First, and most important. The pizza here is really good. We ordered two different pizzas, the Boise and the orofino, and both were absolutely delicious. They were cooked well, the toppings all worked well together, absolutely no complaints. Something else that you need to know is that this is just a food truck outside the Post Falls brewing company. So you can buy your pizza and then go and sit in the brewing company, or you can take it home. Now why would this normally be a four star review? Well, first, it is a little pricey. I understand they're making custom pizzas for order. But at the end of the day, it is just pizza. And don't get me wrong I love pizza, but Pizza is not an incredibly expensive food to make. The second thing is there's limited parking in the lot for the brewing company and so you have to park on the street and it can be difficult to find parking on the street depending on how busy it is. The last thing, and it might just be an off day, but the lady that helped us was not the friendliest person I've ever dealt with. Also, I understand it's a small business, but with the pizzas as expensive as they are I shouldn't have to pay an extra 50 cents for a to-go box. So why is this a five star review and not a four star review? Well, because it's a small business and I want to support small businesses. But also, I think this is a really clever idea and I really appreciate what they're doing here in terms of celebrating Idaho specifically but also different kinds of options for pizza. So I would definitely check this place out absolutely well worth it.
