I eventually placed my order (I wanted EVERYTHING), but I settled on their Hawaiian smoked pork with red rice and Mac salad, pork Sinigang (a sour, Filipino soup), Kådun Månuk (chicken and corn chowder in coconut milk) and spam over red rice and served with finadene (a must for Guam food). Yes, it's a lot, but I had a plan to eat this for meals over the next few days. All were really good or as we say on Guam (gof mångge'), like so good that the flavors brought me back home (Guam).
