me back to Hector. I had a microdermal done by another local shop which after two years became very painful and bothersome. I went to enchanted dragon to have the professional dermal man, HECTOR, look at it. Hector was very knowledgeable, gentle and professional. He took out a chunk of metal free of charge in hopes to save the piercing. My body had already rejected it. I went back and he gently removed it. He is a great piercer!!!! I won't ever go to anyone else. EVER! Hector takes pride in his work and has the passion you want in a piercer. I've gotten several piercings done at Enchanted Dragon by the piercing master Hector. He professionally pinpointed the best location for each piercing, two of which were dermal anchors. He warned me that many anchors only stay for a year, but because of his exquisite piercing knowledge and skill, both anchors have lasted over 5 years now and they're still going strong! I have referred several friends to him since, and they have all been incredibly pleased with his work! He is seriously the kindest and most professional piercer I've met. Loved them! Went to Hector for a Daith piercing and not only was he kind but also chose to educate me on his amazing experience and education around this particular piercing. Now 2/3 years later, my daughter wanted a piercing and they are the first and only place I thought of. The piercer, name started with an A, was calm and informative to my nervous daughter. Hector was there and we spoke of my Daith(which I'm sure he doesn't remember single ol' me from years ago) but he chose to take time and give me more pointers. Not only do I trust my body with both Hector (head piercer) and Jason (my favorite ink artist) but my mother & daughter as well as countless other referrals. From passing out business cards while post-partum to sending Facebook links at the grocery store, this shop has earned & deserves my loyalty as well as my trust. Fair prices. Also just a quick tip from a regular, happy client: Walk-ins are always welcomed but are seen on a first come, first served basis so calling ahead or making an appointment is best if you're expecting to be seen in under an hour. read more

Hector is the most kind and gentle piercer in the entire state of Arizona. He is highly skilled, works in a sanitary space, and makes EVERYONE feel comfortable and welcome. He has pierced me 4 times (two nipples and two dermals) and each experience was absolutely wonderful. He has pierced several of my friends as well, and their experiences were just as noteable. I have always felt safe and comfortable with him. My two dermals have held up for TEN YEARS now and are still going strong. If that's doesn't speak volumes about his skill level, I don't know what will!! He will forever be the most highly recommended piercer in all of Arizona. read more

Hector is an amazing piercer. And the only person in Tucson I trust to do my piercings. He has pierced my nose, belly button and daith. Every time he is professional and does an amazing job at making me feel relaxed. He gives amazing advice as far as jewelry placement to even the size of your jewelry that he thinks would work best for you. I have had some botched piercings in the past but hector was not only able to fix it for me but is the first piercer I can go to and know I will come out completely happy with my new piercing. I have had my shoulder, left arm, and recently my back tribal tattoos done by Leslie Wood one of the tattoo artists at the Speedway Blvd location in Tucson. Leslie did my first tattoo over a year ago which was a cover up to correct a not so good tattoo by another local tattoo parlor. Her designs are very nice to look at. The parlor tattoo and piercing personnel are very professional, the premises are very clean and an inviting place to have the work done. I was pleasantly surprised by the prices charged by Enchanted Dragon. Any future tattoos will definitely be done by Leslie Wood of Enchanted Dragon. read more

I went to see Hector after years of suffering with migraines. I was just coming off of a migraine when I stopped to see him, and he was so empathetic. He took time to make sure I understood the process, the how/why, and gave me tips for being able to 'use' the acupressure point in the future. Even days after he was done, he was responsive to questions I had. He's also helped me get my daith piercing back in after an MRI when I couldn't get it back in by myself. I trust him so much that I make the trip to Tucson when I have a piercing need instead of finding someone closer to home. read more
