The chemical they use has a strong order and after 12 days I still can't get it off my floor and baseboards after trying 3 different cleaning solutions. The product gives me a headache and does NOT go away. And of course the worst room is my TV room. I have also tried ventilation and a fan (their suggestion) and obviously that doesn't remove the product. They offered no other solution, to come check it out, or expressed concern. Just repeated they used the product recommended and applied it correctly. Not sure how the person in the office would know that. They even sprayed it on some blankets I had in one of the rooms. The gal on the phone said the tech wouldn't do that. Was not impressed. Even when I cancelled my servcie they did not care...just let us know if we can help you in the future. LOL I'll pass!

I contacted a different rodent removal company 2 weeks ago after I heard these noises - as of Friday, I can't wait for them any longer, the HVAC guy showed me a pic of 2 HVAC ducts destroyed by ???? I called Kyle, and he came out that afternoon. After checking it all out, he told me the culprit was a raccoon - then showed me all the damage that critter had done. I'm going to need a new roof, for starters - this critter chewed a hole through my roof and destroyed ductwork that must be completely replaced. He made a thorough check inside & outside of my house, then set up live traps. He said he expected to catch this critter over the weekend. The very next morning, there is a HUGE raccoon in the trap on my roof!!! He removed the culprit & the trap, then patched the hole in my roof. He kindly followed up with the report it's a MALE raccoon, so there were no babies to look for and/or remove. Thank goodness!! That important info put my mind to rest, along with his fixing all portals of possible entry by other critters. He provided photos of everything, along with full explanations of it all. I suffered for 2 weeks not knowing what was happening, while more damage was being done to my HVAC system and roof. Within 24 hours, Kyle had the worst part taken care of = knowing what that raccoon would do and catching him so quickly. Kyle is polite, very responsive, trustworthy, and the most knowledgeable critter remover in the area, so I highly recommend that you call him for these kinds of issues. Best customer experience ever, especially with such a sensitive topic of WHAT IS IT and WHAT CAN BE DONE??? Don't wait to call, either - especially when you hear something in your walls, under your floors, or in your attic. I had one other company come in because scheduling trapping/trap checking around the holidays was tough. He said it was rats and a full service would be $1600, discounted to $1350. Whoa. What! Back to S+W I went and asked it there was any way we could get them in sooner. Vicki was always accommodating in my several calls about scheduling, even called on her off-day. And Wyatt came and relaxed our nerves. The most immediate problem was squirrels - probably one - and he put in a one-way exit door on the hole. There was definitely a critter jumping from our neighbor's tree and apparently making himself at home, so we had the trees trimmed by another company, and Wyatt sealed the hole with a small, unobtrusive and color-matching wood piece. Both of his trips were wrapped into a very low price. No more critter in the house! I see they now have handyman services, so I'm happy to use them in the near future for happier tasks!

We've only had them spray inside once (first visit) and it didn't smell toxic. What I really appreciated when I first reached out to them is that the owner talked to me himself. He took the time to explain everything and patiently answer all my questions. I also liked how they offered a complimentary vulnerability assessment during the initial visit. Basically looked around the exterior of the home and noted potential areas where bugs can enter.
