That cod is EXCELLENT; so flavorful with a light, crispy coating. You can have your choice of "sauces" for your fish; anything from traditional tartar, Thai sweet chili, Ranch, plenty to choose from. The coleslaw comes with a cool, Asian-fusion-style sesame-ginger dressing that really knocks it out of the park.
